Alfie and his team do amazing work! When there was an issue with a door at our place of business, I immediately thought to call Knott's. They were professional and had the issue fixed within a day of me contacting them. I highly recommend using them for any home improvement project you may have!

They were recommended by a good friend of mine. I gave him a call and he called back almost immediately. Even though he didn't have to make a trip to my house he told me how to fix my issue within 10 minutes and for less than $10. Highly rcommended!

I had a small job that I wanted to do to surprise my mom (new light outdoor light fixtures). I wasn't sure if Aflie would take the job; I'm sure he has bigger offers than changing out light fixtures! Alfie was wonderful to work with! I met him two years ago and remembered that he had this business and I’m so glad that I did. He was very responsive and happily said that he would be able to help a seller of mine repair some small cracks in the parge coat on a foundation wall. He told me when he could do the job and it was completed on that day. I am so impressed with his customer service skills because I know it’s not easy when you’re out working in the job and also have to play secretary and call people back. I needed a pet door installed for my cat. I contacted Alfie who quickly came and looked at the door and gave an estimate. Unless than a week he’d done the job. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be calling again when I need things done.

Needed my retaining wall fixed b/c original contractors did not allow for drainage. Now after 2 1/2 years, the wall has cracks and one time a bunch of water flooded my basement bathroom. I wanted to have some kind of drainage for the wall to help with water saturation during heavy prolonged rainfall. The problem was I did not have that much in my budget to do this project, but Alfie was able to work with me and come up with a solution that I was pleased with. He was very prompt and completed this project as promised. I'll definitely use Alfie and his team again!

Alfie's business came out very quickly and gave an estimate for deck work I needed, got the repair done within a few days, and did an excellent job at a fair price. They even loaned a ladder to the tree service company I had out taking down a tree and helped my tenant with a door that wasn't latching. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Called on Saturday had the water heater repaired by Monday, most honest and dedicated people I’ve ever met!!!! A big THANKS to Alfie and Warren I will be calling you for all my repairs!!

They did an amazing job on my new home with putting in great looking windows at the best price. He had all 16 windows put in my home in just 2 days from the start date! You can also get ahold of him very easy with a phone call or text. Very nice and wonderful to work with! Truly cares about the work he does and the customer he is helping! He even gave me some home improvement tips and recommended some products that would make my job of repairing my new home easier!

My mother needed help with an issue with her gutters. I live out of town, which makes it hard to help my mother around her house. My sister and brother in-law live in Staunton, but they are very busy and sometimes unable to immediately help with house issues. I called Alfie with Knott's Home Repair Services to see if he could help resolve my mother's gutter issue. He went out to my mother's house the same day and then repaired the issue the following day. Alfie was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He called me to update me on my mother's issue and once it was fixed. I am so happy to have found Knott's Home Repair Services for my mother. I am relieved that if she has another issue, Alfie will be there to resolve it. I would give Alfie 10 stars!!!

Very pleasant to deal with. Appeared very knowledgeable. We attempted to use his company for a residential repair, however, our customer had given misguided information and we were not able to use his services. We have retained his contact information if repairs are needed in and around his service area in the future.

I just moved in and after the first summer storm my gutter detached from the house on one end. I was worried that another storm would damage it and that I would have to replace the whole gutter on that side of the house. I call Knott's he came out, checked it out and returned the next day before another storm came to fix the house. I was very satisfied with the service.
