Dishonest, dumb and greedy is a bad combination. Jen Silver will lie right to your face and then threaten you if you call her out on it. So many other better honest roofing companies in the valley so hopefully these guys go out of business or maybe they will end up in jail for insurance fraud, which is where they belong.

Same experience as so many others. Lied to my mom about pricing. Refused to finish the work and kept the money they had been paid by the insurance. The prey on senior citizens. Took almost a year to get an itemized statement from them. It appears they lost their BBB accreditation last month as well.

Got a new roof from these guys and it’s amazing. Branden and his crew did an outstanding job. I will be sure to recommend Knockout Roofing to my family and friends.

If I could give a 0 I would this company runs insurance scam and scams home owners I use to work with them they sub out all their jobs to sub contractors they make home owners pay for Unnecessary work just to make more money they scam Insurances they treat their subworkers like employees and don’t pay they owe multiple contractors money I would never pay knock out to do my roof !!! Or work with them ever again

This company is a NIGHTMARE to work with!! They came to my door with an offer to do a legit insurance claim to replace roof. When adjuster came out they would not cover the entire roof only a section. Wrote contract out for the partial gave the down payment and they went M.I.A.
I’m guessing since insurance refused to cover the entire thing and I refused to let them do the entire thing I was put on the back burner.
I got calls from insurance company saying they got weird letters from their “attorney” to try and get the whole roof covered but my insurance company made it clear to me that would not do the entire roof.
When I called knockout to ask about it I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. They don’t return calls.
In fact for 6 months they didn’t return my calls or send any emails or give me any updates on my project, they were always “too busy”
They came to me, they are the ones trying to get my business, however I DID make a payment I expect work to be done, especially when they are calling me to ask to pay for a job that hasn’t even been started!!
It wasn’t until I tried to call and cancel project demanding a refund and to sue for breach of contract (this is almost 8 months AFTER they came to my door and got down payment) that suddenly I’m a “priority”
They didn’t even finish the job.
It took another 2 months for them to finish they gutters
They were contracted to replace window screens
It never got done
I was charged for something they said they would give me for free ( some plywood that was found damaged I told them I couldn’t pay for anything outside of what the insurance gave me period)
And yet almost $1200 more than planned for out of my own pocket
The actual work that got done was not bad it was good work
It’s the way they choose to run the company
How they handle negative things
They clearly take on more work than they have staff for
They are impossible to get a hold of
Their invoices are vague and not clearly itemized (in face I was emailed back a copy of the insurance agency’s breakdown)
When you ask for more information they don’t reply
If this company comes to your door slam it back in their face!!

Knockout roofing is a poorly run and company from the office staff to the people performing the work. It took months for them to start work on my house replacing the roof (they used the wrong color flashing and blamed the mistake on my wife) and then two months of delays to finish gutter work. They finally sent an invoice (which lacked all the necessary detail required) to my insurance company the day before Thanksgiving and had the nerve to call me the following Monday demanding payment. A week after the money had been transferred and they assured me that everything was settled I received a collections letter from them stating that they were not paid.

They did the roof as part of an insurance claim but we also paid them over $11,000 to have them contract out the residing and gutters of our home after Ivan Taylor assured us it would be easier if they handled it all. Before and after they finished the roof we tried getting updates on our siding project but were ignored for months, even after Ivan promised us weekly updates. When we decided to just do the siding ourselves and we asked for our money back they sent us a bill for the roof that was almost $10,000 more than the original estimate that we signed for the roof and they refused to give us the money. Jen Silver promised me a check but went back on her word after some board mtg. Gabe has been the only help through all of this and has finally worked things out with our insurance after it had to go to appraisal.

Gabe was awesome throughout the whole process and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything that needed to happen.

Branden was our project manager and was very thorough while the roof was being installed. He was even able to make a last minute request for the day of installation.

My biggest issue was the timing. We were told we would be on schedule by the end of July but it took them till mid August to get started on the roof. Luckily it was done in a day but we move some things to work around the installation.

If i could give zero I would. Got great sales pitch and got insurance to pay for my roof and signed in June for a new roof to be installed in 6-8 Weeks. Yep 12 weeks late I have been told the soonest i can get a new roof is mid October? 6-8 weeks turned into 4 months. How does this happen? Lies in the sales pitch and leaning on insurance roofs to get them through the slower time. Shane Spattstoesser lied to me about lead time Jamie the production assistant won't help and its an absolute joke to try to get a call back. Doesn't matter what type of job they do if they can't do in anywhere close to the time quoted.

Ivan is great and quite an asset to a company. He made us feel good about our decision initially. Unfortunately, there's nothing else good to say about our experience. Unbelievably poor communication, job done wrong on the install, zero follow through and apparently unreliable subs. No one above the project manager is ever available to return calls. It has looked unfinished for over 2 months now. We've been "top priority" the whole time.
UPDATE- I didn't think they could get worse or more unpleasant or unprofessional, but they succeeded there. Despite FINALLY pleading my case to Gabe (who presented himself as an owner, but is really in collections), it took 9 MONTHS to finish working with this company. Even though they sent 3 different "final invoices" over 4 months and it took NUMEROUS phone calls and unanswered texts to Gabe and others- he had the gall to send an email threatening to place a lien on our home, without any warning. He then weaseled out the final payment arrangements we had made that day. We explained we were in the middle of refinancing the house and he said he would give us until Jan to make final arrangements. Then, with no phone call or warning on the same day (a Friday), sent a rude, threatening email about making the final payment by Monday, with no explanation of why he changed his mind. He wanted us to come up with nearly $10K in 3 days- 2 days before Christmas. Even though it took them over 7 months to complete our roof, they were not above threatening us and demanding a final payment for a job NOT well done. He sooo generously knocked off 1K for all the mistakes, no shows and unreliable work that was done. I can't give this review -10 million stars. I can't get the time or money that was wasted using this "company", but I hope to spare anyone else the trouble- FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!

Knockout roofing has been an absolute nightmare to work with. They were very prompt with their communication until I put my deposit down for some flashing repairs on my home and then I had radio silence from the company for 3 months. I had to call to figure out what was going on and was scheduled for a week in advance for the job to get done. The day comes that they were supposed to come over and no one shows up. I call the company back (they're terrible at answering their phone), and they had no excuse for why they weren't at my house doing the job they scheduled me for. They said my name was on the schedule and they had no crew to send to my house with no reason given. They weren't willing to rectify the matter other than to reschedule me another week in advance to have the repairs done. I'm going to be getting my deposit back and have a reputable roofing company receive my business that actually respects their customers time.

Professional, polite and hard working. They performed the work exactly as they stated, kept me informed throughout and kept the work site clean

We are very pleased with the installation Jose and Ernesto did on our roof. They did an excellent job. We would give 5 stars to them. However, we had to wait 9 months from the time of our down payment to the installation. Jason, the job supervisor, called us at 8:30 and wanted to have a crew come out the same day. One worker showed and worked two days. Part of the old roof was removed. Then they didn't come for 10 days. Jason was hard to reach and didn't return calls.

We also had them install rain gutter covers. The installation was not to our satisfaction. We contacted them and Jose and Ernesto came the next morning and repaired it. They exemplify dedicated work ethic!

Ruben Silva was the leader on our new roof install and they were amazing. Great job and great crew. Kudos for a great clean up job as well. I highly recommend Knockout Roofing for you roofing needs.

I have to now change my review to 1 star. I didn't want to publicly post this but after asking for owner or management information twice and not receiving it, this was my option. Months after the project was completed, I received 2 voice mails saying I was owed a refund. I didn't think this was correct so I contacted my PM Branden, who said everything was in order and not to worry. Then the original sales person who I hadn't heard from since the initial arrangement a year previously sends me an email saying I owe over a thousand dollars and I should call to pay them by phone with little to no explanation. I'm not in the habit of paying companies money without an invoice or explanation for what I owe. After several back and forth emails with little else other than "call to pay" from the sales guy, and my questions NOT being answered, and me outright telling him that his treatment of me is unacceptable and I was just looking for one explanation or a invoice, I have to change my review to 1 star. I'm more than willing to pay money I owe, and can understand if there is an accounting error or communication error, (people are human and mistakes are made) but a little customer service and an apology for such oversights go a long way. I realize that repeat business may not be a huge concern in the roofing business because roofing needs are decades apart, and frankly I'm now concerned about my warranty being honored because of how I've been treated, but I'm honestly so appalled at how differently I've been treated now as compared to how the actual roofing job went because the guys doing the actual work were nice and professional. I hope this is just one unprofessional person and not the entire sales/office/management staff who treats people this way.

It took some time to get scheduled (over 6 months from approval to them starting, weather permitting) but my roof was a replacement, not a repair, so perhaps others were higher priority because they had damage or leaks to be addressed. I had a few different people I was in contact with up until the actual work started, but once Branden was involved, he was a consistent and very helpful contact, always available and responded quickly. The actual job was completed during the time frame promised and looks great.

Was very impressed how the crew went to work and got the job finished. They were meticulous in protecting the surrounding work area and did a very good job in cleaning up. Working with Mike Robinson, Ruban Silva-Ramagli, and the roofing crew was a pleasure. I made the right decision to hire Knockout Roofing and overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing to reroof their home.

Awesome and pleasant to work with! Communication was quick and the staff is so friendly. They know there stuff and I highly recommend them!!

Ivan with knockout was fantastic. He us extremely knowledgable and He completely delt with my insurance and got them to cover my claim for wind damage and a full roof replacement which i did not think was even a possiblity. The crew that came out was extremely professional and the quality of work was top notch. The cleanup was just as good you cannot even tell that they were here except for my beautiful new roof. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Fantastic service, Quick work and delivery as promised. Our insurance adjuster said they were no good but we found out that that was only because they are very thorough during the assessment. They push the insurance companies on the clients behalf to deliver on the contracted policy. Adjusters don’t like a roofer looking over their shoulder telling them what they missed. I thought my ridge vent was put on incorrectly because it didn't look like the others in the neighborhood. But it was put on 11 years ago before a lot of people did them. It is an older home. thenhe
tried to tell me my house shouldn't have a ridge vent. Insisted I needed to pull it off and replace the top of my 10 year old roof. Looked inside the attic and then broke the entry door left black handprints all over it and then said it is an old house. I asked for a quote to take vent off and put turtles on. He just would keep telling how he was sure the roof was ruined and I would be paying a lot of money. I asked him 4 times to give me a quote then.... Write it up and let me look at it. I have contacted 3 other roofers and they all disagree with him. Said the pitch was okay and the strip never goes from end to end. It was just a different kind. that it was still working. But when you have to keep saying fine just give me written quote multiple times. Then doesn't offer to fix what they break Be careful and get multiple quotes and recommendations before you settle on what is correct

Prompt, reliable, excellent customer service. Hiring contractors is always a bit vulnerable. I asked around and Gabe at knockout came highly recommended. He did not disappoint. I initially called to set up an estimate bid and he came out the same week I called (in the fall) took pictures of the roof, emailed them to me and he sat down to discuss everything that needed to be done and itemized what we would be paying for. When we told him we had some supplies we had bought, he looked them over said his crew could use them and deducting the cost of the supplies. He found the availability to fit us in within 2 weeks of the estimate. His crew was there 1 day and in 4 hours they had the job completely done. I will be recommending them to family and friends in addition to baking some thank you cookies to the friend who recommended them to me.

If I could give 1/2 star I would. Worst company ever. Do NOT do business with them. They are great at the beginning-quick to answer emails and make an appointment. Once you sign the contract, they are MIA! A 1 1/2 day project turned into 4 weeks. We asked for notification ahead of time before they would come due to we work from home and it is loud, but they would text us as they were getting here. We then had to go work elsewhere last minute or take the day off because they always forgot to give us advance notice. We never knew when they were coming, if they were finished and when they were leaving because there is no communication. They left the dumpster in our driveway for 3 weeks-even though they were finished with it, so we had to park on the street. They also left a huge mess of nails all over-which we ended up cleaning up. When they set up, they threw their stuff everywhere-on the walkway, in the driveway, etc. so once they left, we couldn't use the walkway because it was full of stuff so we always had to go through the back door. Worst company. Will NEVER use them again. Learn from my mistake and go through someone else!

WOW!!! Amazing customer service and genuine care. Our neighborhood was hit hard with a hail storm in June. We knew our roof was needing to be replaced but had no idea we could get the insurance to pay for it. Ivan Taylor came out and looked at our roof and showed us the damage from the hail storm. He even made arrangements with our insurance adjuster to review the damage together. When we received a ridiculously small check from the insurance Ivan was quick to follow up with them and point out all of the building codes and necessary materials they missed. Our insurance approved the quote within a couple of days. The best part is, we didn't have to do anything! Ivan and the team at Knockout Roofing took care of it! I can't wait to see how the installation goes! Now, I just need to be patient and wait my turn! Thanks again Ivan!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the very small time I've had with Knockout. I understand my situation was time sensitive, but I wish I was informed it would be this difficult to even get a quote. I just needed a quote and a contract, but received absolutely nothing by the time I needed it. Not even a courtesy call or text letting me know there were delays. I am glad my family was able to use them, but I'm pretty sure I will never.

Since some of my family had used Knockout, I was excited to work with them. I informed Knockout right away that I was on a very limited time schedule. I needed to be contracted with a roofing company
due to a home insurance request. I could potentially lose my insurance if I didn't provide a contract the following Monday. I was given 5 business days to get contracted. I reached out to Knockout the Tuesday before and they said they understood my situation and said they could send someone the next day for my estimate.

We had scheduled for 4PM, but received a call about a half hour before saying it would be later. I understood and was happy to push back. Got another call around 5PM saying it wouldn't be until 6:30-7PM, I accepted again. The roofer did not show up til about 8:30PM.

After taking a look, they asked for a piece of paper and began writing all sorts of notes and information that was not concise, organized, and was a giant mess that I have to rotate over and over again to even piece together. The roofer empathized with my situation and said he was looking out for my best interest and would try to help me as best as they could. This was all reassuring and I was slightly at ease with everything. I relayed again that I was on a time crunch and was assured I would get a quote and contract that night or the next day.

The next day, I hadn't heard anything - absolutely no follow up as to why it hadn't been sent. I called and texted the roofer and texted and had to leave a voicemail for him. After two days, I called the office and informed that I needed my estimate and the roofer was being unresponsive. I even stated that I didn't need a phone call or need to have that specific roofer to get me my quote. I was told they would see what the delay was and that my information would be given to a sales manager.

After hours of waiting, I still hadn't received anything. I called the office yet again and was told the same thing as before. I informed Knockout that my frustrations were growing and it was to the point that I wasn't sure doing business with them would be in my best interest. How was I supposed to get my roof done if I can't even know what it's going to cost me and how long, etc? I needed the estimate so I could sign a contract and provide to my insurance the following Monday and it was already the late afternoon on Friday! I received a call from the roofer Friday afternoon, I relayed that I only needed the quote emailed to me and that was all and to notify me when it was sent and he said that he would.

Here I am on Monday needing the estimate and contract to give to my insurance with nothing from Knockout. I even left a voicemail to the office and the contractor (as I called after hours Friday) stating that I still hadn't received the requested documents. I received a text Monday morning asking if I still wanted the emailed quote. The reply to my "yes" was the roofer would talk to me when they get it done. ALL I NEED IS THE QUOTE. I responded informing that a phone call was not necessary, just the quote. Two hours later I follow up with the roofer asking if it has been sent as I had checked my emails every hour since this whole thing started last week! And was informed it wasn't ready... I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am with Knockout Roofing.

Knockout Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof, I was very satisfied with the product and execution of installation as well as the professional service. Ivan, Jeff, Ryan, Ernesto, Jose and all the installers were great to work with and went above and beyond to do the job fast and more importantly right. I got estimates from several other companies and I was very skeptical as I found that there are a lot of fly by night companies in the area. Knockout was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but the information that I was given along with the detailed explanation of what needed to be done made the decision easy for me to choose Knockout Roofing. Great job!

There isn’t enough I can say about knockout roofing. This company was exceeded my expectation at every stage of construction. I first contacted them because of the wind and hail damage I received and was really worried about it holding up in the long run.
Knockout roofing sent out knowledgeable and qualified staff to discuss issues with the insurance company representatives. I found myself qualified for a new roof, able to withstand future storms.
On #demoday, which I thought it would take at least two days. They completed that stage in a morning and later that night found myself coming home to a nearly completed roof. I was amazed that with their speed, there was no decrease in craftsmanship. I saw new flashing and replacements of exhaust vents.
The next day was just for finishing touches and make sure the workplace was spotless.
It was truly a stress free event. They came a few weeks later to double check the work and fix anything wrong. Their dedication to customer services and quality won’t be beat. I have suggested this company to my friends, family, and neighbors.

Get a second opinion.

The initial estimate from knockout was over $2,000. I told the person that was much, much more than expected, as it was a simple flushing fix. He said hang on, then "moved some numbers" around and made it $1000. This was still over what I was expecting, but thought it was better. He also gave me a sense of urgency with a "Discount" he applied to the total (for a limited time)

I had another roofer come look at it and on the first estimate they came in at $500. Couldn't believe these guys wanted $2,000 for the same job.

Plus, they started spamming my e-mail asking me to leave them a review before I even got my estimate back (it was a good week at least until they finally sent my estimate).

We are very happy with the effort you make to ensure the job is done right and done quickly. I was especially grateful for the extra effort you made to get me the exact color and quality of product this picky old lady wanted. You even send someone after the job is completed to do a complete check of the work to make sure it is perfect. Knockout has been a very easy company with which to work. Our area was hit hard with hail damage and we had a hard time getting a reputable company come and give us an estimate. Knockout came within 2 days and helped us out. They worked with us when the insurance company wouldn't return calls because the adjusters were being recycled through the area. They helped collect money from the insurance when we needed more money for the project.
All in all I would use Knockout again for all my future roofing needs.

These guys are dishonest and the work they do is horrible. They put holes in my ceilings and refused to fix the damages they caused. When someone finally decided that it was their fault and they sent someone to "fix" it they made it worse. They painted my couches and blinds and floor. They did a horrible repair job that actually looks worse than the holes, not to mention the paint color didn't match. All of a sudden the PM Rob thinks it never happened. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE NOT ON THE UP AND UP.

I hired this company to do the roofing job for my house. Their price was competitive and they were highly referred by friends. When they walked our roof they caught a potential problem area that could possibly have damage over the years and may leak. They were able to fix the problem area. All of the other roofing companies didn't catch this issue. Not only is price important to me, but more important is the expertise and quality of work that was performed. I know that this company stands behind their work and will be honest in the future if repairs need to be made. I highly recommend using this company.

Could not have been happier with Phil Sears and the team from Knockout on the job they did on our roof. We had a shingle warranty issue on a roof that was installed by another company. Phil was fantastic in assisting with the process from start to finish. Communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure the process went smooth. He did not need to assist with this but was willing to do so and I can't thank him enough for that. The roof was installed this week and it looks fantastic. I cannot recommend Knockout enough. Josh and his installation team made sure the job was done right. Thank you Knockout Roofing.

These guys are so dishonest. Quoted us 16 thousand and then they added on 11 thousand after they were all done. I would not recommend them to anyone. They ruined some of our siding on the house and didn't fix it. The shingles are not even sitting flat on the roof.

Knock-Out did a great job on our roof. If you want quality, you'll get it. Thanks to Phil Sears knowledge and attention to detail, excellent communication and willingness to get it done right. Josh McMurtrey, the project manager on site, did not hesitate to talk about issues, questions we had, and completion of the job in its entirety. I recently had my roof replaced by Knockout Roofing. Gabe Carmona who was my sales rep did an awesome job walking me through the estimate and cost process, he told me what to expect and common things that could effect the estimate. I also wanted to thank Josh McMurtrey who was the install manager for the entire project. He was able to meet me after hours due to my work schedule which was super nice and he explain what to expect during the installation days. They finished the entire project in 1 day which included shingle tear downs, plywood replacements then new shingles. They met all the new codes and the roof looks beautiful.

They are also insurance specialists and can help you through the insurance process to replace or repair your roof if you qualify.

Phil Sears has been AMAZING!! He has been a breath of fresh air helping us with our roof. We have appreciated his honesty and approach. His experience and expertise are top notch. Make sure you ask for PHIL as he will take great care of you!

My house's roof was leaking during the last week of September 2017, the water was leaking down to the kitchen over the weekend. The next Monday, I called a lot of roofers to come and take a look for a repair, but most of them were either not interested in the repair jobs (too small of a job for them) or nor did they have other priorities. Until I called Knockout Roofing, at first they said they would come the next day (Tuesday). To my surprise, Gabe, showed up the same day at 6 PM and examined the the roof for me. Not only did he find out what caused the leaking, he also pointed out that we might be able to be compensated for some roof damages/missing shingles due to some recent windstorms. As English is not my native language, Gabe was so kind to offer his help, acting as my advocate talking with the insurance company (Bear River Mutual). 2 days later, he did even come back to the house, working with the insurance adjuster, showing them where the roof damages were. Eventually, Bear River Mutual agreed to help me to replace the whole back roof after I paid for my deductible. I am so grateful for this company and for Gabe in particular. He's so easy to work with, easy to talk to (he's not available all the time, but he always make an effort to return my calls when he can). And on the top of that, I never feel like he's trying to push me to work with him or his company. Even when he knew that he might not have the chance to work on my roof if the insurance company said no to his proposal, he was still happy to come back without any requests, demands. My words are not enough to express how much I feel for the great help Gabe did for me. Thank you, Gabe. My only regret is that I wish if I had known him or this company six months ago, when we replaced the whole roof for my parents. I would strongly recommend Knockout Roofing for any roofing service one might need.

This is a lengthy review but so worth the read! This company was amazing to work with. They are honest, dependable, and their communication before, after, and during the job is probably one of the best I've come across. A huge shout out to Gabe for sticking with me through the whole job from day 1. He made sure to communicate with his crew to have the job done in an orderly and timely manner. We had a hard time with insurance, but I didn't even have to deal with them. He took control of it with his team and made sure insurance would take care of us.

Most of the time, crews will do a job and not even come back or let alone talk to you ever again. I heard from Gabe a few days after the job to see how things were going. He even had his crew come back out to examine the job to make sure it was good to go. After they fixed our roof we experienced some leaking, and the first thing that came up was it had to do with the new roof we got. We called them to come out and check this out. Turns out it wasn't the job's fault and it was just a rain gutter issue. This was a few days after the job.

However, three or four months later...our basement had flooded. I thought it was yet another leak. I called Gabe on a Sunday. He told me he would check with his team and get back to me right away, which he did. He ended up coming out himself to check on the issue within an hour of me contacting him! Again, it turned out it wasn't the roof but he saw we had some clogged rain gutters and even cleaned them out before leaving. He is so friendly and nice to work with. He made this whole experience of getting a new roof completely stress free. Also, it's nice to know he truly cares and is passionate about his job because that is rare to find these days within a company. He created trust and loyalty and for that I will be grateful for all he has done for us! This is an amazing company that isn't just out for the money but wants to make sure customers come first and foremost.

Please be very careful if using this company. Bobby who works for them was hired by me to do a side job, rather than do the job he hired unskilled home depot workers who almost put a lien on my property for non payment. We paid the money owed for an absolutely unskilled unprofessional roof that never was complete. I had an agreement that 3 soggy spots were to be cut out and re sheeted, 2 of the spots were shingles right over and one spot they did cut out they failed to nail and secure it to the trusses.
I notified knockout roofing of the employee and my experience and they continue to employ him. Be very careful of who is putting your roof on because we were lied to and mislead with a pattern of terrible unprofessional unsatisfactory unskilled work which ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

Knockout Roofing has been wonderful to work with. We have really trusted and enjoyed working with Ivan. He even drove to our house to meet with us about putting a new roof on our home located in Brigham City. Ivan has a vast knowledge of the different roofs, which color looks the best, and which roof is best to put on every house. Before he came to meet with us he drove to Brigham City to look at the house to make sure he knew exactly which would be the best for us specifically. We have been treated so well by him and are grateful for his help in this process and we trust him 100%. Thanks Knockout for having such a great employee who treats his customers well.

I've known Duane Trejo for a long time, he is a great guy and Knockout Roofing is a wonderful company to work with.

I had multiple people come out for bids on a new roof. Kris Brigante was by far the most professional of those bidding. His expertise convinced me to use Knockout Roofing. I was not disappointed! The roofing team came when promised, work hard, and did a very professional job. I could not be more happy with the GAF roofing system including; cobra ridge ventilation, 50 year warranty, drip edging wherever was needed, new flashing everywhere, all vent pipes painted to match the roof, and a full warranty as a result of the company's certified installers. I highly recommend this company for your next roofing job!

My experience with Knockout Roofing was very positive. Kris came out to give me a bid; he spent a lot of time with me and explained all of my options. Kris was very friendly and professional. Once I accepted the bid, JD was my project manager. Even though JD is a busy guy he always responded to my texts right away. I had to push out the install date a few times and JD always accommodated me. On the day of the install, the crew showed up on time and replaced my entire roof in a single day! My house is small - the roof is less than 1500 square feet - but getting it all done in one day was pretty impressive! The crew was clean and professional while on-site. A few of my neighbors have membrane roofs, too, but I think mine looks the nicest. :)

We were very pleased with the roofing job that Knockout did for us. Their customer service was outstanding. We received phone calls to keep us up to date on the job, the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After the job was done, JD Zobell, Production Manager, dropped by to see if we were happy with the job and then inspected it for himself. He even ran the magnet over our yard again (making it the 4th time) to be sure they got all the nails. We would definitely recommend this company to others looking for a fast, dependable roofing job.

We have a new build home, and noticed sometimes that after heavy, flash rainstorms we would hear droplets drop down onto our fireplace after living in the home for 2 years. After our first heavy rainfall this fall, we heard it again and knew that it was something we could not ignore. My husband decided to contact Knockout Roofing. Gabe was so professional, and knowledgeable. He already had a general idea of what the issue might be. After checking out the roof, he came back down, and showed me photos of the roof, and what he did to fix it. It left my mind at ease that he was able to get it fixed the same day!

JD and his crew did an amazing job. They worked with me thru all the problems that came and even worked the power company so I did not have too . they were done in half the time they said and they quality of work is outstanding. Not only would I recommend them I will be using them for my other house when I need the roof done. I am never give reviews or 5 stars but they earned it!!!!

We had a number of roofing companies come out to look at our re-roof. Knockout was timely to their appointments (which can't be said for a lot of the other companies) and they always felt very real asking how long we would be in the house, how long of a warranty we wanted, and gave us a few options ranging from the base-level roof to the cadillac of roofs which no other company did. We appreciated the personal touch in wanting them really feeling like they wanted to get us the right roof. They ended up being able to do our job earlier than expected which was nice and were in and out in 2 days even after saying 3-4 days originally. Roof has some nice features that other companies were only offering for thousands more. There are some small issues we have found but hope to be able work through them in the coming days.

Update: Had our final walkthrough and it actually turned out much better than expected. They fixed all the issues we brought up and they ended up doing some damage to some of the shingles when they were fixing one of the issues and I sent them an email simply stating I was disappointed it had happened but wasn't a big deal and they came and repaired that as well. They weren't kidding when they said they wouldn't be done till we were happy.

Knockout Roofing did a great job on our building. The new roofing system they installed has no leaks, keeps it cooler inside, and they installed a roof hatch for us so we can access the roof more easily. Highly recommended.

When we moved into our new house the roof was in bad shape. The workmanship itself was questionable at best. We only decided to do research on roofing repair as soon as we noticed a leak coming through the ceiling. We received a recommendation, from a friend, to a representative of knockingout roofing named Gabe. We thought we'd give it a shot, at least just get an estimate. We tried a few other companies but it just seemed like they were trying to low-ball us. When Gabe came out to take a look at our roof we could instantly tell he knew what he was doing. He was super knowledgable and friendly. He shot us a fair estimate, after a thorough inspection, so we decided to go with him. He worked fast, hard and efficiently with his team to get our roof repaired and it was a wonderful experience throughout. In his hands we felt like we were being taken care of, and his team did an outstanding job with the repairs. He worked with us through the entire financial process as well and made it a breeze to understand. If you have any roofing issues at all, this is the guy you want in charge. The level of expertise and professionalism was only matched by his friendly demeanor. Give these guys a shot. You won't regret it!!

Saw the trucks around town and got a flyer with specials by mail. Called up and had an appointment with rep Gabe within days.

Was only looking to remove a swamp cooler and fix shingles.

Instead; Gabe helped us with insurance paper work to not only replace the the roof but upgraded a few items as well as some needed additions.... for little out of our own pocket.

They also moved our replacement up 3 weeks from our scheduled time when another job was expected to take longer and finished in a day and a half.

Now we have a new roof without much damage to our already light monthly budget!!!

You really are a "Knockout!"

Knockout help me out with a roof inspection and they found out the roof was not a brand new roof. It was just painted on top to make it look like a new roof . thanks to knockout they saved me from buying a house with a terrible roof.

I thought we had gutters problems, but the Gutter company said it was due to the roof and referred us to Knockout Roofing, I called and they sent out Gabe to inspect the area. He took photos and we went over what was causing the gutters leak. We had them do the work and we've gone through a few rainstorms and the leak is now gone. All in all, we had a good experience with the company and they were easy to work with.

We had a "tricky" leak and had three other roofing companies come out and attempt repairs, I met Gabe at the Homeshow earlier this year and had him come out to take a look. He was very thorough and went over my options to fix my problem. I was glad they had finance options as it was a pretty big project. The installers did an amazing job. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had a roofing companies come to bid our home in West Jordan after a wind storm, Gabe with Knockout Roofing was the only one that mentioned and offered to work with our insurance company. They handled the entire process with us and we just had to pick colors. I didn't know you could get help from the insurance company instead of paying all this money for a, unplanned, roof. Their production team was great to work with and installers did an awesome job on the roof and clean up. I've already Recommended them to a few of our friends thanks guys.

Knockout Roofing was ok. The installation part was great, except for a few things. They had to replace most of the boards under our shingles, to which we asked how much extra that would be. We understand there was no way they could have know this when giving us the bid. The manager who was in charge said it wouldn't cost more than $2,000 extra. Well, we received the additional bill, which turned out to be over $3,000.

After going back and forth, and them taking forever to get me an answer back, they lowered the bill a few hundred dollars. So instead of paying $3,400 or so, we ended up paying close to $2,900. Still well over the "not more than $2,000" mark. We'll never use them again for any of our roofing needs. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of other better, respectful, and more honest roofing companies than Knockout.

The other problem we had is we are still finding nails and other debris in our yard. They were really messy, and we cleaned up a lot of their mess left behind. I can understand a few things here and there, but I have used other roofing companies, and these guys take the cake for the most mess for us to clean up.

Good Customer service though helping us with our insurance company and they finished a beautiful looking roof within a matter of days. I would recommend Knockout Roofing to anyone looking for a high quality roofing company.

Called Knockout Roofing (after reviewing their posted ratings) to have our commercial roof repaired, I was very clear that we needed it before it rained again, said they would come and check everything and get a us a quote. I have called several times, left messages, they were all ignored. Not sure how they have a good rating when they can't return a calls. The last two days it has rained like crazy, now I have a very upset tenant. If I had known they we not going to come I would have called someone else and saved myself alot of water damage to the interior of the building.

Knock out Roofing replaced our roof last summer. They were not the cheepest bid we got but they claimed to be service oriented, and had the best warrenty. Both the old shingle removal crew and the instillation crew did a great job, they came in a timely fashion, they were respectful, and did a great job. Early this spring we found a slight problem in a sofit over hang that had been slightly damaged by the removal crew. birds were coming into the attic to nest through a small dent. we made a temporary fix and I called and asked if they would come and look at the problem after the snow and cold temperatures changed. they said they would and I forgot until the birds started invading again. 2 weeks ago I called and reminded them of the problem. they sent some one up the next week and the problem is fixed,,,, it looks great. I have never received such prompt service from a company that I had paid in full before. most times after they get the money they are done with the job. Knock out roofing is not done with a job until you are a satisfied customer. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Knockout Roofing.

My husband and I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They were replacing the main roof and back porch roof of a house we rent. They were working on it while we were at work. Came back after a long day and everything in our back room and washroom was COVERED with dirt, parts of the roof, and GLUE from their roofing job. Ruined our bike seats, white baby bassinet, leather boots, and computer monitor. Owner was not apologetic. Only offered to clean the glue off our leather boots with turpentine! Then said "Well I tried to make it right" when we said no! Sadly, it was 100% preventable. We would have gladly covered our things with plastic had we known such a mess was possible. Owner said "Sorry this is a construction site." He seems to forget that it is also people's homes. Left glue drips and roofing debris all over. We spent 2 hours cleaning up their mess and had to throw things away. I do not recommend these guys! Would hate for the same to happen to you.

We recently had to replace our roof and decided to go with Knockout Roofing because of their good reviews. Gabe was quick to get in touch with us and explained all the steps in detail. We were given an estimate that seemed reasonable. Once work started we were impressed with how hard Shane's and Ernesto's crews worked, often arriving before sunrise and leaving after dark until the job was done. We were impressed that they were thorough and made sure things were done correctly. Gabe's interaction was the one we were most grateful for. Gabe was quick to respond to our calls and each time a question or concern arose, he handled it quickly and effectively. He seemed personable to deal with. We recommend Knockout!
