Excellent service! We had this company come out for a gutter cleaning. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the work was done with care and the price was fair. Gutters in are nice and clean with no mess around the house. We will definitely be using this company for gutter cleanings in the future. Highly recommend!

We were introduced to Knockout Roofing by a friend who knew of this business. Our need was to enclose a front porch. As an afterthought, we also needed a hedge removed.
Working with Joe was very much an enjoyable partnership; His communication is excellent. His listening promulgates creative solutions and or recommendations, whether it be to your town’s Department of building permits or if you need to make a purchase of materials such as a floor upgrade. Clear directions as to what the owner needs to purchase or do online are done through photos, specific citing of a part number or catalogue number. Joe uses a variety of communication modes such as voice, Text, Email, written notes or diagrams. He is responsive to informing the owner as to what corrective action is needed. He is familiar with building codes.
Joe puts your ideas as the primary focus of your project. Another part of Joe’s communication is through photos that he takes and shares with you or as part of a permit process; that document what is being worked on. If a question should arise, he’s ready to discuss it. If your idea is not workable, Joe will work toward a better idea.
Joe has a good network of fellow tradespeople who can be brought in to accomplish jobs requiring different certifications and licensing requirements or work skills such as a Painter or person who can repair holes in the wall or ceiling. For Example: A Plumber or an Electrician. Joe also has other skills such as experience with landscaping. He has roofing experience and regularly does this as part of his workflow.
We are so pleased with Joe’s excellent work with the floor and the siding. His work to remove a hedge is excellent. He always leaves his workspace whether it is inside or outside neat and tidy. Additional materials that are brought in are also neatly placed; Workspace safety is excellent. He regularly cleans all the debris from the worksite so that nails and screws are not there.
We hope to use him again for future projects.
