The owner of the company, Klever, personally came to my house to give an estimate and outline a time frame for the project. I asked him to remove the carpet and refinish the hardwood floors underneath. Once the carpet was pulled up, we discovered a section of the house had plywood instead of hardwood. Naturally, I was concerned that the new wood wouldn't match the existing floor. However, Klever assured me that I wouldn’t even notice the difference once it was done. True to his word, the new flooring blends seamlessly with the old—there’s absolutely no noticeable distinction between the two sections.

Throughout the entire process, Klever was incredibly friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. His expertise and dedication were evident from the start, and I appreciated his clear communication and commitment to high-quality work.
