We hired Prestige Line Contracting after receiving three quotes to install a bathroom vent fan and new wall switches. All the quotes were competitive but communication with Prestige was above and beyond. They did a sight visit, helped us choose the fan and wall switches and completed the installation quickly. When we do the whole bathroom we'll hire them. The father/son team of Miguel and Franklin are great to work with, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Franklin and his team were amazing in every way. Franklin is very small detail oriented, and did not gloss over a single detail in planning. From grout color changes, to ordering material, to exactly where anything would be installed. Every detail was planned and verified in advance. Then we received texts with a detail plan of what was happening each day. The team spotted problems with the new bathtub that had been delivered, problems we did not notice. They then organized replacing and returning stuff ... which always happens in a renovation, but I did not have to worry. They prepared the site immaculately, making sure we would be disturbed as little as possible, and the final work was phenomenal. Our bathroom could not be better. Everything done with fine craftsmanship and precision. In 23 years of home ownership, and have never had such a pleasant construction experience where everything got taken care of.

Franklin and his entire team did a fantastic job from start to finish on our kitchen renovation. Everything was very well organized and scheduled including demo, electrical & plumbing, countertops, tile and new construction. The team was very polite, respectful and on schedule throughout the process and always left the house immaculate each day. Franklin’s team showed a great sense of pride in their work, with no corners being cut and adjusting where needed based on feedback. The team also pointed out several dangerous flaws in electrical work that was done before our time, which they also ensured was corrected as part of the job. We would love to work with Franklin’s team in the future and would highly recommend them.

PrestigeLine recently renovated an unfinished attic space above our garage into a beautiful one bedroom/one bathroom area. They also gut renovated our master bathroom into our dream bathroom. Franklin and his team did an amazing job on both projects. Franklin is overly communicative during the whole process and for first our first time going through a renovation, he really educates you about the whole process, which was very comforting. His team is very fast and good about sticking to the schedule. They also pay very close attention to detail and keep the job site and your house spotless when they finish up for the day. One of the main highlights was Franklin's excellent communication throughout the project. We had a few tricky problems to solve regarding plumbing that Franklin explained really clearly, with some different options on how to resolve.

They were always available to answer questions & stood by their work when there were some vendor-related issues.

We used them for our Master Bathroom renovation. The results were amazing and Prestige Line was responsive, clear and kept to their commitments. Would definitely use them again!

They were professional, responsive, neat and did quality work that looks beautiful to our exact expectations. The whole process was seamless and quick! We had not done a lot of remodeling previously so they were patient with helping us make decisions and walking us through each step. One stand out aspect of working with Prestige Line is the communication - communicating arrival times each morning, managing expectations on potential changes as they came up (we were opening a lot of walls on an old house!), clear bulleted outlined emails with any implications and our choices so there was no miscommunication/mistakes, asking us for input before any micro-design decisions made in putting in tile, etc. When you have someone working in your house daily for weeks that level of care and consideration creates a trust that really makes a difference in experience.

Prestige is definitely a step above all contractors that we’ve worked with in the past. We hired them to do a bathroom remodel and living room ceiling replacement. It was a major job. Franklin and Miguel walked us through every step, remained communicative throughout the project, provided near-daily progress updates with photos, and most importantly, met our move-in deadline and remained within budget. Their quotes are transparent and all charges for materials were properly documented. We plan on having them handle our living room and kitchen remodeling this summer.
