I have had great experiences with KOR over the years. In 2010 they put new metal on our shed. In 2021, we had pots-under-leaky-spots in our house and they reroofed with metal, replacing some damaged subroofing. The team did a wonderful job, in some pretty cold, terrible weather. I appreciate how friendly and down to earth everyone is. Administration and the entire team has always been extremely nice, professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of work!

I had an active water leak on my roof and was trying to find someone to come help me. Of course it was during a horrible rain storm! They were able to come out within 2 days and put a tarp over the area of concern until they can research the costs to make a more permanent repair. Raean was very professional and called me regularly to update me on when they would be out. They even emptied the bucket I had inside under the water leak! Very helpful folks!

Good people working hard in a difficult time. Very satisfied with the work that they have done for me in the past and looking forward to working with them on a future project that is in the works.

Our experience with Sean has been great. We have an A-frame cabin in Zig Zag that had a poorly designed/located chimney that caused some leakage issues. KOR did the roofing years ago before we bought it, but Sean wasn't involved in the initial roof installation. Nevertheless, he has worked tirelessly to fix the leak and has guaranteed his work. Would definitely recommend him!

UPDATE/ADDENDUM: Sean called me the day after seeing my initial review (below) and was very apologetic. He said that the person I had spoken with at the office was in training, and said they didn’t communicate that I had been waiting for several weeks to get on the schedule. He stopped by our cabin today and did the repair quickly, he said it only took a few minutes. I offered to pay him for his services, but he simply asked me to leave a better review.
I’ve updated my rating to three stars (averaging a 1 before my review, and a 5 after). I have seen another review here on Google mentioning communication issues and difficulties getting an appointment, so I don’t think I can ethically delete my initial review, but I feel comfortable amending it to note Sean’s apology and willingness to make things right. I would use his services again, and I would keep in mind that he is very busy and I would expect a delay getting on the schedule. Communication is definitely one area for improvement, though, and it sounds like efforts are being made to correct this.
INITIAL REVIEW:
Called them twice over a four week period to get a repair done to some broken shingles on our Forest Service cabin roof in Rhododendron. Each time I was told they were about 1-2 weeks behind, but someone would be back in touch with me to schedule a bid, and no one ever did. I called them a third time, and was called the next day and informed that they were declining the job, stating they were too busy. Now it's raining and I'm five weeks behind on the repair. That's just atrocious service. I wish they'd just said no from the start and not wasted my time. These guys aren't worth your money.

Had a consultation scheduled and was told someone would be at my house around noon. No one showed up. Got a call at 4:30 from the office saying they got busy. Rescheduled for the next day. Again, no one showed up. Got a call that night that the person who was supposed to come had called in sick. Rescheduled for the next Monday. No one ever came OR called. I can't comment on their work but judging by the fiasco of just trying to get someone to come to my house I would never work with them.
