Colton Fire District hired KLM to replace some sheeting, replace the siding and install new windows on the station. From start to finish they were courteous on time and communicated with us the job if there were challenges and when they would be working. The crews were always good to work. We will hire KLM again if we need this type of work done

KLM finished a project for us this week and they did an excellent job from estimate to cleanup. The job required multiple disciplines including demo, framing, sheetrock, painting, and a roof - and they did a great job on it all. We worked closely with Todd who visited the site several times to carefully examine and gather information in order to provide a fair estimate. We chose KLM because he kept in close touch throughout this process and provided detailed updates.
During the estimated 60 days of work, Todd continued to communicate in a timely manner and was very patient in explaining things in his updates. Additionally he sent photos throughout the project which we really appreciated - as we were unable to be on site, it was invaluable to have someone from KLM who consistently communicated professionally. When the project was over KLM cleaned up the site thoroughly, and also completed the work a week or so earlier than expected. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We just completed our 3rd project with KLM. Their crews are hard working and focused. The price is more than competitive. This project, a concrete floor in a pole barn, was completed in two working days, and we are extremely happy with the results, and with KLM.

KLM reroofed a 24x60 section of our horse barn. They were punctual, professional and competent. They actually started ahead of schedule on Friday 9/4, removed the nails on the old roof, planned to come back Tuesday after Labor Day. On Monday afternoon they came back to re-nail the roof down. "I couldn't sleep thinking about your roof coming off in the wind," Anthony said. They came back Tuesday prepared to wrangle sheet metal in gale force winds, but we had no power thankfully so they left. They were back as soon as possible and did the whole job in a few hours. They left the job neat and tidy. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend these guys whole heatedly.

Jay, Todd, and the crew were great to work with! They were all personable, knowledgeable, and professional! They completed our pole barn, and we couldn’t be happier with their performance!
