Accurate estimate, quality of product was good, installation was performed in a workman like manner, service was complete and timely, problems encountered through the process were addressed well with little to no additional cost, unforeseen issues arising with my projects were addressed in a timely and cost effective manner. Homemasters crew just put up new gutters on my house and they did a fantastic job. Gutters are high quality, move a large amount of water, cleanouts at ground level, and they look great. Their price was super fair, and the team arrived on time and knocked out the job in a few hours. A+ will do business with them again.

HomeMasters-East cleaned my roof recently; I asked for the pictures of the roof after the workers cleaned; the office sent me pictures of the roof and 1 part of the gutter were cleaned. The rest of the gutters that I saw through their drone are not cleaned, there are still black stuff in the gutters. I asked the office staff who flew drone why do my gutters still have a lot of black stuff in there. He said the workers took out debris that blocked the end of the gutters only, make sure water to run down the spouts, they did not clean the entire gutters.

When they said they cleanse roof and gutters, I think, they should take out all stuff inside gutters, not just the end of the gutters.

I'v used Home Masters twice in the space of a couple years after discovering that my home builder didn't seal my low angle roofing as well as they should have. Both times the process was very easy and the work was done very quickly. The quality of the work was great and my rood doesn't leak anymore. I will absolutely use them again whenever I find the next thing the builder did wrong.

We contracted with Homemasters for our back deck refinish and painting. All went awry due to lack of communication and third party communication until Mike our contact had the owners of the painting crew Kyle and Andy speak with us directly. We at first were very disappointed and thinking we had made a mistake. The job being done was not to expectation of cost or aesthetically pleasing as one would hope. Once owners Kyle and Andy came to look at the deck and our concerns they assured us that our concerns were valid. They assured us they would make sure the work was to our standard and what we were paying for. I have to say they kept their end of the bargain and the owners themselves took head and finished our deck. We are very pleased with the outcome. It looks like the vision we had hoped for and are thrilled with it. We are grateful all Mike, Kyle, and Andy are honorable and made it right! Great job boys! Thank you ! I would definitely hire them again. They are good to their word.

I had to share the outstanding service that HOMEMASTERS Boring, OR provided during my home improvement project. I recently had my roof and gutters replaced for my single level home. I was impressed with their professionalism and thorough explanation of their product line. We had our beautiful roof installed by Home Masters 18 months ago. We developed a noise with a vent flapper and placed a service call. Response was immediate and a thorough investigation was performed, both on the roof as well in the attic. The issue has been resolved. It's one thing to sell a roof but the true test of a company is how well they stand by their warranty claims. We obviously made the right decision in choosing Home Masters and highly recommend them.

The five stars were well-earned. I have a cool-looking roof that is steep, with many angles and dormers. The re-roof looks outstanding. The staff and crew were professional and courteous. The price was competitive.

Love this company. We had some dry rot happening and needed siding replaced. Got in touch with these guys and they came out the same weekend. Got a quote and project was set up and completed in just a couple days. Fast, clean and correctly done all the way around. Also we loved the price compared to any other remodel company I looked into. They also speak to you like family and you aren't ran through some corporate number. Also they checked in multiple times before, during , and after to make sure we were in the loop with what was being done. Great great experience with this company.

Contracted for: new roof, new siding, new gutters for a 30-year old, one-story, cookie-cutter home. I got bids on all three projects from different companies. Not only was Homemasters competitive in their prices, they could do all three projects. Scheduling was seamless and easy. Roof was done in two days. Siding needed extra work and was completed in 5 & 1/2 days. Gutters done in one day. Laborers were great. Project and scheduling managers were good to work with. My main contact with Homemasters was with project manager, Dennis Titko. Great person to work with. Very professional, and very personable. Overall it was a great experience.

Updated: the company reached out and discussed about our dissatisfaction. After that, they sent their men to clean the outside of the gutters as we expected. Well done!!!

Be sure to have them clarified the terms about what they’re gonna do EXACTLY for example cleaning the gutter means just cleaning the inside, not the surfaces which is super easy with a ladder. Then they came back and asked for $300 for the gutters’ surfaces that I did half of them in about 30 mins with my short ladder and slowly speed.

Install was timely and well done. David and Josh were especially helpful, and even fixed my garage door just to be nice, which was definitely not something they had to do. Would use them again in the future.

The team was great! Answered all my questions and showed up on time and worked hard all day. Roof looks great and the vents in the garage really help. They fixed all the issues the previous company caused.

It’s nice to have a reputable home improvement company within the Boring/Damascus area. Gutters and downspouts look great, personnel were efficient and all were professional, quote was right on.

We just had a new roof put on our home by Homemasters. I highly recommend them. I am very pleased with the work and the appearance of the finished roof. They ripped off the old roof and carefully cleaned up after themselves each day. We also replaced some of the barge board trim on the edge of the roof. (Facia)
The crew was very polite and respectful and, as I mentioned, they cleaned up after the day’s work. At the end of the job they went all over the yard with a strong magnet and it picked up all the nails, etc from the tear off.
These workers were pros all the way. When there was a potential for rain they made sure the roof was covered with underlayment. When they found rotted wood under the old shingles they discussed it with me and we came up with a plan. They went out of their way to do things right. They were honest and kept their word.

Homemasters did a beautiful job on our home! Steve was so kind and caring and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the outcome.
There were some hiccups along the way with timing and product delays (which is just the world we live in right now), but Steve was always available to answer my questions, he was attentive and thorough.
I absolutely adored his team who did our siding, windows and stonework. They did an outstanding job and made sure we were happy with it before, during, and after. We also had the whole house painted. The painter was FAST and used high quality paint. No drips/overspray.

We recently completed some long term maintenance on our home. We began with new roof and gutters, and ended with a full three color outside paint job. The crews were professional, friendly and respectful. The painters, Rob, Jacob and Lorin did an amazing job. They were helpful and patient as we settled on house, trim and door colors. A few weeks back, while leaving our driveway on a dark foggy morning, my hubby wiped out our neighbor's mailbox. I had been wanting to upgrade ours to a locking box, so I offered to pay for the installation of two matching boxes if the neighbor wanted to buy one, or to just reset his existing box. He decided on the new box, and I contacted Homemasters.

Steve Frick, the owner, came out to give us an estimate, and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and pleasantness. We agreed on a few variables, I ordered the mailboxes, and they were installed yesterday by one of his workers, William. Again, an impressive young man, hard working, polite, and with a charming southern accent (he's from Virginia).

The work was done EXACTLY to my somewhat demanding specifications (must be plumb, level, and symmetrical). I couldn't be happier, and the price was very reasonable.

Last night my neighbor came by to pick up the keys to his new mailbox. His comment was, "This is actually quite an improvement. Tell your hubby he can wipe out anything of ours he wants. Just kidding."

After finding out that we were in need of a new roof, I searched around. I got four estimates, one of which was from HOMEMASTERS. The estimate from HOMEMASTERS was not the lowest, but Scott was absolutely Awesome. The inspection was the most thorough of the four. Scott was the only contractor that actually got on my roof and went inside my attic area, the other contractors just walked around the perimeter of my house. I decided to also get new gutters installed. I was pleased with the color options for my roof and gutters and I was pleased with the warranties that are provided by HOMEMASTERS. I got a time line of when the work would begin and it started on time. I was surprised and super pleased to see that they got my roof done in a day!! My roof is fairly simple, but it still surprised me because I've seen my neighbors getting their roof replaced and it took days. The gutter I chose was not in stock, but the folks at HOMEMASTERS kept me informed of the delay and the expected installation date. We happened to have a pretty gnarly storm on the day they were supposed to install the gutters and I figured they would postpone the work, but they didn't. When I came home my new gutters were catching the downpour and they looked beautiful. Thanks HOMEMASTERS!!

Our roofing project involved coordinating both roof and chimney tear off with installation of a new chimney and of course a new roof. Steve from Homemasters and his team did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Exceptional service! From the personalized attention to our color preferences, to the punctual arrival of the staff - everything was superb! The workers who did the tear off and install were professional and very polite. Upon pulling up the roof, they found it had been leaking but we just couldn't see it inside. We had a few "hic-cups" in beginning, but they listened to our concerns, took action and did an awesome job on our humongous heavy shake cedar roof.
Their workers are VERY trustworthy and respectful...we served them a delicious lunch and hot cocoa as the weather was brutal, but they did an awesome job and our roof looks down right beautiful!

Homemasters just did a complete tear off and roof replacement for me. They were great all the way through the process! They always arrived on time, communicated clearly, and completed the job on time and on budget! Additionally, their estimate was thorough and accurate, unlike three other companies I had come out before them. There were a few tricky parts to the job and they handled it all in stride! The crew was respectful and did a good job with clean up. I plan on using them for more jobs in the future!

Steve came out & unplugged my one gutter that was plugged. In no time, he had the gutter unplugged......very thorough. He was very professional about the task ..explaining what he was going to do & what he did.

We hired Homemasters Portland East to replace the gutter along the back of our house in Sandy. They were professional from quote to completion and did a great job at a price that was slightly lower than the competition (Action NW). I would hire them again.

We had HOMEMASTERS install new gutters and windows on our house. They were very professional and were able to perform the work in a timely fashion. We also inquired into whether our roof needed to be replaced since we had recently bought our house. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and getting another unnecessary sale I was told by the owner who came out that I had a few more years left on my roof before that was necessary. It is because of the honesty I will be having them replace my roof when that time comes.

The customer service is great for this Company, they really try hard. Had some roofing and indoor repairs completed and they did a good job. I like the fact that they do everything, no need to hire different contractors for the various work i needed done. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Don't get me wrong, they are nice enough people but I paid my deposit, waited two or so weeks , then was scheduled for new gutters and downs on my 100+ year old house. The crew came out as scheduled and replaced the gutters on the front of my house and after tearing the old gutter off the side of my house they discovered they didn't have enough material to finish. After three days of waiting for them to come back I called them. I was told my material came in the day prior but it would still be three days before they could get back to me.

After the owner got involved my new gutters were almost immediately installed on my house. They look amazing. I'm leaving my original review up as it did happen but I'm updating to say it was rectified by the owner after the fact. I may use them again in the future but will be more cautious and proactive in the service.
March 2020. Called to have a small gutter put on the house to match the previous gutter and not only did they come a day earlier than originally scheduled but Chris did an outstanding job. I love my gutter and the way the downspout looks.

We needed a hole drilled in our granite to install an instahot. The information we were given about fees was their hourly rate, and that if they are here for 5 minutes, they charge for the whole hour. So we thought we might as well have them replace the faucet and put the instahot in while they were here since drilling the hole wouldn't fill an hour.
Twice the worker had to run out for parts he should have known he needed (a granite bit, to drill a hole like we asked for in the first place), and tried to charge us for his lack of preparedness.
He ran into some complications replacing the faucet, which I understand. But after that it somehow took him three hours to mount the instahot in the cabinet and put the spout through the hole. While doing so, he never once spoke to me about the trouble he was having, or told me why it was taking so long. He did, however, spend a lot of time muttering, cursing in front of my children, and taking angry sounding breathers.
I kept a record of when he arrived and left every time and only paid for the time he was in my home. But that took some negotiating with the office to accomplish as he originally included charges for his travel time and lunch break.
Additionally, he put our faucet on sideways with the control in the front; and the instahot spout is loose enough that I can move the base of it around on my counter. I was not about to give him a reason to spend any more time in my home, so I did not ask him to look at it again.

To sum up: bad communication, bad workmanship, and bad language in front of my small children.

Gave my down payment the middle of April and here it is the last day of May and they were scheduled to come out only to get a call PAST the time for them to be there to tell me that they are not coming out. Want my money back and will be going elsewhere.
