If you want a contractor that will guarantee his work, this crew is not for you. Ty and his crew did our roof back in March of last year. What started as a great experience has turned into horrible customer service. I first called Ty to put a boot on for a new puncture we made in the roof. He scheduled a time with me and no call no showed. I called him back and got the rudest short responses. As if it was a bother to even have tried to give him money for a service. He texted me after the call to text him from now on. He never showed to install the boot.

After this I inspected the roof, We noticed this summer that the porch was having some deep folds keeping standing water on the roof. I have called, texted Ty at his personal phone & business phone over TEN times over the past several weeks with no response. He will take your money, do the job, and never respond again. Beware! Please do not fall into this situation.

Myers Roofing was great! They put the new roof on the house we just bought and had it completed before closing! We reached back out to them because one of our gutter downspouts was clogged, and they were there the very next morning! Ty was very polite and accommodating, even when there was confusion about which gutter needed cleaned (my bad). They had it taken care of in no time! We will definitely use Myers roofing again in the future.

I'm very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service that I experienced with Ty. We had minor roof damage that he repaired within a couple of days of my initial call for an estimate.

I've used this company to roof my current home as well as my previous one, they were very informative and I was amazed at the speed at which my home was reroof. I will definitely be using them if ever I have Roofing needs again.

I have used this company 3 times now. These guys are really good. They just finished a complete removal to the wood and reshingled my home in less than 2 days. And the quality of there work was easy to see. There price was among the lowest bids that I received. I went with this company this time again because in the past they showed up on time and do a great job. Highly recommend them.

Very happy with the cadence of getting a quote quickly after calling about my roof leak. Also very happy on their flexibility to come on Saturday and complete the work before the rain hit. Overall very pleased.

I have used Myers Roofing in the past and was satisfied with their service. I paid immediately. I have called x3 for gutter repair. I actually spoke to Amy after the first call and was told to text a number. No answer the next 2 days. No reply to texts x3. Very disappointing.

Update: FYI, they have never contacted me or stopped by as of 3/28/24.

Pricing was affordable. They were on time, cleaned everything afterwards. Good communication. Only downfall was the color of the shingles. I wanted very black as the sample and the ones installed are not as black. We are still happy with our new roof.

Updated: After leaving a review, Myers Roofing reached out to me and corrected the issue. Two star review upgraded to four stars.

Original: I told the worker for Myers Roofing I might have shingles in our shed. He found the shingles but they were for the shed roof, and did not match the house shingles. He didn’t tell me they didn’t match. It wasn’t until later I saw the finished job and noticed. I reached out to the owner on multiple occasions but he will not respond. Now I have a black patch of shingles on my light grey roof.

Great team at Myers. We had damage to our gutters and they came out and did the repair quickly and it was very reasonably priced. We would for sure call on them again!

The roof was redone recently by Myers Roofing. We have a leak that is now causing damage inside our house. I have tried to get in contact regarding getting the leak fixed and our warranty with no response. I have called many times across the past few weeks at various times. The voicemail box is full on both listed numbers. The “Request a Quote” does not work. Neither does the chat feature. We are not sure how else to get in contact to get the roof fixed. Very upsetting and disappointing.

These guys are fantastic! Showed up on time, extremely professional and went the extra mile to ensure the work was done right, and expeditiously. Definitely recommend them to anyone! They are the bomb!

Stripped off 2’ of shingles on the bottom of my shed roof . Installed ice guard felt & put on new shingles . On time friendly and efficient service .

Myers Roofing did fantastic work on my home. My 36 year old home needed a new roof, gutter work, fascia and soffit repair and or replacement, and replacing some siding that had blown off. I’m a picky person, and I can assure you that Ian and Ty Myers, and their roofing and gutter crews were outstanding in every way. They were professional, efficient and meticulous in their clean-up. The estimate was very fair and I wasn’t surprised with any unexpected costs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Myers roofing did an amazing job with my roof replacement. Ty and his son Ian were VERY professional and took the time to detail the estimate. The one item I really liked with Myers is their estimate is linked to a webpage and could be downloaded. The included pics of the roof and an overview of what needed done were all listed in the link. It was so simple to point my insurance adjuster to this for a comprehensive overview of what would be completed.
The crew also was exceptionally professional, hardworking and cleaned up the entire area afterwards. The actually did EVERYTHING (entire roof replacement) in 5 hours, to me that was amazing!!! Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Ty, from Myers Roofing, spent hours with me and my insurance as we worked through the insurance process. He was “miles above the line” with service and caring and when all was said and done, fixed what need to be fixed. Ty Myers is the best! Quality work at fair prices. Plus the work is done in an expert manner and he’s very responsive to messages and has completed work in a very timely manner. We first had Ty do repair work to siding. When he finished the house looked great! Then we had him repair flashing around a skylight that was installed incorrectly by a different company (and no longer in warranty). He and his crew repaired and replaced the damaged shingles around the skylight and fixed the flashing. I highly recommend Ty Myers for any roofing related or siding work!
