I recently had a great experience with Dry Patrol of Central Ohio, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by Jake and Dalton. From the outset, their friendly and efficient approach made a significant impact. They took the time to explain every aspect of the process, demonstrating a clear understanding of their work, and a genuine passion for it.

Jake and Dalton did an amazing job on our air duct and vent cleaning! They got right to work and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The house never smelled so clean! Both gentlemen were professional and took the time to explain the process for the cleaning as well as used kid-friendly terms for my children to understand. When the time comes to clean the ducts and vents again we will be giving these two a call!

I've been extremely sick for 2+ years now, from living in Water Damage Toxic Molds (former home), to the point I now have a very serious condition called CIRS. Unfortunately, upon moving into my new apartment, after being assured and reassured that there was no water damage here, I found water damage under my kitchen sink. Although, immediately concerned, I still had to deal with my move and unpacking. Therefore, I placed my fears in the back of my mind until I started using the furnace in my new apartment, and within a couple of days my Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome began acting up immensely.

That was when I contacted Dry Patrol, and scheduled a free estimate. I spoke with Jen, in the office, and she was so very patient, understanding and kind. Jen, scheduled my estimate for the following business day, where all went well. Christine, Jake and Dalton showed up on time, and did a throughout estimate.

Seems how they found not only water damage, but also the fact that the ductwork hadn't ever been cleaned, I chose not to wait on the apartment to pay for the ductwork part and called back to schedule the job, as I'd been getting worse and worse with the furnace running more and more.

Jake (not from state farm) came out this morning, and he did an excellent job all the way around!!! He showed up on time and got right to work. Jake was so upbeat, professional, yet friendly, and informative. He didn't even get the least bit upset with me when I realized that I had completely forgotten about the one vent behind the couch, as he was in the midst of packing his equipment back up. I felt really bad, and couldn't believe I forgot about that vent, but at the same time I could, because of my CIRS condition. Thank you, Jake!!!

As for the water damage part, my Dr's letters and Dr filled out apartment paperwork is all ready to be turned in, and after I get the apartments approval, I will definitely be contacting Dry Patrol to finish the wonderful job(s) they've started!!!

Take it from me, no one wants to be sick like I now am. Water Damage is NOTHING to put off, because CIRS aka mold toxicity, cannot be put off. Instead, it will start consuming your life from the inside out before you even know you're ill, and by then it's nearly impossible to reverse all of the organ damages-including brain damage.

Excellent service. They were able to come out within a few days and they came within the window of time they had estimated. Jake was great and helpful. He even put my recycling bin back when he left. I’m very happy with the services. This is the second time we have used them and I’ve been pleased each time.

So I'm having a bad week. I wake up one morning practically crippled from a pinched nerve in my back. Next thing I know, I wake up from a nap to find an inch of water in the 2nd floor bathroom from an overflowing toilet, a waterfall coming through the living room ceiling, and huge chunks of wet drywall falling down all over. I can barely move, let alone deal with this. So, after a few frantic minutes searching for someone to clean this up, I roll the dice on Dry Patrol. After hours, emergency call, but their dispatch says they'll send someone out in about 2 hours.

Jake and Dalton show up and get right to it. Sucking up the water, picking up the debris, even cutting more of the soggy drywall away to keep it from further collapsing. Fans, dehumidifiers, the whole deal, in both the living room and bathroom.

They end up checking in twice over the next two days, taking moisture readings of the subfloors and drywall before everything was reading dry, packed up, swept the floors, and that was that.

A hefty bill for the insurance company to deal with, but I sure wasn't going to be able to take care of it with a mop and a couple of bath towels. It is what it is.

Jake and Damien did a great job cleaning out or vents! They showed up on time and did a great job explaining the process. We are glad to have worked with them.

The day after closing on a new build home, we had a new washer and dryer delivered. During the testing of the connections and running a test wash cycle, we discovered that the discharge drain was not in the correct location. Although it may have only come down to just a few gallons of water being discharged from the washer, it went between the walls, into the master closet, under the master bath flooring, under the laundry room flooring, and then cascaded like a waterfall into the basement. The Dry Patrol team arrived quickly after our builder contacted them. Dry Patrol provided two large dehumidifiers along with 7 to 8 large capacity fans to help dry out the flooring, carpet, and basement. It wasn't just a drop off of the equipment and then a follow up call, the representative was out to our house several times during the next 11 days to confirm the process was working to dry up the flooring and basement as expected. Nice to have the continued follow up. The representative shared his findings with the build team so we could get this resolved quickly.
As much as I wouldn't want this to happen again or to anyone else, I definitely would recommend using Dry Patrol to help remedy the situation. Thank you!

Terminated contract half way through. Check your estimate item for item. Be sure you watch the work being performed. Listen to crews talking amongst each other. You lean so much. Didn’t show on 2nd day but 3rd. Informed me I had black mold along baseboards and needed to cut out 2 feet of wall all around basement. There was no black mold only new grey mold in rafters from leaking pipe. Checked their work progress after they left on first day. The initial burst pipe issue area was not even treated. Moisture extractor was on opposite end of basement away from main water damage location. I moved the machine myself to appropriate area. Crew stated that no one had told them and blamed it on the “new guy”

Our newly constructed home had a toilet overflow the day before we were set to close, so we called Dry Patrol on the recommendation of our home inspector and they were able to send someone out last minute to take a look at the water damage. Ken came out to observe the damage and was able to put our minds at ease that the builder had appropriately taken care of the issue and we needn't be concerned about long term water damage issues. He was incredibly helpful and didn't try to sell us on services we didn't need. Would absolutely recommend this company based on our experience.

We have contacted this company for the pipe leak damage cleanup for the leak was caused by the storm. We're impressed by this company, did the job fast. The rate was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.

We chose DryPatrol of Delaware OH to complete the clean-up works after a fire that caused smoke damage through part of our home, storage areas and garage. They were chosen based on their reasonable quote, their wonderful reviews, and their quick response to questions during the estimate process. They were the only company that capped their estimate by providing a range of what they expected the final cost to be. We didn’t want to hit the high cap, and we wanted the process to go as quickly as possible so we cleaned nearly all of the items instead. Their estimate did not specify what the cleaning estimate was specifically for (items vs structure). So we were still a little nervous about what the final cost would be.
During the clean-up time their workers were communicative, polite, and friendly. We always knew when they would be arriving, and when they were leaving. They always left the messy situation they were working on in good shape at the end of the day. The final product was great. Everything was ready for the reconstruction work.
The final bill after all of their work and ours….unbelievable. It was LESS than their low estimate. I’ve never had that happen. I only hope they were not disappointed.
So thank you DryPatrol. Your efforts and recognition of how much we did ourselves is appreciated.

These are good people. I can't tell you how thankful we are to have dealt with Dry Patrol - specifically Bobby & Ryan. We don't live in Ohio, but near Philly. Our house was flooded from Hurricane Ida on Sep 1st and in the days following we stayed in a hotel where I noticed their truck in the parking lot. Turned out they were working on a big corporate job nearby. Given the widespread flooding here, finding a water mitigation company was difficult so I took a chance and called the number on their truck. Long story short, they were heading back to Ohio before we could hire them BUT the time and length they went to to see to it that our house didn't sit and rot while we dealt with insurance craziness, etc. was BEYOND what I ever expected. They dropped off two dehumidifiers to our house to let us run for nearly a week. Didn't charge us a dime. Looking back now I also see how they were trying to walk us through how the insurance and FEMA works, though at the time we were distressed and confused and didn't quite get it. The bottom line is - these are good people. They even offered to review what the local company we eventually hired contracted to do. I can't thank Dry Patrol enough for their thoughtfulness and generosity in a time that we were traumatized, stressed, and basically lost. If you are looking for honest people who truly care, these are your guys.

Ken, Jaden, Logan, and Jake worked removed our carpet and some dry wall after out basement flooded. They did a great job and our basement is very dry now and free of any bad smells.

Company was quick, attentive and did what was needed to dry out my basement after a sump pump fail. They do seem pricey, BUT it is an emergency service and I was willing to pay to have it taken care of quickly.

We had quite a mess for Dry Patrol to help clean up and they did an excellent job. They were on time and provided daily updates including photos of the progress. The techs really were kind and compassionate which was so much appreciated. The only thing I would change is the process for estimating the costs upfront. Our situation was tricky but it would have helped to know the total cost and to have things like extra dumpsters anticipated in the estimated costs. Overall great experience and we were satisfied with the job!

Dry Patrol was great, we had Chris, Jake, and Ken and they were fast and did a awesome job. We really appreciated how good of a job they did cleaning up after the job, we were expecting a bit of a mess but the room was 100 percent guest-ready when they left.

The main waterline into my home broke and was leaking into our fully furnished basement. On top of that, my wife and I were both Covid-19 positive and quarantining. Dry Patrol was the only company that would help us with the water removal and treatment for mold, mildew, etc for the carpeting and drywall that was damaged by the water in 3 rooms, despite being aware of the Covid-19 situation the employees would have to deal with on top of the water damage.
They arrived within 2 hours of Bryan (owner) taking my call on Sunday, and getting a crew together(Kenneth and his helper) and out to my home including taking all CDC required covid-19 precautions. Cleanup took less than 3 hours and equipment was left to help dry out the basement and drywall to remove any chance of future issues with mold and bacteria.
The fans / dehumidifier was left to dry out the basement for 3 days, (the first 72 hours are the most important for drying things out and keeping mold from occurring as was explained to me) then checked by Kenneth and removed quickly once he determined everything was dried (their equipment monitors humidity, temperature, etc.) properly and was safe to do so.
Today the Invoice and photos of the damage were sent to me so I can present it to my home insurer to help get the costs, etc . taken care of. Kenneth also moved all furniture, etc. without causing any damage to it or my home. He also pointed out 2 pieces that may have suffered some water damage as well as I would have probably missed seeing it.
With their quick response time (and on a sunday) I fully believe that quite a bit of damage was kept from happening had I needed to wait another day or so before finding another company that would have helped me. Once presented with my situation, Bryan made a quick decision to help me out while keeping his employees safe at the same time. If you have water, sewage, etc. leaking into your home, this is the kind of response I know I appreciated seeing, as opposed to one company who basically hung up on me after finding out my wife and I were covid-19 positive.

Hayden, Tyler, and Chris did a great job on cleaning out my vents in my apartment. Friendly, quick, and I was even able to work from home while they were here with no problem!

Hayden and Logan were professional and efficient. They came half hour earlier than expected and finished within the time promised. They shared some great information about a maintenance schedule and we appreciated their insights given the conditions at our home---a pretty long run of dryer venting. After the storm and the water receded from the basement it was a mess. They were at my house quickly and assessed the damage. The entire crew were professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I had a flood and sewage backup in my basement and had reached out to another company my insurance company named in their list of companies I could contact, but that I could use whoever I wanted.

Hayden and Chris came out at the request of Rescue Rooter after a very messy situation involving jet cleaning our sewer line turned into a health hazard. Dry Patrol came out the same day they were contacted and went straight to work. We've had other cleaners come out after our basement flooded, but this was 10 times better. Breanna and Tyler did an amazing job on our vent and duct cleaning. We have been renovating for the last month or so which has created a lot of dust and we also knew how dirty the previous owners were along with the house being 111 years old.
They were in an out in 2 hrs, extremely hard working and professional. They even worked around our carpet installers being in and out of the house as well.
Before the cleaning we found our selves stuffy and congested upon going home, after the cleaning, I slept at the house for the first time 1 day later and noticed how clean the air in our house was immediately! Better then at our townhouse!

They ROCK!!! I reached out to Dry Patrol first thing on Monday morning. This specific call was on a day I am confident that they were SLAMMED. The day before was a very heavy rain day. Not only were they out to our home about 24 hours later, but they started work on Tuesday. All work was completed Wednesday & the entire drying process was complete by Thursday afternoon. I was called to alert of when the team would be arriving every time. They accommodated our request to arrive a little later due to us trying to get our kids out the door for school before they started work. This review will be short and sweet, but having spent my entire career as a senior executive with a multi billion dollar company, believe me Dry Patrol provided us with outstanding service. The man in charge, Ken, was also outstanding, had exceptional people skills and made customer service his top priority. This was an out-of-pocket expense for us, i.e. not an insurance claim. Dry Patrol went out of their way to accommodate my wife and me on the expense hit we took, providing discounts where ever they could. I highly recommend Dry Patrol! You will not be disappointed!

We had water come to inside walls from water damming on the roof. Dry Patrol accurately accessed the situation and removed problem walls and replaced with new drywall in a timely manner. Very professional and skilled.

STOP! Dry Patrol in Delaware Ohio is a company you DO NOT want to use. You're probably looking for help because you are in an emergency situation...they know that and will take full advantage of you at every opportunity (don't just take my word for it, read other reviews and check with the Ohio Atty General and BBB). In my experience, they are predatory in how they secure contracts and they do not issue bills that meet industry standards. What does that mean for you? It means your insurance company will not issue payment on your claim and you'll be out of pocket the entire (exorbitant) cost of whatever work they say they did. They promised to return and remove fans and did not....instead, causing us to incur 3 more days of charges that we did not agree to or need (such a bs, shady move because those costs are way too high to begin with) - even when we called to get the fans out, they ghosted us. On top of that, if you ask them to revise their bill to meet industry standards (why wouldn't they meet industry standards to begin with??) they will not. They will tell you it will cost you additional money (to the tune of about $70 an hour) for them to make any revisions...and they still won't do it. Preferring, instead, that you take out a loan to pay them or they will threaten to place a lien on your home. Why should you be out of pocket when you pay for insurance coverage? There are a plethora of reputable businesses out there that can help you - this is not one of them. Ask your insurance company who they recommend and STAY AWAY from Dry Patrol in Delaware, Ohio.

Our experience with Dry Patrol was a huge headache. We had issues with the financial aspect as the project manager made a "mistake" when discussing cost of what we planned to have done. Their pricing is inconsistent which caused us to be outside of our budget once the work was completed. Communication was an issue throughout the entire experience. Overall, we just had to cut our losses with this company and take it as a learning experience.

Had a pretty good service call from them for vent cleaning. Thanks Aaron and Joe, you on time, courteous and overall great to work with. Work seemed well done, only negative was that it took longer than originally estimated. Rather it to have been done thoroughly than fast, but that shouldn't have prevented providing an accurate estimate up front.

Eric, Braden and Mike did outstanding work. Very responsive and courteous and answered all my questions did a great job! A lot of other companies were trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars on encapsulation and they came in and put a vapor barrier and a dehumidifier for much less

My house was disinfected due to an infection of the COVID-19 virus. The team who treated my house, Aaron and Brayden, were very professional and sensitive about the matter at hand. They offered discretion should I desire it when dressing in their haz-mat suits before entering (i.e. using my garage to dress rather than in view). Professionalism and sensitivity is difficult to find, so I'm extremely grateful for it. I researched their product, too and felt very comfortable and confident having it used in my house for the purpose of destroying the virus in a safe manner. I will not hesitate to refer business to them or to use them again in the future if service is needed.

Janine and The Dry Patrol team worked with us to spray and wipe down our room and bathroom after an active Covid-19 case arose in our house. Janine explained the entire process and answered every question I posed. Thank you Janine for helping us through such a stressful time! I would use Dry Patrol again without hesitation.

Mike came out and inspected some minor deterioration of an external wall of my home due to a vinyl siding failure. He was on time, professional, and upfront about the situation. Mike was honest with me about no major remidiation being needed, instead of making a mountain out of a mole hill just to drum up business. The inspection/estimate was free and I can rest easy with his professional opinion, knowing my home is safe.

Dry Patrol staff (Aaron, Joe, Eric, and Caleb) were EXTREMELY professional and respectful. They treated my house like their own. I was nervous having any contractors in and out during COVID19 pandemic, but Dry Patrol staff were very clean and organized. They laid out protective material where they walked to prevent damage to my flooring, wore shoe covers, and didn't make a mess. My sewage drain in my basement backed up. Their team cleaned the nasty mess the same day I called them. They were very friendly and quick. They answered any questions I had. Their cleaning job was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

Dry Patrol came out to rescue us after our basement flooded then mold appeared on the drywall. Their estimator Mike was thorough & courteous. Our crew Damian & James were very always on time, worked very hard & were very professional. They made sure the basement was dry to the required moisture percentage, applied the fungicide, then returned & sanitized the basement & all the mold gone. I highly recommend Dry Patrol!

We had sewage flooding our basement in the midst of a large storm that affected several homes and businesses in Delaware this past weekend. Dry Patrol was able to squeeze us in last minute and we couldn’t have been more appreciative. Mike, the estimator, showed up and assessed what was needed and was professional, friendly, and fair. James and Erik were very professional and mindful of social distancing ( masks etc). They were friendly, polite, and were very neat and tidy , labeled base boards for easier re installation . Would highly recommend to friends and neighbors!

At first this was a 5-Star review and I even recommended them to my daughter and son-in-law. However when I went to pull up vent covers to clean and paint shortly after cleaning, discovered vents still with dust and debris. I called and they did send same two back out and they supposedly pulled all the vents and cleaned ones missed before. Even had me look at the two I knew were missed 1st time. I guess I should have taken time to look at all of them again, but thought they had done that themselves.

In cleaning floor in dining room behind our front door this past weekend, discovered one still with debris, dust, and items stuck to vent. Now I wonder if they actually used their suction equipment to pull everything from the vents. A bit of time has gone by since it was done, but there was a crayon and other goodies from previous occupants so I know it was a vent yet again missed. If it somehow wasn't missed and they used the vacuum, it must not have very good suction. Did not try to call them to correct as I do not feel it would do any good since they had two opportunities to get it right and failed.

We had a flood in our finished basement due to the sump pump quitting. Dry Patrol was highly recommended to us by a plumber friend who replaced our sump pump. Once Mike, their estimator, who came to our house, I was completely impressed with him and his professionalism. He was easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and did not try to include a service that would not be needed for the water mitigation as other companies did. The guys (Damien, Ranier, and Steve) who came to our house to complete and inspect the work were awesome. They were timely, easy to work with, respectful of us and our house, and very professional. If I ever need a service provided by Dry Patrol, they are definitely my first call and they should be your first call too.

I had a very good experience with Dry Patrol. My basement flooded due to the Columbus sewage system backing up. It was very disgusting. They were very responsive and did an excellent job cleaning my basement and drying it out after. I don't think my basement has ever been this clean! They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I called Dry Patrol from a friend referral. Within 30 minutes, Michael was at my house assessing the damage in the basement. I was worried that my basement was going to be a total loss but they were able to save everything but the padding under the carpet and the baseboards. They were very professional and did all this during the first week of the stay at home order. They worked directly with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks to "Lisa" I'm still waiting the dispatch call 24 hrs ago.... She said " the dispatch will call you shortly to schedule your time" Well Lisa, thanks to your lack of professionalism I did the job myself. Next time don't wait for the client to ask your name and never give false expectations.

Unfortunately when they tore down my wall they broke the frame around my window. It’s now going to cost me more to fix the window then the service. Tried calling and no one at Dry Patrol will call me back about this. Not worth the headache don’t bother doing business with them.

We had a great crew of people help us deal with a pretty awful flood and mold issue. We're incredibly grateful for all of them: Todd, Hayden, Dakota, Anthony, Mike, and Damian. Each and every one of them was kind and respectful when they entered our home. They were even great with our super energetic dogs. Overall and all around stellar service.

Dry Patrol was recommended by our plumber when our sump pump went bad & our basement flooded. I called Dry Patrol & within an hour Chad arrived. At no cost, Chad ran tests on the carpet and drywall for damage & gave recommendations for repair. My husband had already decided that we were going to do the job ourselves & informed Chad. Chad stayed an extra hour, answered questions, & gave tips to help us save money!!!

David, Mike, and Chad were fast, professional, and very personable! Great job on cleanup after they were finished, couldn’t tell they had even been here!

I called DryPatrol at the recommendation of my plumber and spoke with Chad Holcomb. Chad came out the next morning to assess our problem. He took extensive pictures and measurements. He developed an estimate and thoroughly explained the entire mitigation process clearly enough whereby I understood all that needed to be done and why. We agreed to start the work the following Monday. The crew called to let me know that they were on their way and as projected they stayed right on task and finished the work by the end of that week. Mike and Anthony returned the following Tuesday and finished with the duct cleaning. Each and every day the crews kept me posted as to when they would be there and what they would be doing and for how long. All of their employees were courteous, punctual and committed to doing a professional job. I'd give the company five and a half stars if I could, highly recommend.

Anthony and Michael did a great job cleaning out ducts toddy. Explained everything they were doing a and did the work with a positive attitude! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service - I called and spoke to Janine Johnson, she was incredibly helpful and had a tech at my door within the hour. Our tech, Todd Gattshall was great. He was outgoing, honest and DID NOT try to push any unnecessary service or product on us. Great experience - will contact them for any future water/mold issues. A+++

These guys were absolute life savers. A floor drain in the basement backed up and left raw sewage all over the floor. We called Dry Patrol and Hayden was at our door within the hour. He was polite and professional and gave us an estimate on the spot. He had his guys on site to start the clean up very quickly, and they were extremely fast and efficient and thorough. Hayden and Dakota did an amazing job, and it was such a relief to have the whole mess taken care of within a few hours. Mike came and took the dehumidifiers away once the area was dry and he was great as well. I hope you never have raw sewage to deal with, but if you do, you can not do better than calling Dry Patrol to turn the situation around.

Had my furnace ductwork cleaned. Anthony and Justin did a very thorough and professional job. Very happy with the results and would recommend the service.

Excellent young men Dakota and assistant just left from performing a duct cleaning at the end of a home, basement remediation. Overall both jobs done with zeal and effort and I would recommend them. A little over zealous at times in redaction and a little scuffing of newly painted floor today, but still, a really good job.

Anthony and Dakota were very respectful of our property.
They were courteous and knowledgeable and we were happy with the service they provided.
