I loved working with KNC! We had a major floor in our laundry room that required remediation. Once remediation was completed KNC completed drywall repair, flooring, painting, and many other jobs to get our house back in order. Nick, worked to negotiate with our insurance on our behalf. Overall great experience! I would highly recommend them and would use them again for future jobs!

Nick was super easy to work with. He was able to come look at the work that needed to be done, give us a quote, and have someone on site doing the job super quick. He also communicated super well with us about project start and end dates. Prices are reasonable for excellent work. Raul who Nick sent over to complete the work was very kind, quiet, and clean. We didn't find any trash left behind or anything out of place when he was done. Highly recommend working with this company! I attached a picture of the drywall repair that Raul did for us he did a great job blending in the texture you would never know a repair was made. Thanks again!

I hired KNC to fix my kitchen due to a minor leak. They created more problems than they fixed. I was repeatedly told that KNC would fix and cover the costs of the problems they created but they did neither. It was a nightmare and I do not suggest using this company.

KNC was amazing during our home water claim. Their industry knowledge, from insulation to drywall to paint, was so helpful. The crew is fun to work with. They’ve been flexible with our work schedule changes. Highly recommend!

My HOI gave him as a reference. I call him out and he takes the assessment and says he will be calling me back. A couple weeks pass by and still no call. I call his secretary and leave a message, but still no call back. Listen, if you can’t do the job, show some business ethics and call and let me know. Just letting people hang out to dry is terrible. I’d say it’s a good indicator of how he does his work, too.

Nielson Development did an excellent job installing a small set of french doors on our office. They took extra care to make sure the job was done correctly. Each day they came, they were prompt and did a great job of thoroughly cleaning up any debris left behind. We are so happy with our new doors. They look great!

I had KNC install French doors in my home. Less than 3 years later all the paint on the exterior has rubbed off, the framing is separated from the glass and the door handle has fallen off 3 times. I have called 4 times this week and the woman who answers the phone takes a message at says Kirk will call me back but I have yet to receive a call back. Today she had an attitude with me, like I’m the bad guy for checking back after never being responded to. Sorry for being persistent considering I don’t have a handle on my door that allows access to my home! It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another thing to be careless. So unprofessional.

What's worse than terrible? Figure out that word and use it to describe KNC's integrity. I work in restoration and our client decided to use KNC to do an abatement which the company I work for is unable to do. They tried taking over the remaining job that or company was responsible for and tried getting me to do some things for no other reason than what seems to be malicious intent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If they're willing to screw over other companies, I can only imagine the services they charge for that may be unnecessary, relating to your restoration needs.

KNC Contracting is completely incompetent. Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. KNC attempted to repair my roof, and only made the leaks worse. I was forced to hire another contractor to correct KNC's terrible repairs, only to have KNC take me to small claims court to collect money for work that had to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

From a personal standpoint, Kirk is fantastic. Friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, his subcontractors do poor work, despite being asked (and supposedly) re-doing several projects upon Kirk's request. We had wood floors and tile put in our house which included a fair amount of work on the floor/toe boards and repainting. The floor boards do not look great, but not horrible. The paint job is TERRIBLE. It looks worse than before and we requested that they re-do the painting and it was never done to satisfaction. At this point, we don't even want the contractors in our home anymore and would rather pay someone else. The project was also supposed to take 3 weeks and it ended up expanding to 2.5 months.

As a plumbing contractor Arico Plumbing, it is critical for my company to have a dependable General Contractor what specializes in Disaster Restoration and who will show up when the need raises. KNC has expertise to diagnose the problem and provide quality work at an affordable price. I have worked with Kent for many years, and we look forward to working with a quality Disaster Restoration company that has been in business since 1986. Experience matters!

First used KNC for disaster recovery from broken pipe flood. Subsequently remodeled two baths and other minor repairs. Honest as the day is long, quality work. What else can you ask for?
