Representative came to our house stating several roofs in our neighborhood needs roofs due to hail damage . He asked could he look at our roof at no charge . They looked at the roof and said I had lots of hail damage as well as torn shingles and a hole in my roof. He stated he could get us a new roof through our insurance company and immediately asked me to sign a contract . I was hesitant so I asked if they could come back tomorrow when my husband could be here before I signed anything . We agreed on a time .. my husband left work early and came home at the time we agreed… we waited and waited and no one showed . We tried to call the number and it rang a couple times and then went blank . I called Mr roof to come check my roof to see if I needed a new roof or any repairs … the representative came out looked at my roof and informed me that I DID NOT need a roof or any repairs .. I had a bad feeling about this company and I am glad I trusted my gut . If these people tell you that you need a roof .. get a second opinion .. I would recommend Mr. Roof for an honest opinion .

Jason Hendrix has been extremely professional in helping us with procuring a new roof after hail damaged occurred in March. His detailed explanations and time commitment has made the process very smooth.
His timely communication has been refreshing. Good guy that’s been very helpful.

We've had a lot of roof people come by since the recent hail. All of them said we need a new roof and have a lot of damage. Then Sammie, Jeremy & DeShawn inspected our home and said we have 1 shingle with wind damage and 1 gutter downspout with hail damage but nothing to worry about at this time. Their honesty really stood out to us. It would have been so easy to mislead us just to generate work but they demonstrated integrity. When we do need a new roof they will definitely be who we use!

They were in the neighborhood and offered a free roof inspection, and took them up on it. Looked over the whole roof and advised everything was fine and no damage. Everyone I talked with was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and use in the future when needed.

We just had a storm and I called King Contracting after seeing one of their cars around town. A Cadillac, which is kind of weird for a roofing company. Anyway, they were able to accommodate a same day appointment to inspect my roof. The inspection was free. I was missing shingles after that storm and there were hail dents too They put a couple tarps on my roof to cover the damage. I filed a homeowners insurance claim and their employee is helping me deal with the insurance requirements. Thank God for that because we all know insurance companies are awful. I’m really glad that car caught my attention. These guys are really great.

King Contracting employees knocked on my door after the hail storm last week. They inspected my roof with a drone and found way more damage than I thought I had. I am glad they came by otherwise I wouldn’t have known. My roof was really old and needed to be replaced anyway. With the additional hail damage, I decided it was finally time to replace it. They offered me financing, which I didn’t know was an option for new roofs. If it weren’t for the financing, I wouldn’t have been able to do it. I’m really happy King Contracting found me.

I can’t say enough great qualities that Tommy and King Contracting bring to the table. They were able to answer every question I had with extreme professionalism. Tommy managed the project from beginning to end for me and I’m grateful for King Contracting and the dedication they displayed to get my home taken care of.

If I could give more stars I would!!! Tommy was super great to deal with. I had no idea there was that much damage. He walked me through my property’s damage and explained the claims process perfectly before tarping my roof. They met the adjuster from State Farm and got my roof, gutters, and shutters approved. Im on the schedule and super excited to get my roof replaced. Thank you so much !!!!

My roof got absolutely hammered from some storms. Tommy the owner of the company came to my door himself and had a great conversation with me. Very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing and extremely professional. Will 100% being calling them again if I end up with more damage
