The first impression is a lasting impression. I believe Kimber is one of, if not the most honest contractors in DFW. After the last hail storm in my area, I had a couple of roofing companies come to my house and I was told I needed to get my roof shingles and rain gutters replaced. I called Kimber and Ron came to my house. Ron informed me there was no need to have my shingles and gutters replaced. He explained why I didn't need new shingles and showed me what hail damage looks like, so I would be informed for the future. Ron and MCC Roof are amazing. I had a bizarre leak in my kitchen ceiling after days of heavy rain. I suspected the worse...a possible leak on my 20+ year old roof. Ron and his crew came to my house asap, inspected the roof for leaks, and analyzed the situation. Instead of "selling" me a roof replacement, Ron was honest and explained the roof was fine, and that it was actually a plumbing issue. Not leaving it there, Ron recommended the only plumber he trusts with his clients, gave him a call on my behalf, and got him out asap to stop the plumbing leak. It's refreshing to know Ron is out there, not just looking for a sale, but having the integrity to solve the situation in an ethical way. Thanks MCC Roof! They counseled us one what was actually needed for our home and provided a better, more durable roof repair than what the insurance company had authorized, at no additional cost.

The roofing industry can be difficult to navigate, but I have known MCC and the owner for many years. They were my first and only recommendation to my 70 yr old mother a couple of years ago when her roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage.

I have a business park I oversee, it got broken into, the thieves cut into the asphalt shingle roof to gain access. The tenant didn't report it until late in the afternoon. I called MCC Roof hoping they could help me out. The owner came out himself and did the temporary repair that evening around 6 pm. This roof cut was so messed up I didn't think it would be repairable without at least replacing all the shingles. You could tell it was an older roof with granular loss. He said they could make the repair; it was an older roof but felt it had a few more years left on it. They came back out few days later to make the repairs to the roof. They only replaced around the damaged areas with new decking and shingles and repaired the damage the thieves did to the sheet rock inside. Once roof was done you could only tell it was patched because of the new shingles. Fantastic workmanship and outstanding service and integrity. Could have tried to push a new roof on this one but was honest about it. I will be a returning customer, and highly recommend MCC Roofing to others.

I worked with Ron years ago and because of the quality of service he provided in the past, I wanted to use his company again for my roof repair. His company did an excellent job and Ron is fantastic with communication, follow through, and customer service. He makes sure the customer understands every detail of the process and he checks in frequently, both in person and through text or phone to ensure everything is moving according to schedule and the customer is satisfied. Besides roof repair, his company also did some home interior repair and repainting my garage. Again, everything was completed timely and looked great when done. Had an emergency and MCC came out right away and put a temporary fix on my roof until they could add me to their schedule in a few days. When they came to replaced my roof, the guys showed up 7am on the dot and we’re done by 6 PM. It was a very good crew, nice guys. They took all the trash, there were no nails after the job was completed. Ron was great to work with, he kept me informed on the status throughout the day and promptly responded to my calls and text. This was my first experience working with them. I’m above and beyond impressed with their work! I would definitely refer them and use them again.

MCC Roof was very responsive at a time when it was almost impossible to get someone to come out and do the work. They communicated consistently and very effectively to let me know what was going to be done and when. They even came back a second time until they were happy with the quality of the work. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Ron just finished up an enormous project on our house. Ron and his team repaired and/or replaced the siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and masonry on our entire home. They also painted the house, which looks amazing. They rebuilt our chimney, installed a cricket, and did some roofing work for us. Ron and his team were professional and very up front about any issues that came up. The pricing was reasonable and we felt that Ron took great care of us. We will absolutely be return customers for any other work we need done. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This company is very polite and professional. They were quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts. They were able to fit me in their schedule very quickly and fixed my shingles that had blown off in a recent storm.
