I just want to write a recommendation for/to this company. What started off as a small bathroom and a bit of updating turned into a dream lake cottage retreat! You went beyond what I had hoped for. I needed one slab of my driveway to be raised to stop water from collecting next to my house. The team raised the slab and made sure it was level with the rest of the driveway. It looks great! They were professional, efficient and great to work with. I highly recommend them for your concrete needs!

I was recommended KIK by another local contractor. What are the best recommendations I've ever received. They were timely, professional, and went above and beyond of not only what was expected, but what was asked. I had some wash out on my driveway from all the rains that we had and they came and lifted and filled my driveway very quickly With an amazing result. When they were there, I sprung on them some potential more work for some crack filling, and they came back two days later and spent the morning filling and smoothing my garage floor to help me prep it for epoxy. They're an absolutely great company to do business with. As a local landlord with many properties, these will be my go to guys from here on out.

Matt did a great job fixing my front step! My walkway had dropped off from the front step of my house. Matt was able to raise the walkway back up and reseal the area that broke off. It looks like new! He did a great job and he was able to come out and do the work almost immediately. I highly recommend using Matt!

I had a great build with KIK Property Services! They built me a detached office/studio building and I'm really pleased. This is the best company I have ever dealt with. I had my house, garage and shed vinyl sided also cemented in front of my garage. Matt the CEO of KIK Property Services is professional and easy to work with. He is in consent touch with you and over-seeing the work. He explains everything to you and makes sure you are satisfied with the work being done. His workers show up M-F until the job is completed. The workers are professional and respectful a pleasure to be around. I would definitely use this company again.
