Not only did they do a terrific job on my roof, all in one day, they also didn't leave a scrap of old roof anywhere on my property. I tried to find some old roof and literally could not locate even a scrap. While installing the new roof, a recessed light cover fell out of my ceiling. Jake came by several times, during their busy season no less, with options for replacing all the lights instead of just the one so they would all match in my dining room. He also installed them all at no cost to me. I could not have asked for a better experience and will not hesitate to recommend Chelsea roofing to anyone who asks.

Chelsea Roofing did a great job on our new roof. The old shingles were removed, several sheets of OSB were replaced, ice guard was placed on the entire roof and shingles were laid down, all within a day. Flashings, ridge vents, vent pipe boots and all other details were done professionally, with care. As a former contractor myself, I know a good job when I see it. I enthusiastically recommend Chelsea Roofing. Their pricing, attention to detail, customer service and roof replacement services are all top-notch.

Shawn (sp) conducted a thorough inspection and made us aware of all available roofing and finance options. We were able to see exactly what the shingles would look like on our home by ways of an app that he utilized! This really helped with our ability to choose the color of the shingle that best matched our home.

Excellent company!! When we called Jake we were just wondering about the price of a roof. We liked everything he said and within a week we had a new roof. I've learned, through many decades of home ownership, that when you find an honest and conscientious tradesman, treasure them!! Jake, at Chelsea Roofing, is one of those professionals.

My downspout lost a battle between chipmunks and my cairn terrier (long story!) and Jake came to our rescue. Not only did he reinstall the downspout, he put in a rain barrel-- thus eliminating the terrier vs chipmunk theater of war.

I've had plenty of repair people ghost me for small jobs. Jake, on the other hand, is respectful and professional, with a good amount of cheerfulness to top it off.

Chelsea Roofing was a pleasure to work with to get our roof replaced after hail damage. There were long months of back and forth with our insurance company and it required Jake to make several visits to our home for inspections. Jake was very patient and knowledgeable with each step of the process of working with the insurance company. When the insurance company approved a full replacement, we were able to put on the schedule for the next week. His crew was efficient and effective. The quality was top notch. Getting our old roof torn off and the new one put on in a little over 1/2 day was fantastic. The added bonus of using a good quality local business was the cherry on top.

11/10 excellent experience. Had high winds blow off some shingles. They returned my call same day and scheduled to come out and look at my roof within a couple days. Jake personally came out and the issue was small enough he repaired it right then and there. On top of that he was personable and professional. As a new resident in the area, Jake set the standard for how I would want to be treated as a customer and neighbor. 100% recommend.

Had seamless gutters installed to replace the cheap, leaky, crappy gutters I’d installed from one of the big box stores. What I thought I’d saved in money then by doing it myself was cancelled by all of the frustration & products I tried to patch the leaks.

Was referred to Jake at Chelsea Roofing and am so glad I used his company. It was an easy process and he also inspected our roof (there are a lot of neighbors getting roof replacements from recent hail storms. He assured us our roof is still sound.

We just had a roof installed by Chelsea Roofing. To say that Jake is a nice guy is an understatement. Jake, and his crew, were professional, punctual, polite and super efficient! Vicky came out the first day, so that was great to talk with her. She told me, "when they are done, they clean up so good you'll never know they were there!" She was spot on.

He was here on time. He took pictures of the shingles and showed us what was failing. He took the time and listened to us ( we talk too much, lol) he didn't use any scare tactics. He didn't do any hard up sell pitches. He gave us his quote of different products and let us choose what we wanted.
As a side note, comparing prices from all the quotes, same line up, same manufacturer, Jake's prices? No comparison. He had the best price.

Jake is a a real honest and nice guy. I was a bit disappointed at first about a couple of things but his integrity and diligence came through at the end.
