Dexter Roof and Siding is excellent. Their bid for my home's roof replacement was much better than another roofing business from Jackson that I felt was upselling me. They were fast, and got the work started in under 2 weeks from when we signed the contract. I was honestly impressed with how they worked, I've seen bad contracting crews before and these guys were skilled, neat, and professional. They really seemed to care about doing a quality job and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I would hands down use Dexter Roofing again (though hopefully the new shingles last 25-30 years!). A big thank you to them for a good job!

After getting numerous quotes we were very happy with the price of all new windows and siding. Dexter wasn’t the cheapest, but not outrageous. Nathan handled everything from start to finish. He kept me informed on everything that was happening. Marcus and his crew did all the work. Very professional, on time every day. Marcus also let me know what was happening. We had A lot of rotted wood when they removed the old siding. They were more than fair on the price of replacing the wood. Dexter when above what was quoted. After finishing the bay window with sheet metal Marcus didn’t like the way it looked. At no additional charge they removed it and replaced with a composite that looked fantastic. Thank you guys!!!!

Recently had roof and gutters replaced. Anthony Wash and his team do very high quality work, on time at a fair price. I never have to worry about work being done correctly. This is 3rd major job I had done in the last 5 years and always come away completely satisfied.

After we had hail damage on our roof, siding and gutters I contacted multiple local roofers in the Pinckney area. We chose Dexter because they were very responsive getting us a quote and sending detailed explanations to us for the insurance company on estimate differences. I appreciated they kept pretty much to the timeline they gave us from the beginning of the project.

Nathan at Dexter Roof was fantastic, prompt with communication, and very easy to work with. A+ effort. He set the expectations and the crews exceeded them. I had a complete tear off replacement on my house, along with repairs to my soffit and facia boards, and the crew was completely done within 1 day including my detached garage. Terrific job overall! I would highly recommend.

These guys are AMAZING! Nathan took care of me from start to finish. They got the roof of my home and my garage done in a single day! And I had 2 skylights that needed to be replaced on top of removing my old shingles and replacing several sheets of plywood that were damaged to give me a new roof. And wow, does it look so much nicer. I would recommend anyone who needs a new roof to call him and get a quote. They are so worth every penny. Thank you so much, guys. Would definitely recommend Dexter Roof & Siding. They started at 8:00, did a complete tear off and cleaned up by 5:30. The crew was efficient and very polite. They did an excellent job. Very easy to work with.

Very satisfied customer! I would highly recommend these guys. Nate’s was accommodating, low pressure, and responsive! Excellent to work with. The job they did was top notch. Here at 08:00 gone at 17:00. They completed a tear off and install and clean-up. Doing the walk around at the end before the crew left you could not tell they were here. The whole crew was involved in the cleanup. GREAT Job!

This company did an excellent job installing a new roof on my house. One day was all it took to completely strip the old and install new shingles. Clean-up was excellent also, hardly any sign a new roof was just installed.

Nathan was very friendly and explained a the details about the product and the installation process. I would highly recommend using this company.

Anthony Wash at Dexter Roof is great! He came when promised, the crew did the work, he inspected previous work for warranty issues, recommended appropriate repairs and then Dexter Roof did those at a very reasonable price. He answered the phone and addressed all issues that I had, even personally coming out to do a job too small for a crew. I feel that it has become more difficult to find trustworthy contractors so I am happy to write this review. They installed new gutters, downspouts and built a roof modification to redirect water in August 2022.

Handled a re-siding of our house. Work was high quality and we are pleased with the results. Start of project was delayed quite a bit from proposed start date and communication before start was a bit lacking, but happy with the outcome.

The roof crew worked two very long days and replaced our roof with a beautiful new one. Plus, their clean up was amazing. Their chimney repair is really pretty, and respects the old stone work that is there. Gutter crew also very quick, good product, great clean up. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, and they were worth what we paid!

Dexter Roof (Anthony) came out promptly to assess some water infiltration on our roof during the winter, He returned to assess and test the surface and corrected some troubling areas. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and fair, I heartily recommend them!

Dexter Roof and a Siding installed my roof in 2011. They were very professional workers and did a quality job. A shingle recently blew off the ridge on some high winds. I called the business and Anthony was out to the house in one day to repair the ridge. He did extra work in the area where the shingle came off to secure another shingle. He was very professional.

Recommended. work was completely promptly, crew arrived on time, were very respectful of our property, friendly and courteous. Even offered to remove some additional construction debris of ours, saving me a trip to recycling. Will be our first call for any additional roof repairs or issues.

Dexter Roofing did a great job installing our new metal garage roof. The roof looks fantistic and we're very happy with it. I contacted many roofing companies and Dexter Roofing had the quickest response time and best pricing. I worked with Anthony and he responded to my messages promptly and kept me updated on the status of the materials that were on order. Anthony was not high pressure like the metal roofing company that advertises on radio & tv and much less expensive! He installed what we wanted, not what they happened to had in stock. I'm a very experienced handyman and have installed siding and trim on several homes. Based on my experience, I can tell you that they did a very professional job! The workers showed up on time, worked diligently and finished the job on time. All of their workers were very friendly and polite. When they finished the job, they did a very good job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them for your home improvement project!
