Met the owner Chad. came to my door talked for a bit and so we left the conversation with he is not like the big storm chase companies. Well, did same thing the first company did, ghosted me. After he said he would help get the job done before snow. He got up on my roof and after sending me a response on findings was last I heard from him. He stopped returning emails and phone calls. I stand by people with integrity, so hard to find these days.... I understand and would respect the person still after seeing something that he couldn't do or didnt make sense for him to do to simply call me and say I am sorry can't do it for reason x. but to say I'll take care of you knowing I wanted to get this done before snow and just leaving me hanging again. just disappointing.

I had no idea I had damage on my roof. They had stopped in, let me know the process I needed to take for contacting my insurance. Within two weeks I had a brand new roof! Installers were very professional and so were the salesman. I highly recommend Klienholtz Builders!
