We had our back entry door replaced by K&H and are really happy with the result. The old door was at least 70 years old, was not designed to be an exterior door, was warped, and drafty around the reveals and the dog door mount. We enjoyed working with K&H from the beginning: the sales rep who came out and quoted us and walked us through the options, the customer service folks who kept us updated on the order and processing (both email and text, which I liked) and the installers were just the best. They had a tight space to work in and less than ideal conditions (lead paint, double wythe brick construction that was of course not square), but they managed to not only make the door work well, but the final install looks really professional. This door is going to make a huge difference for our heating bill this winter.

We had a new patio and a full set of windows installed through K&H Home Solutions this month and the entire process was seamless. We were very pleased with the communication from the team members and the products arrived much sooner than originally estimated. The installation crews, James on the door, and Sergio on the windows, were very detailed, careful, and demonstrated the ultimate expertise and professionalism. What an amazing transformation 17 windows from 1902 to 2025. W have noticed a total change I the comfort in our home. We just got back from being out of town and our back room was extremely comfortable usually it would be extremely hot can’t wait to the winter to see that will not be like a walk in refrigerator. In the past year we've had K&H Home Solutions complete a couple of projects on our house.
We had them do a reside with James Hardie lap siding and install a beautiful Provia entry door. Both superior products especially for this part of the country.
Also, we had a new shower surround installed in one of our bathrooms.
The siding team was nothing but stellar. Marcos and his crew were totally professional. They were punctual and respectful of our property. Marcos's knowledge of installing the Hardie product was outstanding.
James, who installed the Provia entry door, was the best I could have hoped for. This being an older house, I was a little concerned how it would fit and be energy efficient. Thanks to him my worries were for nothing.
When it came to the shower refit, Mike who did that project was nothing but an all star. Once again, older house and worries about the fit. No problem. He made it fit like it was new construction.
I also want to mention the K&H staff for their attention to my concerns. Shawn, Will & Kayla were right on top of the progress of the different phases.
And especially a shout out to Brittany in the office. She is awesome. She walked me through the finance options and answered any questions I had (there were many).

I have been using K&H Home Solutions since approximately 2010, and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the products, like doors and windows, has never been disappointing, and the installation has always been of the highest professional quality. Great company!

We took bids from 3 contractors and chose Alaina’s with K&H. We had siding, 4 windows, roof and gutters done. With that big a job, there were plenty of things that did not go according to plan. At every turn, K&H adjusted to make things right. The widow guys were great. Then, rain delayed our siding start. As expected, there was quite a bit of water damage from our previous crappy (vinyl) siding. The siding crew had to cut out and custom-fit repairs to damage from years of wet-rot. The roofers also had to change from the original plan and that install went great, too. I was on the roof pointing out areas of concern where, again, years had taken a toll and they evened out and repaired the sagging/spongy areas. We ended up with a leak around one of the chimneys, but they responded immediately, even on Memorial Day weekend. They quickly repaired the leak and then paid to have the interior wall carefully taken apart to check for residual moisture. Above and beyond. So glad we went with K&H — big enough to handle issues seamlessly and small enough to care about exactly what WE wanted. Subs, leads, management, sales, all 5-star.

This company communicated well - frequently and accurately. The storm door that they replaced is excellent. We are very happy.

K&H were great to work with in replacing our front window. The meeting to decide on using K&H was efficient and well explained. The installation happened sooner than planed and the installer did a great job ensuring he made little mess and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. We love our window!

I was completely unsatisfied with the work that was done to install a side door in my garage. The materials were fine and I do like the door I chose, but the workmanship that was done during install was a joke. It was almost as if a journeyman was assigned the task.

Trim and drywall around the door was installed very poorly and does not fit flush to the wall, leaving a 1/2" gap almost all the way around. 2 attempts were made to make it right and both were failures. When I asked the tech about it, I was told that it was the way he learned to do the work. SUBSTANDARD AT BEST !
A one day job turned into 3 as there were sheduling conflicts with inspectors and several visits to correct issues with the install. In the end, I did my best to make things look as right as I could as I could not get what I wanted from the install team.
If you have the need to have doors or windows installed, find a more reputable contractor. One that cares more about quality than turning a buck ! Highly unsatisfied !

When trying to sell a window to a customer talk about 1) how much UV coating there is, how green a window is and how reflective a window is, 2) the cost of energy star windows and how much state, local and federal rebates are. Don't talk about items of no interest to customers and waster their time,

We recently had our home newly painted by K&H - Andy and his team did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the outcome. Prior to the job starting we were paired up with a designer to gelp choose the right color combination. Once the job started, they took the time to prep the exterior appropriately, arguably the most important step, resulting in a clean look / new caulk / any gaps filled. Additionally our required several pieces of siding to be replaced which they were easily able accommodate.

Great service. Had a minor fit issue after installation of my door, but it was quickly resolved with a service call.

After shopping around for a contractor or company to replace the storm door on my sunroom, I am happy I came across K&H! They were very kind, thoughtful and punctual, very thorough and answered every question I had. Jamie was fantastic at explaining the process in our first consultation and when James came and installed the door he did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and made sure he showed me the finished product before he left. I will definitely be happy to do business with K & H again in the future

Installers arrived on planned date and time. When installation completed the lead installer had me sign that installation was completed. He requested final payment which I provided by personal check. The following morning I received notice that the final payment was due. I called K&H and advised my check was given to the installer. Each day for the next six days I received various notices of my payment was past due. I spoke to office staff, sales representative and operations manager on the payment was provide to the installer. Six days of notifications that payment was due and then on the 7th day I received notification that the payment was received.

We had a great experience from start to finish of our new sliding glass door installation! Loved the communication throughout the process. Installation went great and the tech did a good job cleaning up afterwards!

K&H Home Solutions has done a fantastic job on our siding project for our home and garage! The entire process has been almost perfectly streamlined from our estimate and financing with Randy, material acquisition with Will, and the work itself. Marcos Lima and his crew did phenomenal work! They made sure that everything was done exactly the way it should be and looked great without skipping any corners. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for exterior work.

K&H did a tremendous job removing an old door and putting in a new front door.

New Sliding Glass Door Installation. Every step of the process deserved a 5 star rating: the consultation with Todd, the measuring with Matt , the installation and trim work with Jon & Sean and the great communication with Kayla and everyone else! The price was also reasonable. I would recommend K & H Home Solutions.

I would like for you to collect all payments when job is finished not in bits and pieces. It took seven weeks to collect payment for the gutters even though all jobs were finished at the same time. Also, I was unaware that the gutters' payment was separate from the roof. Itemization and cost of each item along with total payment should be given initially.

K&H Home Solutions is an excellent company. We had three new doors installed, a sliding door with a doggy door built in, a front door, and a storm door. All of them are amazing. Definitely a much higher quality than our previous doors. The entire experience was seamless. No pushy sales people, excellent communication, and the installation was efficient and done in less time than expected. A wonderful company and a superior product.

L&H Home Improvements installed a front entrance at our home. This included the front door and two side lights. They got the order completely correct and installed the door with a minimal of interruption and installed with perfection. When there was a minor glitch they immediately came out to remedy it. They told me exactly what to expect, gave very helpful recommendations and choices. They worked around my schedule, handled my insurance adjuster and HOA requirements, and the price was fair. We desperately needed new siding on our house in Englewood. My husband reached out to K&H (because of good reviews) and we had the pleasure of working with Jason. Jason was FANTASTIC! He walked us through the process, really understood our needs, didn't try to pressure us or sell us anything we didn't need or want and was very personable. The two men who did the siding work were amazing. They were extremely hard working, kept our yard/house tidy during the week of work and were friendly/but kept to serious working. As the work was getting done and afterwards, we kept getting checked up on to make sure were were happy with everything - and we were. The siding looks amazing and we are so happy. I recently replaced my windows and doors. My requirement was for windows that reduced the sound from living close to a major highway and intersection. I have not slept through the night since I purchased this house. I now sleep. Provia makes a window that drastically reduces sound, even the highway racing on 36!. I imagined selling my house because I could not stand the sound that penetrated my windows/doors, but now, I am so happy. I am also thrilled about the customer service, and quality of work that K&H Home Solutions provided for me. They were patient with my decisions and returned to make sure that the quality of work was what I expected. Everything is perfect! I purchased a Pro Via french door replacement for my +100yr old house from K&H. They did a great job taking measurements and accounting for the non-standard nature of the replacement. Todd was very helpful evaluating options and making recommendations to make sure the replacement doors matched what was being removed as close as possible. Therin was my installer and did a great job completing the work. He was detail oriented and was able to complete the installation in a day. Overall a very positive experience with K&H and I would recommend them for anyone looking to do door replacements.

Breckenridge, Colorado. I ordered the windows back in August and after some delays due to manufacturing issues they were delivered in December. The gentleman that installed the windows did an excellent job and I love the final product except for a few bumps along the way I’m happy with the end result.

K&H came to the rescue! Last fall my patio slider was not working properly. It was 6 years old and under a 10 year warranty. I contacted the company (a local Arvada business) that sold and installed the door. They would not honor their warranty because “they didn’t carry that product anymore.”Upon contacting the manufacturer, they said the installer was responsible for covering the warranty. However, they took on my case and contacted K&H who graciously got the parts and fixed the door for a very minimal labor charge. I am very grateful and will contact K&H in the future when I need doors, windows, etc.
