My experience with this company was amazing from start to finish. Matt Boyd came knocking on my door asking if he could inspect my roof for hail damage, and I won’t lie, I was extremely hesitant because I thought it was a scam. I can now say that allowing Matt to inspect has been the most positive experience I have had with a company in a long time. Matt paid attention to detail and worked with my insurance company and adjuster to get the most he could. He values his customers and I literally could not be any happier with the outcome. They fixed, my roof, garage door, windows and some other miscellaneous projects and all with little effort from me. I highly recommend using Matt Boyd and K-Guard for any projects.

Blake from Kguard came to my door to talk about my roof and gave me an inspection. My house got hit last year by those big hail storms. Blake explained to me that my roof was just likely damaged and would most likely qualify for a replacement through insurance. He was right, I barely had to do anything, and it only cost me my deductable. KGuard was great and the replacement went fast, however Blake was such a friendly and knowledge resource for me whenever I had questions. He was polite, smart, prompt, handsome, and wasn't pushy at all. Overall I had a great experience.

KGuard has always been great to work with. They upgraded my gutter system a few years back and recently replaced my roof (and gutters again) due to the hail storm we received early last year. They worked with and coordinated everything with my insurance company to make the process as easy as possible. And when they came to do the actual work, everything was done perfectly. They were very professional, clean and polite. I would definitely use them for any future roofing, siding or restoration projects given how well they have performed.

Blake took care of everything for us, starting immediately after the hail storm.
He brought samples to we could pick the shingle color, and worked with our HOA to get the new color approved.
Showed us how the KGuard gutter system worked- and we went with it on the front of the house where we have trees/leaves that clog ours.
He showed up on 'roofing day' with food and drinks for the crew- and did a walk through as well. (brownie points!)
Blake helped us navigate the insurance claims department, and waited until the entire project (plus punch items) were complete, and check showed mailed/received from insurance before asking for the balance payment.
All around great guy- on time when he scheduled appointments, positive/appreciative attitude, available when you call him, seems like he really likes his job and the company he works for.
