Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I had a great experience with Keystone Exteriors for our roofing project. From the beginning, Don, our project manager, was fantastic to work with—professional, communicative, and always on top of things. He made sure every step of the process was clear and stress-free. The crew also did an excellent job—efficient, respectful, and left everything clean and tidy when the work was done. The roof looks great and the whole project went smoother than I expected. Highly recommend Keystone Exteriors and especially Don for anyone needing quality roofing work!

I now know how stressful replacing your roof can be. The only thing that kept me sane was Chris @ Keystone! Got our quote on a Friday, the crew was on my roof the following Friday! I'm kind of still in shock about how EASY it was to go through. Chris is responsive, efficient, and patient (I had a lot of questions). The only thing I would change is that I'd call them sooner!

If I could give them more stars I would, very up front honest, went above and beyond to make things easy and quick. The crew is amazing, the roof we got is incredible, done quickly and everyone is super friendly, even down to the little details, they swept and collected nails in front of our doors before they left for the night. I cannot recommend them highly enough, very professional and would be happy to be a reference for them any time!

I might’ve overdone it when I collected 14 roof bids… but I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’ve worked in real estate for 7 years now and have referred clients to a variety of different roofing companies, but when it was time for me to replace my own, I truly did my homework and all the extra credit to make sure I got the best product and value.

John came prepared to present his bid in person and tell me about their GAF product they offer. Compared to other companies offering the same product (or even some offering an inferior product), his quote was very competitive. In addition, they offered extra incentives! Plus, as a “Master Elite” GAF installer, they have an industry-best 25 year workmanship warranty. Some companies advertise that they offer this, but aren’t actually verified through GAF to offer this (you can check GAF’s website to verify).

John was super responsive every step of the way. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and always found the answer or directed me to the experts for anything outside of his expertise. He got me scheduled quickly and his team knocked out the entire roof project in ONE DAY.

He followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with my service and came out of his way to collect payment once he knew I was happy with everything.

10/10, would recommend (and have already sent John’s number to multiple family members, friends, and clients).

The whole process from start to finish was great. Zero issues. They were also half the cost of every other quote we received.

Superior, quick, and reasonably priced! I received a notice from my insurance company that they wouldn’t renew due to my older roof’s condition, putting me on a 60 day timeline. Chris came by within 2 days of my inquiry with a straightforward and well-grounded evaluation. Across 4 bids, his was the second-lowest… and also didn’t cut corners (the lowest was just $500 less to do a partial job by leaving some iffy sections in place). The top two bids (from big advertisers) wanted nearly twice as much as Keystone, for identical work and materials.

Within a week and a half, Keystone came in and fully replaced my roof, including a tricky valley section which needed special attention. They tore up rotten OSB from the prior roofer and replaced with proper plywood (first 10 sheets free and a reasonable pre-negotiated fee for the rest). They put proper flashing everywhere, including metal w-valleys (I learned a thing) so there’s less buildup where the roof sections join up, and fully replaced all the gutters.

My roof now has proper ventilation, looks beautiful, and pics are sent off to underwriting so I can renew my insurance. Chris stayed in close contact by text throughout the process, handling a few one-off requests quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Kestone, Nate Came right out, I believe the next day after our initial contact. Excellent sales representative low pressure straight to the point. After Signing the contract, they were here within a week, this was very important because we had a bunch of rain coming and my roof was leaking. They sent Pablo and his crew, Pablo was very informative Friendly. They came out and knocked the job out, I Believe it was in three days from tear off to installation and Clean up, everything seemed to be done to the highest standard. Cleanup was good, overall impressed with Keystone. Thanks again Nate for Managing this job in a professional manner, I highly appreciate The excellent communication And friendly manner !!!

Great experience, professional staff that showed up as promised, even willing to work around my wishes of no work during rain, they did an awesome job start to finish was only 4 days. I have already shared their info to a friend that needs a new roof and will continue to recommend them.

My roof is beautiful. The workers were friendly and do great work. I had to finance a portion, but that was very easy. Highly recommend.

Very happy with end product. My too f took more plywood than we thought. Very professional and apologetic once it was noticed. Worked out a new deal that both (me: customer) and Keystone were happy with. Very happy with warranty that comes with the new roof. Roofers worked fast, safe, on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up the roofing debris.

John was empathetic to all my concerns and gave me a great price quote.

Chris Scott from Keystone exterior were very helpful since day 1. He came right on time for the free estimate and inspection. The Keystone exterior crews came torn down and even replaced all of my plywood on my house for just 3 days. The craftsmanship were phenomenal. They really do offer great value, quality products and craftmanship. I'll highly recommend Keystone exterior to all of my friends and family.

Wow! As soon as they saw a negative review *that* got their attention and I received both a text *and* VM asking me to change the review. Why? "I wanted to clarify that we don’t operate in Florida, as we’re not licensed there. It seems there was a mistake in our marketing"... So: because *they* effed up with *their* marketing (and subsequent response to me, confirming the appointment) and me waiting for an hour for them to show, they're not, after all, "useless"? Useless and, sadly, as I expected, they failed to show. I sat around for an hour with my thumb up my jacksie waiting for the promised and confirmed appointment... Typical contractor and the usual shyster that can't follow-through.

Go local and select your contractor from reputable local people for whom you have a personal recommendation from someone you trust.

Do not even waste your time. These guys lie and waste your time. They sold me....then on the day the job was supposed to start no one showed up, I heard nothing, and then had to contact them......then they spent a month after signing not doing my project, meanwhile water damage worsened, and I had to chase after Matt, Brandon, Joshua and some dude named Alfonzo to even get updates on whether they were even going to do the job. They eventually told me it would cost 15% more, which felt like a scam, but I was backed into a corner by then as I had already agreed to work with them, signed, and notified the 4 other quoting companies I had. Weeks later the job still hadn't started, and no one was even trying to communicate with me. This is a company that is quickly outsourcing and subcontracting your job out, and not caring about your experience. They even farm out the initial sales visit, to a kid who tells you what you want to hear and then they can't deliver it at all. I highly recommend you deal with someone else, because the last word from Matt to the sales guy was (he sent me a screenshot) just drop Andrew, and forget about him.... move on...if that's the kind of respect you want from the Director level team member then by all means work with them. The team was quick and friendly and the roof looks great along with the new gutters on the house. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were told that our shop would be guttered for free, but haven't had any contact with the company since the house was completed. The only other issue I have, I understand that the refuse has to go somewhere, but most of my small plants around the house were trampled and will need replaced come spring time, as well as the falling shingles doing mark damage to our porch railing. past that, price was very fair and we are happy with our roof.

It keystone roofing very good job the work it great and gutter amazing the 10 year's guaranteed coming back cleanings each year help too will see if they live up to their promises. The only thing I have to complain it they promise to sent paperwork for roof and everything it since last years still nothing that really suck on you guys part

Fast and friendly service! Arrived on time and completed work as scheduled! Found leaks and a lot of moisture coming from new vents that I did not approve. I informed Brandon the same day the leaks were found and he sent someone to fix them. Thank you.

I recently had my roof and gutters installed with keystone exteriors/western region gutter alliance, LLC Devon helped coordinate the entire process everyone that we spoke to or we meet with during this process was very easy to work with the workers were very efficient and fast in doing their job. They were careful not to damage any of our things and they cleaned up after themselves well

Very friendly and seem to understand their roofing and gutter business and seem to get back in touch with you when they say they’re going to and show up when they are going to. I had multiple quotes for a new roof for my average size home that ranged from 25-34k. Just when I was about the bite the and pull a large home equity loan, Western Region Gutter Alliance got ahold of me for one last quote. They came in 16k cheaper than my last quote! They even offered new gutters (which I didn't need), so they offered gutter covers at no charge.

I know I could of saved a ton of money doing this project myself, but a crew came out, installed the brand new roof plus gutter guards in less than two days. I gladly payed knowing my horrible roof was rebuilt for the winter, and it was professionally done.

Team was responsive and professional - work appeared to have been done well, but two portions of the gutter came loose shortly after installation. They returned to fix the problem a few days later.

These guys were late to original sales appointment but things happen. I get it.

They overdelivered on my roof install and thats all that matters.
