Keystone Construction and Development

I have used Keystone for commercial and residential remodeling projects. My neighbors have noticed the efficiency and quality workmanship, and have asked about my experience, so I decided to share it here.
When I remodeled my office, I already had an idea of how I wanted it to look. Keystone made it happen - all the way through the design, permitting and building phases - and we were able to complete the project on time despite some delays and difficulty dealing with the city building department.
With our home remodel, I was again impressed at the excellent communication and attentiveness to the job. I took it for granted how smoothly the process went, until later when I talked to friends who had lesser experiences with their building projects.
I was especially pleased with the "open book" approach of budgeting and financing the projects, as I knew where we were and we were able to make some adjustments to our plan so that we came in under budget.

The owner, Colby, is great to work with and has always been flexible to work around our schedules and time. He is honest and does great work. He even showed us a property after hours late one night because of a time crunch. Thanks Keystone Construction!
