Just had my 2021 Chevy Equinox repaired here after an accident. The vehicle looks like new after the repairs, and all staff members of Key Collision were friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. Also, the repairs were completed when originally promised. I would highly recommend Key Collision for body shop repairs.

After my horrible encounter with black ice sending my car into an icy snowbank, I was left with a broken mirror, and scratches all along the side of my car. I had a great experience at Key Collision. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and coordinated everything with Enterprise. Courtney was awesome, as were the other few people I came into contact with. I received my car a week before their anticipated ready date and they kept me informed the entire time. They made sure to ask if I was okay after my accident, which I thought was kind. I also witnessed how they were treating other clients with kindness. The front desk staff even offered to stay late on a FRIDAY to let me pick up my car. The work was impressive (my boyfriend who is mechanic also remarked on how well they did). Additionally, they detailed my car, which was a really nice surprise!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of their services. I did notice that everything in my car was changed to metric measurements (which I noticed someone complain about in their post) but it took me less than twenty seconds to change back and I know that they probably have a lot of cars that they work on so it didn't both me at all. Thank you, guys!!!

Everyone at Key collision is so kind and prompt. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire repair process. My car was ready a week before the estimated finish time. My car was cleaner than i dropped it off in. What more could I ask for? Incredible experience

Picked up my car yesterday. Noticed the clock was off, surprised they didn’t reset it but no big deal. Then when going to switch lanes I notices my right mirror was pointed in. Tried to move it out and noticed the power mirror switch was broken. I have no knowledge of it being broken prior to bringing into their shop. Then today I find my battery positive terminal cover on my back seat and notice the door they worked on is still dirty. Anyway I go to put the cover back on the battery and it won’t go back on. No idea what they did but it was on just fine before I dropped it off. This is no way to return a car to a customer.

After a deer and I had a collision,I was referred to Key Collision for repairs. They worked well with my insurance company, kept me abreast of the progress as work was being done. They completed the work early and my car looks great! Great company to work with.

From the moment I took my Mini Cooper in to Key Collision I was kept informed of the process all along the way. The front office staff were always pleasant and professional. I recently had a repair done at Key auto collision. The first thing that stood out to me, was the friendliness and professionalism of the woman in the office who checked me in at the beginning of my repair and checked me out at the end. She was attentive, kind, professional, and very informative, explaining everything I needed to know. It’s rare to see such a high level of customer service these days, and I wanted to make sure I left a review to compliment her. Key should be proud to have her as the face of their company in this office. I only wish I had her name. The man who did the walk around my car with me was wonderful. They sent me constant updates via text message. Originally, they had my phone number wrong and were sending updates to the incorrect phone number which I think was the fault of my insurance company, and they apologize profusely when I called them to check status of my car. My vehicle repair was completed a day early and the entire process was seamless. I would absolutely return.

Would absolutely go back if I ever have to. Even when one of my parts was delayed they were very communicative and made it a very stress-free process. I'd recommend anyone go there for their body work/collision repair needs!

After a fender bender I was able to choose Key Collision. It was a great choice. I felt confident from the beginning that the job would be well done. The car was ready earlier than expected. If you want a job well done with courtesy and understanding choose Key collision

They did an excellent job. It was cleaner in the car than when I dropped it off. You can’t tell anything happened to the outside of the car either. Thank you!

The work performed came out nicely, communication was great and they returned my vehicle in a timely fashion. The reason this is not a 5 is because they're now charging a 3% fee to use a credit card.

They did a super job restoring my older toyota after it was badly pinstriped by someone who failed to parallel park. Their painting seems to be top notch. Only complain would be that I asked for a quote to do the rest of the car, but never received the quote. Instead I got piecemeal quotes to paint the roof, trunk , bumper but none of it added up to what I asked for. Overall, the work their painters did was very nice.

Awesome staff. Friendly and they get everything done timely. Been several times and they have gone above and beyond every time. I will go out of my way to use this shop above others.

If zero stars was allowed that is what I would give. I got my car back from them and it was pulling to the side and making a loud noise. I called them and was told by the lead mechanic the alignment was fine and the noise was because my (brand new tires) had no tread. It wasn't sitting right w/ me so I brought it to my mechanic. He confirmed I had 2 bad wheel bearings in the back and alignment was off.
They gave me back an unsafe car to drive around in and then tried telling me it was tread on the tires.
Also when I got my car back everything that was in my glove box was on the floor, and everything that was in my trunk was on my backseat. They car was delayed in being fixed as well.
I will NEVER bring my car here again.

EDIT TO THE RESPONSE BY KEY COLLISION- As I mentioned in the email response to you and the GM (who has yet to respond) The issue is not that the rear wheel bearings were not fixed. The issue is that the lead and the supervisor both heard the noise, inspected the car for the noise and did not report to me there was an issue. I was allowed to take an unsafe car off your lot. The second issue is when I called to report it to you I was told that it was the brand new tires making the noise.
My mechanic drove it for less than a mile and knew immediately it was the wheel bearings. So either Key Collision doesn't know much about the cars they are fixing OR you knew and did not tell me that I should have it towed some place to be fixed.
As in the rest of your poor reviews, way to not take responsibility and blame the customer.
This could have been a fatal accident. Thank God I did not listen to you and took it to my mechanic.
I also have not had a reply to my email. You still owe me a Fender Cap. This needs to be mailed to my house as I will not be letting you guys near my car to assemble.
This has been reported to my insurance company also.

If you'd like to wait WAY longer than you ever expected to, then definitely go there. If you'd like things done in a timely manner go elsewhere. Delays, delays and more delays. What a joke. They are a "preferred shop for Progressive Insurance". Switched insurance this morning. Let Progressive know it was because of Key Collison.

In response to Key Collision's reply on 6/4. My husbands car was the one that was serviced at your facility. What a runaround. I'm certainly not calling you folks to talk about this. Do better.
