I thought I was just getting new shingles. But, as it turns out, the skylight was leaking and it ruined one sheet of the roof decking (black mold). They replaced the decking and repaired the skylight so it won't leak anymore. They also replaced the rusty 31 year old attic vents and painted them and the two furnace flues (one for the furnace and one for a natural gas garage heater in the garage) to match the color of the new roof. They did an excellent job cleaning up too. I haven't any nails around the house. It worked out that I approved their bid on a Thursday and the following Tuesday they installed the new roof.

Kendall is incredibly knowledgable and experienced. We have a concrete shingle roof and he is the only person we’ll trust on our roof. He took pictures of his work - any roofer could skip that and cut corners, but he doesn’t. The only downside is he is often booked far out-but that’s the sign of a good roofer!

Kessler just completed re-roofing our house, and we are very pleased with their work. The crew worked very long hours and finished in just over 2 days. They did a great job protecting our flowers and shrubs from falling debris, and cleaned everything up really well. I would definitely recommend them.

My roof was badly damaged in the 2014 hail storm and Kessler Roofing replaced it for me. The result is attractive and the work was completed in one day. Kessler is local to Fort Collins and Larimer County and are available for follow up should there be any problem, although I had none. I also appreciated their advice and professionalism.
