There was one roll of insulation missing... they said it's been too long and there's nothing they can do.
The tabs that the horizontal framing attach to were not in the proper place.

Bobby from KY Steel was fantastic to work with. He gave me surprisingly quick response times. He was also happy to make adjustments to my plans multiple times. I'm very pleased with my building and the interaction with KY Steel. Other contractors should learn some lessons from these guys.

Very easy design process and Bobby was great at answering all my questions prior to ordering. Quality of materials were excellent. I assembled myself using their guide. I found several areas that weren’t so clear in the guide. But a call to Bobby every time and he helped me understand and I was able to get it done. I would recommend them.

I have 9 of Dustin's buildings. Everything from a 10x13' " wife's" shed to a 60x100'" husband"s shed.I have many commercial bldg's that I lease out.My first one is still going!!! and was just leased for 5 years
We have found the quality to be fantastic.i have been putting them up myself for over 25 years.
The thing i find best about them is the service i get from Dustin i put up one approx. every year and a half and tend to forget what I'm doing. Dustin always helps me no matter what. You may pay a little more, but the quality, and help is well worth it

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. The sales person who helped me through the process of deciding what exactly I needed in a metal building was extremely knowledgeable, always willing to help, and quick to return phone calls and emails. I probably wasn't the easiest customer either because, trust me, I had a lot of questions since I know nothing about the intricacies of metal buildings and the type of work that was going to go into getting from point A to point B. There was a lot of back and forth too because I wanted the building to be perfect. The folks at Kentucky Steel Buildings were there to help me, with great attitudes, every step of the way. I also ran into some issues with the construction of my building (these issues had nothing to do with Kentucky Steel Buildings' service or their product), and several individuals at the company were there to help me out of a troubling situation. The folks at Kentucky Steel Buildings care about their customer's satisfaction and conduct business in a professional and quality manner, so if you appreciate quality in a product, great customer service, and a business that truly cares about their customer's satisfaction in the end-product, give your business to Kentucky Steel Buildings. You will not be disappointed.

We love our Kentucky Steel Building. We purchased a 60x90x14 with 12’ Self Support Roofs on both sides. The business is very professional and delivered everything on time. We received a great deal. We insulated the building with their R13 roof and wall insulation package. We love the building.

I received my steel building from Kentucky steel buildings on time. However there was one roll of insulation missing when I called them they said it had been to long and there’s nothing they can do . Also the tabs that the horizontal framing attach to where not in the proper place. I worked it out but made a lot of extra work. Overall not impressed would not use them again.
