I left them a voicemail and got a call back the same day. Kenneth explained that he does not do the type of work I was looking for but gave me some suggestions for the area. Very professional.

To be perfectly transparent, I want to say that I did not have work completed by this company. I did, however, contact them via Yelp to inquire about an estimate for two buildings on a property in Pahrump. They responded SO quickly! Unfortunately for me, they must do terrific work, because they had a 6-8 month window through which they were totally booked. They did, however, provide me with a referral to another company, which worked out great.

So while I didn't have the pleasure of doing business with KR Nelson, I CAN say that their customer service was exceptional in my dealings with them!

Great company! They built a garage for us and we are very pleased with their work. They have a great crew working for them and are respectful and trustworthy. If we have any future projects they will be our choice! Annie also rocks.
