I left them a voicemail and got a call back the same day. Kenneth explained that he does not do the type of work I was looking for but gave me some suggestions for the area. Very professional.

To be perfectly transparent, I want to say that I did not have work completed by this company. I did, however, contact them via Yelp to inquire about an estimate for two buildings on a property in Pahrump. They responded SO quickly! Unfortunately for me, they must do terrific work, because they had a 6-8 month window through which they were totally booked. They did, however, provide me with a referral to another company, which worked out great.

So while I didn't have the pleasure of doing business with KR Nelson, I CAN say that their customer service was exceptional in my dealings with them!

Ken is an amazing guy. He knows alot about Pahrump. Our meeting was great. Looking forward to work with Ken in future
