Called Kenneth Daniels for an estimate for replacing my house and shed roof. Eric came by 2 days later and got the info he needed, then quoted a price for metal and shingle replacement. After talking with Eric for about 2 minutes I felt as though I was discussing my roof problem with one of my friends. Absolutely no pressure to commit right then. I decided to go with the shingle replacement after thinking about it for a few days. When Eric picked up the deposit check he stated they were 4 to 6 weeks out for the job to be scheduled. Installation team showed up approx 5 weeks later and did an awesome job. Installation, protecting my property from debris and clean up at the end of the job were flawless. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I am sure there are roofers out there that would have been cheaper but I am confident that I would not have received the professional job that was done. Thanks to Eric, Daryl and the install team for a job WELL DONE!!!!! Definitely giving 5 stars and highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

Kenneth Daniel Roofing came and put a new roof on my home. They showed up 15-20 minutes early and didn't waist any time getting to work. They worked as a well oiled TEAM, removing the old roof and making repairs (a tree had fallen on the roof) and having the new roof in place by mid-afternoon.

I had damage to my roof from a fallen tree. Eric showed up and explained the process of them working directly with my insurance company. Supplies were delivered and the roof was completed in the time frame that Eric told me. Daryl, the site supervisor and his team did a wonderful job. Professional team that made my new roof look great!

Estimator showed up on time to inspect my roof. He explained everything to me. No surprises. They did the roof replacement in 1/2 a day. Work Quality is excellent. They completed the job ahead of schedule. I will be using them again on my next roof replacement.

I had a porch built by a different contractor starting May of 2024. Like many people have faced, this other contractor left the job unfinished, and he moved 22 hours away. I contacted Kenneth Daniel regarding finishing the inside the porch at the top A roof above the door where the other contractor left it ugly with just plywood. Kenneth Daniel informed me that the piece of wood that overhangs over the door supporting the rafters was too thin and would eventually result in the front of the porch collapsing. I knew too because that piece of wood was curving down like a banana. They are some busy folks and I did get impatient, but they finally came out on December 19, 2024. Keep in mind the first contractor who moved away worked on this porch from May until September 2024 and after September he disappeared. The gentleman from Kenneth Daniel who called me to inform me they were coming told me that they will get me straight by Christmas. I am very pleased with their workmanship. I wanted someone well known in the area because I couldn’t handle another bad contractor causing even more damage. I knew if I gotten someone other than this well-known company, they more than likely would have destroyed this porch. Kenneth Daniel did the job in one day and I am so relieved to have gotten that repair done so I can start my New Year fresh and have a porch that is safe.

Whatever you do do not do business with these people or this company! They are coming to peoples houses trying to scam homeowners out of their money and insurance fraud ! Do not do business with this company! Please read this carefully they are coming in virginaia to scam homeowners they do not even have any locations in Virginia which is illegal as well.

The employees were professional from start to finish. Chris guided explained the process thoroughly and the company facilitated the insurance claim. They provided updates throughout the project and were available to answer questions. They completed the job in 2 days and cleaned up. The roof looks great! Each of the Kenneth Daniels Roofing representatives who were assigned to work with me in different capacities were very professional, caring and competent. The roof repairs that were completed appear to show good workmanship and completed the job to my full satisfaction. However, I am extremely disappointed in the amount of time it took between my initial request for repairs and the completion of the job. My initial meeting request to fix my leaking roof was in early December, but the completion of repairing the leak was not until June. Therefore, my roof continued to leak for seven months! Although I truly liked the competence of each of the Kenneth Daniels representatives and workmen with whom I worked, the delay caused my wife and I a great deal of consternation
and frustration. Nonetheless, we still highly recommend their workmanship.

Kenneth Daniel roofing did a excellent job. The removal and install was very professional, and clean up was awesome. I had three quotes done and you could not pass up the shingle warranty and workmanship warranty compared too the other quotes. Again excellent job .

We had a new roof put on earlier this year, and gutters replaced. As others have noticed, Brian does a great job coordinating the work and contract details. The crew was exceptional. Now I know little about roofing so my opinion really isn’t what matters. However, I have a brother who does roofing in Texas and he was here while the job got done. He was convinced by two things: watching them work and by the Golden Pledge warranty that backed the job. It may cost more but everyone should understand just what a difference it makes for the roof down the line. I am very satisfied with the job done by Kenneth Daniel.

My roof is beautiful! Brian was wonderful to work with, and the crew efficient and fast. They got the whole roof done in one day and took extra care with the cleanup, using tarps for the old shingles all around the house. There was also unseen damage to some of the sheathing. The project supervisor made sure I was told and the sheathing was replaced. I'm very happy with the service and the final result!

I am super pleased with the end results after getting new shingles and gutters and guards. The job foreman, (2) crew leaders were very cordial and responsive at every step and the office staff were excellent too. Highly recommend!

Texts and calls don't get answered. Appointments often forgotten. It's discouraging having to chase them around just to get ahold of someone.

Had some hail during a pretty good storm, so I had Kenneth Daniel Roofing do one of their free roof inspections. They did find hail damage. After I filed a claim with my insurance, KD worked with my insurance which made the process simple and about as hands-off for me as I could ask for. They had the roof done in a day and cleaned up nicely. The new roof looks great, no complaints. Highly recommended!

Kenneth Daniel's scheduled a day brought out a crew and replaced our roof in no time at all. We were so pleased with the quality, of service, and the professionalism we received. Tried multiple times to get a quote on a new roof. Employee stopped by for a few minutes to discuss. Never called me back to set up an inspection and quote like he said. I called after a week and someone was supposed to call me back. Never did. I emailed after 3 weeks of waiting with a leaking hole in my roof and got a text he was busy but would call after 11am. Did not call me but texted me at 6:30pm to ask if I was available. By this time I knew roof replacement would be a constant frustration with Kenneth Daniels. It’s a shame because their reputation is excellent and I was excited about them doing the job.
