I've had the great luck to work with Randy at Kennedy's several times over the last few years, after buying a fixer-upper that was more "fixer" than "upper." Though all our jobs, big and small, Randy and team were attentive, professional and above all, PATIENT as we tried to figure out what improvements were needs vs. wants. I hesitated to write this review because I don't want them getting too popular to work with us, but fair is fair and they've done us right time and again. Do yourself a favor and call them for whatever projects you may have, before your wants become needs!

We have had several projects(over the past 5yrs) some major and some small completed by Kennedy’s Construction.

Screened in porch, fence repair and maintenance, electrical, shower door repair and painting. Each project was professionally done within the stated timeframe and estimated cost! (very rare these days).
With each interaction, Randy Kennedy continues to ensure excellent service. High standards regarding the materials used and quality of work are paramount to him.
We have recommended him to others looking for the services he provides.

In the aftermath of the horrific hurricane Helene, everyone was scrambling for standby generators . We are very thankful to have found Randy and his team who listened patiently and assisted in finding everything we needed. It was a big job, more than we could have handled on our own. You will not go wrong with this hire! Randy and crew are top notch pros. Receiving photographs of previous jobs, I knew this was the company for us. He is Very professional and was able to offer real solutions to our specific concerns. The history of Kennedy construction with those type of jobs was outstanding. I’m sold and recommend Kennedy construction to anyone who is in the market for home updates.

Kennedy’s Restoration did an awesome job on our concrete garage pad, sidewalk and handicap sidewalk. Can’t wait for them to build our garage and add the landscaping! Thank you Randy!!

Excellent company to work with! Randy is very professional & knowledgeable. He was able to get us a quote quickly and had his guys here within days of us signing the contract. Work was done efficiently. They were repairing French doors for us which 2 other companies did incorrectly causing water damage to the interior of our home. After Kennedy’s made the repairs, we got rain but there was no damage and water is no longer an issue. Highly recommend! We look forward to using them for all of our projects in the future.

Let me start out by saying, I would 110% recommend Kennedy’s Restoration to anyone looking to upgrade their spaces indoor or outdoor. Randy and his team have been wonderful to work with and take so much pride in their work.

This might be lengthy, but here we go. I recently bought a house but the three upstairs rooms were TINY. Before getting settled, I wanted to make my room and my daughter’s room bigger by turning the three bedrooms into two bigger ones. I had hoped I could it get it started shortly after closing, but I hadn’t heard back from the three other companies I contacted, so I was a little sad. Then, luckily, I encountered a member of his team who shared his contact information. I reached out and Randy responded quickly and we scheduled the appointment for my estimate the following day. When I say this man works, he WORKS. He came out to assess the viability of the project and provide an estimate, which I received the same evening. I was on a budget, but Randy and his team worked with me and were able to complete the project within the constraints. During the process his team kept me updated on the progress, which was so helpful because I did not know what to expect. Suggestion for anyone who is interested in a reno, make sure you know what you want to include the tiniest of details – I was not as prepared as I should’ve been. However, he was able to take my vague idea and create wonderful spaces in our new home for me and my daughter. In addition to this, his team communicated with me and offered some suggestions along to way!

I am absolutely in love with our new rooms. I could not be more thankful for this man and his team because they did SO much to make this dream come true and the final product is stunning. I have other plans already in mind for my house, and I will TOTES being going with Kennedy’s Restoration again.
