We wanted our window panels replaced as they were old and leaking. The person came in expecting a quick job, and was surprised about some snag he hit along the way. He was quite irritable and showed lot of signs of frustration and lacked professionalism. I understand everyone has a different way of working and was happy so long as the job was done.

But it was not. After less than a month cracks started forming in the panes and are now quite large (10 in long now, see left side panel in the picture as an example) I called them multiple times to ask about a fix or a refund of some sort for the poor workmanship but was told I approached too late. Apparently, I needed to have called within a day or so for a courtesy fix, but the crack did not develop until a week or so. And there was no policy in place for anything like this. Further calls/emails have not been returned.

Obviously I wont work with them again if I can help it, this is just to warn others to do their due diligence ASAP and check the work before letting them leave.

Very unprofessional workers. I have a recording of two men in their Kennedy glass company vehicle pointing to me and then pointing to the city garbage truck that was nearby. It also looks as if the exact same guy had a complaint two months ago and he still works there. Highly unprofessional employees

Evidently this is how employees at Kennedy Glass deal with someone not driving as they expect in a parking lot. Tag-team threatening to fight someone? Oh, and the racist remarks that were spewed during the video I recorded. And yes, the guy in black (driver of the Kennedy Glass truck) is wielding a sledge hammer. I would put cardboard in my windows before calling this company.

Easy to schedule appointment. Friendly service. Good price. Someone broke the window trying to steal the cat a week or so ago. Kennedy Glass even vacuumed out the broken glass. Five stars.

Kennedy glass always has my vote. They're well priced, fast, patient, and friendly. Why would I go anywhere else? The windshields I've had replaced here are beautiful and durable. Couldn't ask for more.

I wish I could leave 11 stars. Have an old F150 that is very sentimental to me and my daily driver right now, windshield started leaking. Every shop said they would have to replace windshield $300+. Nick here, said they could try to save it. He went even beyond that and said it was in good shape just needed more sealant, and that if it doesn't work, they'll refund me then replace. I appreciated the heck out of that! Charged me hardly nothing for sealing and it is holding! Very thankful!

My granddaughter attends KU. She lost a piece of trim coming back from spring break. What wonderful experience we had with Nick. Resolved the issue very fast. I would highly recommend using Kennedy Glass…fast, priced right and friendly. Job well done!

We recently have used Kennedy on 2 commercial projects and they did a great job on both. Windows and storefront systems went in seamlessly and looked great. Excited to use them on other upcoming projects.

Kennedy glass got my car in and even set it all up with the dealer on the windshield replacement as it had to be calibrated (who knew) by the dealership. They took care of everything and had it all scheduled and done quickly. I was able to pay online my deductible and they worked with my insurance company on everything else. I only had to make one stop at the dealership and it was all done. All the other companies I called only did the window replacement and did not work with the dealership on the calibrating. It was going to be such a hassle to get all done. Kennedy glass made it easy.

Loved that they could come to me for my windshield repair. Fast, affordable, and high quality is a must, but their level of care was amazing. The technician carefully removed and reapplied my Ktag so that I wouldn't have to order another one. Would recommend for anyone who needs a windshield replacement, especially if they can't get their car over there and leave it.

I went in to order a windshield and fully expected a couple day’s wait, however Jake took the initiative to see if they might have a windshield in stock for immediate replacement. Less than 35 minutes later I was out the door with a beautifully installed windshield, AND without asking, they secured an unsecured rear view mirror at no charge!

% satisfied with service and humanity of Kennedy Glass. My vehicle was broken into and it was devastating. My purse was stolen and this company took my car stored it inside out of the weather. They replaced the passenger window in less than 24 hours AND swept up all the glass. One of the employees was looking on Facebook lost & found said to other employee so and so found a purse on the side of the road. It was identified as my purse. So in conclusion this company fixed smashed out window and found my purse.

I can see clearly now the cracks are gone. Every bit of this experience exceeded my expectations. The call for a quote was simple and quick. Scheduling was even easier with a date and time that was convenient for me. Their fresh remodel made the wait time an inviting and comfortable experience. The friendly staff made a huge impact on me. Employees greeting me as they passed through the waiting area. While I didn't catch her name, the front desk associate nailed it in terms of engagement, communication of details, and responding to requests from me. Then on top of that the installers only took roughly 30 minutes to replace my windshield. I was expecting to spend an hour and a half to two hours there today. I think that speaks to installers knowledge and professionalism. I think a person would expect to pay more for this top notch service. Fast. Dependable! Kennedy quickly repaired the broken hydraulic mechanism on the commercial door to my office building. It works better than it did before.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and helped me correct the bad windshield job that I had received from another company.

It's taken almost a month to get window fixed but the chick at the front desk sure is hot. Thats all That really matters.

My family was Kennedy Glass loyal customer for thirty years. With the recent change in ownership we were wondering if the new management will live up to the old owner's standards. In the last few months several services were provided to us by the new team.
We are very impressed by the quality of their work but mostly their level of customer service. I can't say enough of good things about the new manager Stefan Garrison who took on our challenging and complicated mirror project. On top of that, he made a special effort to find in their warehouse and provide several hard to buy window handles we needed. Huge thanks for Stefan and his team!

6/28/2021 the person that takes calls for specialized orders yelled at and hung up on me Bc I did not agree with the price and when I call back won’t answer my voicemail. I don’t know what mental issues she may have, but I hope she gets the help she needs.
I had custom-made tops for my fish tank, and they were a reasonable price before. Now that they have new place their prices have gone up by 200% and their clerks have mental issues. I hope they get to feeling better. That one seems strung out.

Just do your due diligence and call one of the pros, they just dont have the knowledge and it shows. I work cleaning thousands of windows a year and recommend and see a great deal of replacements in line with my recommendations and to be honest there is no way i could pass these guys on to my worst customer

The tech’s arrived at the time promised. They were very pleasant and made sure none of my seven cats made it outside. I would highly recommend Kennedy Glass to my friends. The

Kennedy glass is not the company they used to be! I paid for a window replacement, only to find out weeks later, they "lost or broke" the window and failed to inform me or reorder. No discount offered for their mistake, really, not even an issue that management could be bothered to discuss with me. Bad customer service! Bad follow thru!

Customer Service and communication was terrible. It took an extra week for my windshield to be repaired due to poor communication. I called to schedule a mobile windshield repair and I told them the make and model of my vehicle. Day of repair comes around and turns out they ordered the wrong piece of glass. I'm told they will call me back to reschedule. I don't hear anything for 2 days, so I call them. Nobody seems to know about my ticket, and when I explain the situation they get me scheduled as soon as possible. Day of reschedule appointment comes around and I get a call at the time they were suppose to come, saying they would have reschedule in 2 days because they don't have the glass. They didn't call at beginning of the day when I figured they would have known this, but at the time they're suppose to be there. Luckily the third time worked out and they did it quick and efficient, but the communication between them and the customer is terrible. Would not recommend.

The first time we called to see when our window would arrive, the front office person said 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks came and no one gave us a call when will the window arrive. So we call a second time. Same story is it will be 2 weeks. The weeks have gone and now the same person at the front desk said 10 weeks!! By that time there was snow on the ground and the only thing protecting my mother in law from the cold was a piece of plywood covering the gapping hole in the house where the window was supposed to sit. I called AGAIN, the front desk person still didn't bother to call me back. Window people finally show up. Install it done. Why did it take so long and why were we lied to many times over to the point of staying in a freezing house. The installation workers arrived were nice and did a good job but the front desk person needs to be Fired.

I had a simple project I hired this company to do making 4 pieces of plexiglass cut to specific sizes. After I ordered it, I waited about a week and never heard from them so I called the front desk and it was indicated to me that they never started on the project but she said they would have it done the next day. So the next day, I made a trip from Eudora to pick up the pieces and when I got them home, they were all made the wrong size. The one I inspected was cut very poorly with cracks and chips all over it. The next day, I drove in again and they said they would remake them. A few days later, I called to see what was taking so long and this time they said that half were ready, the other half would be ready tomorrow. So, I went in to get the two pieces that were ready and brought them home and they were AGAIN the wrong size. The next day, I took them back and told them that I had wasted two weeks on this project and cancelled my order and asked for my money back. It was a very frustrating experience and I will not be going back for any future projects.

Got to spend some time waiting for the work to get done and to see how customers got treated by the staff. Great job by all. Keep up the good work

I had a broken glass pane on my china hutch door. I showed up at Kennedy Glass without an appointment but that wasn't a problem. The next day the door was finished and the price to fix it was much lower than I thought it would be. I highly recommend this business!

I took a broken window screen and frame to Kennedy to be replaced. Long story short, they messed up and lost my screen. To fix the problem they sent someone out to my house to measure the window and made me two replacement screens. (One for another screen that had a broken latch.) The workman also brought them back and installed them. They did not charge me anything. They made an error, but went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I appreciated that.

We just had our windshield replaced and they were on time, professional and affordable. We will definitely be going back for all of our glass and screen needs!

Sadly have to give this longtime local business a less than positive review. We needed to have a bathroom mirror removed and scheduled a time to have this done. Two service gentlemen (who were great BTW) arrived and took down and removed the mirror in about 5 minutes and then left to their next job. We were billed approximately $210.00. This seems excessive. Nice folks at Kennedy Glass, but charges are too much.

Fast, friendly affordable service. Joe had my new windshield replaced in under an hour. They arrived on time. They came to my location and worked through my insurance. Great, high quality shop!

Extraordinarily positive experience with this company. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. The price was outstanding compared to other quotes I received. Installation by Darren was punctual, professional and pleasant. Will be using them for all my glass needs in the future.
