Tried to schedule oil change and now recall work at least five times via the phone. I call and give a call back number with the front desk and they have never gotten back to me. I am really frustrated at the lack of response and management of this dealership. I have had service at RAM dealerships in Minnesota and Washington never have had this much issue getting someone to pick up the phone.

Jorge Garcia was amazing! He answered any and all the questions I had. When we couldn't find a truck that fit my needs, he referred me to his coworker Elsie at Kendall Lexus of Anchorage and made sure she took care of me. The teamwork was exceptional and I highly recommend going to see Jorge to help you with your next vehicle purchase.

This is my second time getting a vehicle with the professional help from keith in sales and first time with Travis in finance. Both are very polite and definitely know what they are doing and the process was fast and informative as well. They will do all in their power to help get what you want and deserve as well as being set up with all the coverage you need. Now, I have met many a car salesman in my time, most of whom possess the soulless gaze of a wraith and the forked tongue of a trickster demon. But not Dwight! He did not merely attempt to earn our business—he courted it with a fervor unseen since the great romantic pursuits of yore!

With an attentiveness bordering on the supernatural, he discerned our vehicular desires as though he had peered into the very depths of our souls. His knowledge was vast, his dedication unyielding, his service finer than the silken robes of an Ottoman prince. Though fate ultimately decreed that we should ride away in another steed, let it be known: Dwight’s efforts were nothing short of Herculean!

I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. I had seen this vehicle on their website but it was in transit and took about a month to arrive. I was assisted by Carlos (and Keith). I live 85 miles away so communication was through texts, emails and voice messages and was excellent. The service department has more than they can chew.
I’m sure they are good at their job, but if you plan to buy a vehicle with warranty, good luck. They are at minimum two months out.
My brand new jeep has a transmission gasket that needs replaced, it took them 3 weeks to look at it, and they said they would order the parts, it’s been another three weeks and they said they don’t have the parts and they will have to order them.
Incredibly frustrating, and it makes the experience of owning a new car with warranty very unpleasant. I will not be doing business with them again.

Dwight and Keith were awesome, made the whole process nice and easy. Got an awesome truck to get me through the winter now!

I had never been into a dealership before and when I attended the Kendall dealership I was greeted with high attention and had multiple representatives in front of me within seconds, within a minute or two Dwight Weidig had my options pulled up and was ready to talk test drives, everything was very smooth and I never felt too rushed to stop and make family calls or consult about the purchase I was making, they were very flexible to my needs and were motivated to find the best solution for my situation and get me behind the wheel of a car I can afford as well as really enjoy! I really appreciate the time and attention Dwight paid towards my process even with dealing with my grandma over the phone he was calm, respectful, and very informative on any questions I had. I will definitely be returning to the Kendal dealership next time I am in need of a good clean vehicle and a fun and easy process along the way!

Unfortunately, I can't say good words about this dealership. I went to the service for an oil change, and they say no, we can't. Next appointment in October, how could it be ?A customer comes with a warranty just to change oil before 5000, and they do not provide simple warranty service. This is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I am thinking about what I should expect from them when I will need a warranty service next time. Guys , who work in Kendall, this is not an American quality. It is a third-world level.

Today I tried to perform a warranty oil change, the woman was rude and brushed me off like an annoying fly. Her gesture like leave me alone shocked me. I was denied warranty service without explanation. I was forced to go to another service. I'm thinking of returning the new car back to the dealer if that's how they treat customers.

After experiencing a failed attempt to buy a used vehicle with cash at another dealer, I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy these guys were to work with. In looking at their website, I found a used Ford Explorer we were interested in. Our salesman, Justin, was great! They had just gotten the vehicle in, so not all of the information was posted, so he went and looked at and drove the car and answered all of my questions. I was out of state, and although we hadn't been able to test drive the vehicle, I felt confident in making the purchase remotely because of the level of detail Justin provided. The Finance Manager, Travis Burnett, was equally fantastic. He was super chill and professional during every communication. I had to FedEx the cashier's checks, and he made it easy. When you spend almost $40,000 on a purchase, you expect good customer service, and they deliver. In the future, when we are ready to purchase our next pickup, we will look first at this dealership. I recommend doing business with them.

While driving from Homer to Wasilla (middle of winter) my Ram notified me that I would be going into limp mode in 150 miles. Able to get to Soldotna these two guys got us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road the next day. Calvin explained the issues and ensured the repairs were completed allowing us a smooth ride home. Daniel coordinated transportation to and from a hotel, all the while keeping us updated on the progress of the repair. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and customer service. Thanks a ton!!!

I came to buy a new car, waited 4 hours for the paperwork to be completed, and in the end I was told that I needed full insurance. I agree. But how will I do this? Kendall doesn't do this, and where do I get insurance at 7:30 pm? After 4 hours I have nothing. Thanks for dropping my credit rating. And I killed my time there

Tomorrow I will go to Kendall to cancel the deal, in the end I lost 4 hours of my time, instead of resting after work I sat in Kendall’s office listening to all the nonsense of different employees. I also tried to exchange my old car for a new one. These guys assessed my 2008 Ford Edge Luxury with 180,000 miles on it,
for only $750. This is funny, tomorrow I can sell my Ford for 2000 bucks in 5 minutes. Yes, it has shortcomings that any car has after many years of operation, but guys, 750 bucks! You are scammers.
The next day, in the morning at 8 o'clock I was at the dealer. Last night my car was taken out of the garage and prepared for sale, the engine was started and the car was parked on the street. When I arrived in the morning, I found
that the car stood open all night with the engine running! This is fine? Not a single stupid manager bothered to turn off the engine and lock the car when leaving work. The new engine with 16 miles on it ran at idle all night.

Sam and Daniel were able to get my 4wheel alignment done earlier than promised, and for less than I expected to pay. They arranged a ride for me to and from the service department. None of my wheels fell off my Jeep on the way home so I couldn’t be happier. Good job.

I bought my Ram 1500 from Kendall of Soldotna in 2013 and never have taken it anywhere else for regular maintenance or service work. The folks in the Service Department are very friendly and courteous. The shop personnel are great, especially when the truck is just due for the oil change, they get it in and out while I wait. I even take my other Ford F250 truck in there for oil changes.

I had some issues with my truck while vacationing on the Peninsula. The team in the service department really went above and beyond when receiving my vehicle and had it back on the road in minimal time. I had been searching all over Alaska for a reasonably priced car with everything I’ve wanted. Remote start, heated seats, hands free lift gate, blind spot monitoring etc. and just when I had given up hope I got a text from Kendall Toyota. They got me in touch with Keith at Kendall in Soldotna which had a brand new Jeep with everything I wanted at a stellar price. Keith worked with my husband and I when I thought our chances at getting a car now were slim to none. Keith even worked it out to where they would ship the car to Fairbanks and pick up my trade in here from Fairbanks. Absolutely amazing and such a weight lifted off my chest. I’m so happy with our purchase and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a dealer who is actually wanting the best for you, not themselves. 10/10!

I factory ordered a tough to get vehicle through these guys and although limited, it was one of the most professional experience I’ve had with a dealership. Due to unforeseen circumstances though I wasn’t able to move forward with the deal and had to cancel. Jorge was the salesman I was working with and he was very prompt and polite and professional and most of all very understanding. If you’re considering going through them I’d highly recommend it.

Was a painless experience, was offered beverages while waiting on the paperwork, relaxed environment. Even got to take the Jeep through a good sized mud puddle on the test drive. That's what Jeeps are made for so it was nice to take it slightly off the main road!

I was dealing with another salesman prior to Jorge and he was THE WORST... I would call and leave a message inquiring about a truck and he would text me, "What's up?" or "You called?". I couldn't get a price from the guy for 3 days...

Kendall should be embarrassed I had a great time buying my first car with them but any dealings iv done at this dodge location has been a joke there sales manager tried offering me 1000 for a 2010 75k miles jeep liberty that booked between 6 and 10 and sits there and says that's what it'll bring at auction and talks about selling it to his buddy and thinks I can't hear yes the jeep had its issues but shouldn't of been handled like that made Kendall standard change from state to state don't recommend buying a car from this location

Keith and the Kendall group helped us secure a vehicle when new cars were hard to find. We didn't have to compromise on what we wanted. We placed a deposit and the vehicle was delivered in a few weeks. Great experience for purchase. The vehicle itself is very nice. Renegade Trailhawk edition. Small SUV that is loaded and has a great feel. Back seat a little small for taller folks but that's to be expected for this class of SUV. Only had it about a week now but so far no issues or complaints. Keith has already followed up and checked on us which was nice. Probably one of the best dealer experiences we have had over the years.
