Bogar is my go to person. I’m so lucky to have found someone honest and hardworking! Bogar is a top tier professional who will provide solutions at a great price. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bogar. As stressful as home issues can be, he handles issues with ease. We worked together on multiple leaks i was having at my house! He was so diligent and made sure he looked through all options and possibilities of where the water could be coming in from. In my opinion this really only comes from decades of experience! Thank you Bogar for all your knowledge and hard work!

Kemor Contracting (Bogar Morales) completely replaced the roof of my backyard Storage Shed. They were professional, worked very hard, and did a great job of removing my toolshed's old sun-damaged roof and rebuilding it with proper plywood boards, underlayment, and nice shingles.

The cost was less than estimated, and their new roof should last for decades. Bogar Morales was very nice and easy to work with. The work was excellent...highly recommended!

Kemor Contracting is our go-to company for all our roofing, gutter, and exterior home repair work. They replaced our 30+ year-old cedar shake roof with beautiful architectural shingles after carefully reviewing all options and costs. Bogar and his team have also installed gutter guards for us and done rake board and other exterior repairs. They are professional, always on time, and do top quality work at very competitive prices.

Very thorough evaluation of aging roof. Option given for temporary fix. Advice given as to what shingle product best to use. Able to match original color of shingles and shutters. Crew skilled, friendly. Daily complete cleanup. All aspects of roof renewal attended to including
replacing rotting boards and improving roof ventilation. Billing consistent with original estimate and work done.
Contractor honest, reliable, professional, and friendly. A+ recommendation.
