We had an issue with our garbage disposal and called five plumbing companies and had to leave messages. Kelly plumbing called us back within a few hours and had an appointment set up for the next day. The tech was friendly and explained everything before doing any other work. I would highly recommend them

We had a sewer backup and Kelly quickly determined it was a blockage in the main line and found an oak tree root growing into the main line. The yard was dug up and problem resolved within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We had a kitchen sink that would not drain, even after running a 75 foot snake through it. I called Kelly and he made an appointment for me to resolve my issue. Shortly after he called back to get more details and explained a solution I should try first before he came out. He explained if the solution did not work he would be our first thing the next day. Not only did his idea fix my issue but he called back to check on us and make sure it worked. Kelly Plumbing and Heating did all of this before I had even paid 1 cent. Kelly was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of us this time and has earned me as a customer for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs. I highly recommend you give them a call.

I am blown away by this company. I called them for repair to my well pump but they were too far from where I live. They then went out of their way to have me send pics so they could tell me what I needed and what I should be paying. They then went even further to diagnose my issue! This all occurred late in the evening. It says so much about a company that takes their own personal time to help someone out who is not even a customer. I am blown away by the kindness that they showed me and if they do this for a non-customer I can only imagine what they do for their real customers.

Highly recommend Kelly! My husband called about getting a new water heater and Kelly gave us a great price. He was very responsive and even came to our house within an hour later! Everyone was friendly, professional and did good work. We had a great experience with this company and will definitely use them in the future.

I needed servicing for my fireplace. Kelly answered the phone and we scheduled the appointment for 3 days later on a Saturday unlike the others with weeks in advance and no weekend. Kelly arrived right on time and took care of cleaning and servicing my fireplace. Very nice and professional. But wait..I called him a few days later on a Friday evening with a question on restarting the fireplace after it had run out of propane. He walked us through the process after I had texted him a picture and stayed on the phone for nearly 20 minutes until he was confident everything okay. He's a gem!

My heat stopped work and Kelly investigated thoroughly and discovered wasps had made a nest and blocked my flue pipe. He explained the fix in great detail and shared addition tips related to hvac maintenance. I would highly recommend should you ever need service! Great customer service! Can’t go wrong!

Installed a water softener and water system filter inside a pantry that they created for us. This job involved both plumbing and carpentry and Kelly P&H pulled it off with quality. Both materials and craftsmanship were first rate.

Kelly plumbing has handled all of my family’s plumbing for the last 18 months, from small jobs to replacing my well’s electrical system. The electrical system was an emergency job, on a Sunday, and the Kelly crew was there all day making sure we had water to start our week. This is a family operation that seems to be able to handle any job.

After waiting all day for another plumber to come after they confirmed my appointment they never showed. I called Kelly Plumbing & Heating and they sent a gentleman over within 30 minutes and did a great job with my plumbing issue quickly and professionally. Kelly and his crew are excellent ...did a tankless hot water heater and and a new heat pump on my house...they did excellent work and very freindly...they really made me feel like they truly cared about me and my households well being!! I refuse to use anyone else and I recommend them highly to everyone.

I appreciated that the owner expressed remorse that the finish-out job of our bathroom was so poorly executed. I cried when I saw it. It's our only bathroom, so our move-in was repeatedly delayed. We are currently in the process of trying to salvage what we can in the hopes of making it look more professional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for finish-out work. At the moment, we don't have a working shower, because the grout never cured. The paint job is like some kind of horrible joke. They didn't even use primer, because you can see the paint pealing and the green board underneath. I'm beyond disappointed.
