I called with a non emergency situation, they took all my info and said they’d call back. I didn’t hear back for a week and called again. They said they didn’t even have me in the system, sorry Katy calling you out. The second person took info again and said they would get back with me. They did not. They never gave me a reference number. I called for a third time and got someone for the Servpro main office, I guess the national office. They were not associated with the New Kent office and thank god, she gave me a reference number and referred me to the Newport News franchise. They called back immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. So thank you Servpro Newport News. New Kent needs major improvements

Servpro of New Kent/Williamsburg/Northern Neck responded to water damage to the basement of our personal residence. Our initial call was on January 1, 2024. Their on call employee contacted me almost immediately. Emergency response personnel arrived a couple of hours later, and began mitigation right away, removing saturated carpeting and padding and installing fans and a dehumidifier. Their estimator came back the following morning to take moisture readings and assessed that due to the rapid response, our baseboards did not need removed, which was a great relief to us. In a matter of a few days, their drying equipment was removed. The office staff called us daily with updates and scheduling times for any onsite visits. The entire team was very professional and informative. We highly recommend using Servpro of New Kent/Williamsburg/Northern Neck for any water damage needs! Stephanie and Lenny

We had a kitchen fire with extensive smoke damage. Amanda and her crew could not have been better. From the initial meeting they were thoughtful, compassionate and professional. They cleaned the house down to the duct work, and now, you can't tell that there was a fire. Don't get me wrong, I never EVER want to use them again, but if I had the need, I would not go to anyone else.

My services from Servpro New Kent exceed all of my expectations. I was literally traumatized by a house fire nextdoor. This group came in promptly and inspected for water damage after flooding. They were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly. They left blowers in the house (which were loud) but it dried everything out appropriately and they offered their recommendations to me for further restoration and things to watch out for in the space.

My Fiance is a Veteran (Navy), and is currently a Federal First Responder (Firefighter/Paramedic). Even though he was scheduled to be off on Christmas day, he volunteered to cover for a coworker who has small children, so we celebrated our Christmas on Christmas Eve.

At around 1am we discovered that our sump pump had failed, and we had a lot of water pooling up in our basement - which is about 2,000 sq ft. He got his wet/dry vac and started hauling two 5 gallon buckets of water up out of our basement, while I started contacting Emergency Water Cleanup services, after filing a claim with our insurance.

At about 2:40am I called SERVEPRO of Williamsburg/ New Kent. I was told that since it was Christmas Day they were trying to give their crew a day off. I completely understand it is Christmas however we desperately needed help. My husband is usually the person available to help others in their times of need, but this time he needed immediate emergency assistance.

After calling several of the "Emergency 24/7 services" I got in touch with the crew at Clean & Dry. Skyler & his team showed up at 5:45am on Christmas day (12/25/20) to help us. They checked out the situation, started setting up equipment, and were even able to get our sump pump back up and running! The Clean & Dry team has simply been amazing!

I will say that SERVEPRO did call me at about 4pm to check in, and see if we still needed help. While I appreciate their check in - if we had waited for them to come out then our belongings likely would have sustained irreparable damage, and we would have had increased cleanup costs.

So, if you need actual *Emergency* Water Extraction then we highly recommend you call Clean & Dry. They showed up for us when other companies wouldn't/couldn't!

I don't care what anyone else has to say. Here are the facts. On a weekend, late in the afternoon around 4pm, my son noticed huge water marks on our downstairs ceiling. I made 3 phone calls, insurance/plumber/servpro. By 7:30pm, I had dryers and dehumidifiers and a clean-up completed by their on call team. 4 days later they wrapped everything up and by the holidays I was well taken care of. Absolutely amazing response and excellent service. I did not expect service on a weekend days before the holidays, let alone prompt and excellent service.

Overcharged for services NOT COMPLETED. Covered up raw sewage under the house I share with a friend. Another company had to be hired and pictures were taken of the cover up. When complained to corporate the owner lied and said it was only a billing dispute not a problem with the job. Much of the overcharge also included materials never used. Poor communication between the office and field workers created part of the issue. The office even fussed at them for not doing things the way they quoted so they could charge more. Even though these things were not needed for the job! And were NOT used. Not only have they made no corrections, but had the nerve to try to charge more for some of the trash the "approver" made them come back for and clean up. An attorney has been consulted. Avoid this group. Untrained staff and dishonest management. Scam artists at their best.
