This place was horrible. Lied to me about pricing, upcharged me on parts, upcharged me on labor, lied about failed brake pads and rotors on inspection,and made me come back multiple times because they ordered the wrong parts. Do not come here if you want your car to be fix or inspected.

Moore's performed a recall on my truck where the tailgate latch had to be replaced. In the process they had to turn off the audible sensor for the camera back up system. Although the camera still worked, the beeper letting you know how close you are to something could not be heard. I backed into something because I was relying on the beeping to help me know how close I was. I called Moore's to talk to them about it and was told I should get a lawyer because they did not intend to fix the dent in my truck. I talked to 2 other dealerships who said the protocol for fixing this recall is to turn the sensor back on. Callling the BBB on this because it's just wrong.

Every employee there was very helpful and friendly and easy to speak with. The general manager even came out and sat down with me and talked for a while. Of all the vehicles I bought in my lifetime I’ve never had a dealership that was so friendly and personable and took time of their day just to say hi even though they were all super busy. They didn’t brush off my questions or concerns they took time and answered every one of them excellently. Will definitely refer my friends and family when they are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle to visit there first!

My son and I were looking to buy a user car from Moore's Chevrolet. After test driving it without buying immediately, they reached back out to my son to understand his objections. He identified to the sales associate that the tires were not safe due to age and requested new ones be installed. They were 16 years and 9 months old.

It was their prerogative to accept or decline, but they tried to tell him they were replaced two years ago. Assuming good intent, he texted them a picture of the tire data code.

They did not respond to his text, and after two more follow-ups over the next 24 hours, he stopped pursing the vehicle. Had he trusted what they said, he would have bought the vehicle and been driving on unsafe tires.

I honestly cannot recommend this dealership to anyone!! I needed some warranty work and some non warranty work and during the time my truck was there, I was not communicated with and because of the complete lack of communication my truck stayed over a week. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have an invoice for the work that was done and I called an hour ago to speak with a manager and still no communication…absolutely worst dealership experience ever

1 star because I went In on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and couldn't because key fob or vehicle battery was dead. Salesperson gave me an appointment to come in on a Tuesday and that he would send me a video Monday of the vehicle running and all the features that I didn't see due to the battery being dead. Monday no video and not even a follow up phone call. Had already been approved by my bank but if I can't get communication before I buy a vehicle I know it would be a problem after. So if Rhett Scott is the salesperson he will not contact you, you will have to contact him. You would think he get paid for making a sale, but maybe not.

Got one heck of a deal on a 2021 Sentra right after my dodge avenger broke down on me. The people hooked me up with my new Sentra in the matter of half an hour and was able to take it home that day. Very nice people and provided great customer service. If you’re thinking about using carvana, I’d strongly suggest you look into Moore’s Chevrolet first !

Very unprofessional workers. Took my car to get blinker and brake lights fixed to find they were up charging me for parts and labor. Also noted they damaged the interior of my classic sports car. Refused to compensate, only saying “well it’s an old car, nothing we can do”. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
