We hired George and the excuse crew to patch and hang some drywall in our home. He knew our situation and time crunch and assured us it could be done in two day!
GREAT!
Two weeks, many no shows, many frustrations and excuses later we rallied family to not only finish the job but redo what George had done.

If you can’t be reliable ESPECIALLY for someone who has referred you time and time again THEN DONT TAKE THE JOB.

George did our roof, soffit, facia, and chimney cap. He did a very nice job. He did have to start it in February and it take almost two months to complete. But, although it took a while the job was done very nicely and he was very polite. He always kept in touch if he could or could not make it out on certain days because of weather. Because of this, I would definitely recommend him to others.

He was great! Made all the repairs in a timely manner and worked with me to get the job done in the middle of winter. I was very happy!

Great contractor. Very versed in his business. Fair pricing, great work! You would be stupid not to hire this company!

Very poor communication. Keller's Contracting scheduled a 9am appointment with me to come to my house and complete an estimate for roofing repairs. When it was 10:30am and they hadn't arrived, I called to find out if they still planned on coming. At that point, they wouldn't answer my call. I got a text while I was calling the 2nd time to "please text me". I then texted them to reiterate our scheduled time and ask if they were still able to make it that day. They never responded. Completely ghosted me.
I understand if you're running late or even need to reschedule, but it is completely inconsiderate to not communicate at all. I rearranged my schedule to be available for them and they didn't even so much as call or respond to me.
If their lack of communication (an easy task) is any reflection of their quality of work, I WOULD NOT recommend them.

This guy is extremely unreliable and was an absolute joke. After many no call, no shows I decided to move on and use someone else. If you like to get jerked around, then this is your guy. Otherwise, stay away and use someone who is professional and values your time.

Keller's was very easy to work with. I called them to do a small roof repair and George came out to look at the issue very quickly. He gave me a few different repair options and was fair on his price. This was my first time using Keller's, but it was a great experience and I'd definitely use them again.

Sadly I got tricked by Google Reviews as he has good ratings. Check BBB and Yelp. George Keller did not perform work he was hired to do and did not care. I was ripped off by him for a deposit to do work, he left ladders and took a check and never gave us a copy of his contract and never showed up to do the work. I learned a valuable lesson about not trusting Keller Contracting. We asked him for a refund even a partial and he refused and threatened legal action if I posted anything negative about him. I contacted the local magistrate and decided that $1,300 was not worth going to court over and me getting more upset. The real issue is I have no proof of what he did on my roof. He did no visible work that he claimed he did. My roof still leaks and now it is winter. We asked for photos and did not get any. I would be very careful about using this guy. He ripped us off and I hope he does not do the same to others. Be careful. Facts- ripping me off by accepting deposit and showing up to do work and not fixing my roof. He also incredibly rude. I don't want anyone else to have the same bad experience as we had.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate!- I totally agree with quite a few people on this public posting site that George Keller was a no show and he never called! We had an appointment, my husband changed his work schedule so we could be available for Mr. Keller but he never came nor answered the phone when we called! I left him a voicemail or two. I gave him a couple days to get back to me but to this day (which is 4 days later) still no call!

This is the second time that I've hired George to do a job for us and we were as pleased with his work the second time as we were the first time. He repaired our roof a year ago and did a high quality job and he just repaired water damaged siding on the back of our house and it looks great! Highly recommend Keller's Contracting !!

Very very nice people.

My cat sneaked up to the roof of a three-story house and got stuck up there for over 36 hours. I called fire department and they transferred me to animal control. Animal control came and told me "Sorry it's too high for us to get up there. Just give your cat three days or so and she will come down herself." After the thunderstorm, my cat was soaked wet and I just can't see her suffering any longer so I tried to call Keller's contracting.

I explained the situation and they came within 5 minutes. They climbed up to the steep slippery roof for my cat and 10 minutes later they got her! Keller's Contracting was literally my last resort for help. I was going to climb up there myself if they couldn't do it. But they did it! They did it when fireman, animal control, animal rescue couldn't! When I asked George how much the cost was he said it was free of charge! What great people they are!

absolute worst contractor I've ever dealt with. 5 months to finish a 6x9 bathroom. got paid 14 thousand for it and the work was the worst I've ever seen. my son could have done better work learning from YouTube. my bathroom still is not finished, and the little work that has been done all needs redone. I'm sick over this.

George and his crew just finished with some roofing repairs to our home. We found an interior leak and called his company right away. He responded very quickly (less than one day), found and photo-documented problems that I did not know about, and fixed them within a span of hours. He was professional and courteous throughout the process, and explained everything he was doing in detail. His pricing was very fair and consistent with his estimate. I highly recommend Keller's Contracting for any job in Pittsburgh.

This is a hard NO. We employed them based on glowing reviews but our experience was missed appointments and excuses. The one item this crew was hired to fix is not corrected and per the current contractor was never even addressed.

Also, good luck getting a response if you have an issue. Company does not take action on calls, emails or BBB complaints once the check clears. Much work, and rework into thousands of extra dollars after their 'alleged' repair. We are disappointed and honestly annoyed we had to hire another roofer to fix what they missed.

Keller's contracting did an excellent job on our roof, providing a quick turn around and quote after inspecting the roof. Work was completed within a tight time schedule by George and his crew. I would definitely recommend Keller's for their knowledge attention to detail and finished product.

All-around quality. They were quick, courteous and detailed. Their communication was excellent as well. I'm happy with the job and even the neighbors were impressed. Highly recommended!!

These guys are simply the best!! They replaced the roof on our condo in two days even though they had to work around rainy weather. The neighbors even remarked how polite and considerate their crew was.
Cleanup was immaculate. Communication with George was great via email and phone.

I have used Keller's Contracting on two different projects. I just moved into a house and it had a small but steady leak. George came out, diagnosed the problem, and let me know that caulking a few spots in the roof would do the trick. The leak has gone away and George did not charge for the diagnosis. Other roofers could have made it a project but George gave an honest answer and let me know I could handle the repair myself.

Despite the rain and a heavy workload these guys quickly found the hole in my roof and repaired it. Highly recommended because they were quick, friendly and professional. Didn't cost the Earth either.

Professional, competent and reliable. I always recommend them to my clients and everyone has always been completely satisfied. Their pricing is really competitive and their work is as professional as other companies that change substantially more! They are prompt, easy to reach and do a great job.

They treated us like we were their only customer. It started with the first phone call I made. All calls were followed up on. We never had any questions on where we were at with the project. The crew that came to our house did a great job and cleaned up to the point where you would not have known they were there.

George did excellent work painting the interior of my house and exterior window frames. It was all high quality work, including the repairs to various water-damaged walls. My only complaint was that it took him about 4 weeks when he estimated two weeks. He said the condition was worse than he thought, which was probably true, and he spent the time to make things right without charging extra. He was very responsive to issues and modifications we wanted.

To sum up, I recommend him for high quality painting and repairs.
