Lee Keller and Sean were terrific to work with. From day one they made the process of choosing a new roof and getting it installed simple. The two were flexible to some of the changes that arrived due to multiple contractors involved. I will definitely use them on other projects and highly recommend these professionals.

In a word, exemplary. It is very rare when I feel the need to write a review on any product or service but I felt I must in this case. Lee Keller has without a doubt provided truly the best customer service experience I have encountered. When someone researches, takes bids and communicates with a company that you are relying on to provide long-term protection to one's largest hard asset (their home), you want to be very sure you are selecting a trustworthy and engaged contractor. Lee provided outstanding communication throughout the process, from initial discussion, to the bid, to the selection of materials, to the installation, to the after installation follow-up (including site visits each afternoon to evaluate and inform me of the progress). Even with challenging weather circumstances, and a large roof footprint (single story house), Lee and his crew worked to complete the job in a short timeframe and with beautiful work. In a very competitive world, we so often now rely on the word of other's experiences to select the products or services we trust and buy. With this, I can't more strongly recommend you contacting Lee if you are in the market for a new roof. I expect you will be as pleased as I am with the service and work provided. Thank you Lee.

Lee Keller and his team did an awesome job putting our new roof on. The lead man, Sean knew exactly what he was doing, I had no doubt in my mind that when I left for work he would have it done and do a great job by the time I got back. They got the old roof off and the new one put on in about 5 hours. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new rood put on.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. A couple summers ago they put new siding on our home and it has turned out fantastic! I called with a couple questions well after the install and they were friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions. The siding still looks great.

I was worried about this roofing project. I was really impressed with how professional Mr. Keller was. He explained everything and was patient with all of my questions. His crew were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. We had three othe roofing quotes and I choose keller Roofing and ssiding because I was confident the job would be done right. They really care about service and quality work and I am confidnet that if there is a problem in the future that they will help in any way. They finished the work on schedule!

I called Keller Roofing after a tree branch fell onto my roof and punctured a large hole in it. They showed up less than an hour later! What a response time! After spending about 20 minutes, they presented me with a plan and an offer that I couldn't refuse. My roof looks great... the shingles are a near perfect match (which is awesome considering how old my roof was)! It looks like nothing ever happened.

Lee, Sean and crew did a great job removing the old shingles from our roof and installing new dimensional shingles. They were very accommodating with the time of year we wanted the work to be completed. Mr. Keller answered all our questions during the process. The crew took about one and half days to complete the work and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. Would use again.

They were professional siding contractors and the new siding looks fantastic on my house. The neighbors have came over to tell me how much better it looks. Thanks Keller Siding!!

I chose Keller to do my roofing after Mr. Keller came out and personally did the inspection and listened to my issues and questions.

His crew showed up about two weeks after submitting the deposit, which was the estimated lead-out time. They did a single-story ranch house and detached garage in about 1.5 days. Afterward, I only found one single nail hiding in a bush, so their cleanup was excellent.

Mr. Keller was very communicative throughout the process, and his estimate (and supplemental add-ons) were stated up-front and competitive with other quotes I received on the job. I would definitely consider Keller for future roofing tasks in the future if I move to another home.

Lee and his crew were top notch and professional. Lee is very detail oriented which I loved. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but more than worth the money spent. Lee was very quick to return phone calls and communicate changes to his crew. During the siding work I threw a few curve ball changes at them and his crew didn't miss a beat. If there were 10 stars to give I would give him 12! Thanks Lee and crew!! We love our siding and so does our neighbors.

I needed a roof replacement and I called Keller Roofing after seeing their A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website. Lee Keller was great to work with! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and they finished in one day. I would highly recommend Keller Roofing!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I didn't get the chance to experience the excellent service in the other reviews, since I ended our conversation due to the offensive "screening process" Mr. Keller subjected me to, in order to make sure I "was a good fit" for his services and to make sure he was going to be compensated for the ten miles he would have to drive to my house. He requested I send him pictures of my home "because people have camera phones" so he could write up an estimate without having to actually travel to see the house in person, even after I assured him I was ready to have the service done as soon as possible.

Mr. Keller and his team were prompt, easy to work with, extremely courteous, and stepped me through each part of the process. I was fully informed of those little things that always come up when the construction begins, as they were able to see what exactly needed to be done. While I don't want to experience another tree falling on my house, if it does, I know who to call. The roofing and siding work was done at a pace that was suitable and I was glad they took their time to make sure everything was completed the right way. The men that worked on the house were extremely professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with them while they were inside and outside of the house.

Lee Keller offered a competitive bid for re-siding my home. He is meticulous with the details. Lee and Jeff completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and made sure I was completely satisfied before the work was done. I recommend Keller Roofing & Siding and will contact Lee for future jobs.

I'm glad I found Keller after headaches of talking to other companies who would either not even return phone calls or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for what overall was a pretty small job. Keller was extremely easy to work with - everything was explained in great detail and communication was good. Most importantly, I find Mr Keller a very honest person which is pretty rare to find among companies. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone and they'll be my go to people in the future.

We recently had our roof replaced by Keller Roofing, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would recommend this company for any roofing needs. To begin with, Mr. Keller's communication is great. We have worked with several different home improvement companies in the past, and there were always times when we never knew when they were coming or what the status of the project was. This was not the case with Keller Roofing. Mr. Keller always called us frequently to update us on what was going on. Mr. Keller is also very informative. Since this was our first experience with roofing, we knew very little about shingle types. Mr. Keller took the time to explain our options and let us know the pros and cons of the different choices. Mr. Keller's crew did a great job as well. They installed our new roof within a day, and they cleaned everything up so well. We would not have even known workers had been at our house that day.Finally, although Mr. Keller is in the business of sales, we never felt like he was trying to sell us something extra or raise the price in any way. He was very straightforward with everything.

I am a skilled carpenter who is renovating a historic shotgun home in Louisville. I am doing most of the work myself and the project is a custom job, not a flip. I am very particular about who I hire for parts of the renovation that I can not do myself and will spend the time doing extensive research before making a decision.
