Issue: undiagnosed roof leak. I called Keith’s Roofing and spoke to Owen. He was polite, listened to our issue, and came out to inspect the roof. He also came the next day with Keith to try and dx the problem correctly (despite it being Easter weekend). They’ve followed up with us to confirm no current leaks, etc. The company is honest and transparent: we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Keith's roofing did a great job on replacing my shingle roof. It was time to replace my old roof and I am very pleased with the new roof that Keith's roofing put on my house. The estimate was reasonable; the workers were on time and worked hard all day; they removed all the old shingles and tar paper; they replaced the drip edge, several rotten plywood pieces, and the skirting around all pipes on the roof; they put on new tar paper and new shingles; and the workers cleaned everything up thoroughly. The new roof is exactly what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Keith's roofing.

Keith has done several roofs for us over the past 15 years. He is always responsive, professional and thorough. We wouldn’t think to use anyone else.

Just had our roof replaced by Keith's Roofing. An outstanding outcome. I have an older home, built in 1905. Was concerned about blending old with new materials. That concerned was quickly well satisfied. Needed a lot of decking replaced due to old roofing not done correctly 25 years ago, before we bought the house. This was explained to me as the work progressed. I wanted this roof done correctly and that is what happened. The crew was considerate of the property, and very courteous. The foreman was extremely helpful and cared that we were satisfied all through the process as well as the owners of the company. The value was excellent, as well as the work done. This is an established company and I know they will stand behind their work.

Keith’s Roofing did an excellent job roofing our house this summer. I highly recommend them! They were honest and punctual as well as being very efficient. We needed our house roofed to sell our home and they came when we needed them. We had 48 Solar Panels on our house that had to be removed and then replaced. They knew how to work around the Solar people and if there was ever a problem we did not know it. The roof looks great and we sold our house! Thank you Keith’s Roofing!

After all the hail, Keith's Roofing gave estimate and said he could save me on my deductible. He had Spanish workers put it on and never checked them. He replaced skylights with ones not tinted. He put defective shingles on and it was crooked, even a woman can see that! I had two roofing people and his dad come out and they had to tear it off and put on new ones
and tried to trick me on the brand of shingles they were using. So he had to back pedal and give me a shingle equal to what the insurance paid for. I told him I would be talking pics and someone had better know how to use a chalk line. They took more time to put it on the 2nd time, but did not use tarps to catch anything! Would not recommend!

After a bad hail storm I called Keith's to get an estimate for both roof and gutter replacement. Keith himself came out and gave me a fair estimate that was almost a carbon copy of the Insurance settlement. I gave them the job and after they were done (all in one day) I could not be more impressed with the result. My neighbor had his done by a different company who did a good job as well but one small detail I noticed was the way my shingles at the roof's edge drooped just enough to guide the water smoothly into the gutter where my neighbor's just ended at the actual roofs edge. A small detail but in the bigger scheme of things a sign of superior workmanship. I am so happy with my roof/gutters. Keith's sent the insurance company all of the paperwork needed to turn my hail damaged roof into a stressfree situation with a happy ending. Thank You Keith and crew, you guys are #1 for a good reason.

Keith's Roofing is now my new roofing company. We had our roof replaced due to hail damage and they worked a 14+ hour day to complete it in one day. The finished job was excellent. Our experience with them started when they mentioned to our neighbor that they could see damage on our house from the neighbors roof. The representative we dealt with, Tanner, has been excellent to work with from meeting the insurance adjuster to go over damage found to making sure we were pleased with the completed job. My wife and I would highly recommend Keith's roofing.

Absolutely First class service from begining to end. Roof was essentially destroyed by wind and hail along with gutters. Keith oversaw complete repair like it was his own home. Could not have been done more efficently or expertly. This roofing company is local to central Arkansas and would be my first call. One very inportant last thing bill was not due until job complete.

I went to Keith’s to have a skylight replaced. It too almost a month before someone called me after several visits to their office. The person that contacted me told me he would stop by on Friday. Friday came and he never showed. I texted him but he did not reply. I went back to the office and was told by the receptionist that it was probably too much work and gave me the name of a general contractor instead.

I am so pleased with my recent experience with Keith’s Roofing. My roof was damaged from a tornado and I received a prompt response from Keith’s Roofing to take care of my need and work with my insurance company to get the job done properly, quickly, and professionally. They came highly recommended and now I can highly recommend.

Keith’s Roofing communicated amazingly well and interfaced with our insurance company after a tornado. They recently replaced our roof promptly and professionally.

They couldn’t get to our roof for a week post tornado so they came and berry nicely tarped our entire roof to prevent further interior water damages!

They went above and beyond by helping us find contractors to repair the inside of our home also.

They were recommended to us and we are
thrilled that we called them when a tornado caused 3 trees to puncture our roof.

“I am very disappointed that after being a loyal customer for two roof replacements & referring neighbors to use Keith (even posting our good past experience on social media) that Keith has not cared enough to return our calls, address our concern with the gutter, come through on the senior discount he promised & advertises in the paper, & even left us waiting on two separate days all day when he said he was coming, but didn’t show up. His complete lack of response is beyond our ability to comprehend.

THE DETAIL: This past year after a hailstorm, we hired Keith’s Roofing to install a new roof & replace our gutter covers. He had also replaced our roof & complete gutter system back in 2018. When the shingles were completed this time, I noticed an issue with the gutter down spout on the right side of the garage. It was disconnected & rain poured from it. I noticed scratches on it also. My brother put the gutter down-spout back together. Once the covers were installed, Keith called to say he was bringing the final invoice out, I mentioned the gutter slope issue I was seeing. His response, “gutters are supposed to slope”. I had hoped to show him the damage & issue when he arrived. I also asked if he had included the senior discount in the final invoice. He said he had. Although I waited all day, he never came. I called the next day, but he never returned my call. Since his FIRST no-show we received a “final invoice – that said Past Due” in the mail (with no senior discount listed by the way). It was then my husband attempted to contact Keith. He told my husband he would come out the week of January 1st – 5th to address our concerns. He called on the 2nd & told us to call him on the morning of the 3rd as he would be out that day. We called three times and waited all day. He never showed up. Today is January 11th. No response from Keith. His lack of response to us has been extremely stressful & disappointing.”

Called Keith Jr and he met me at those house within 20 minutes. The following Thursday he had the roof redone and new chimney set up. If I called about a question he was very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve read some reviews and was skeptical but after what was done I’ll keep him as a main contact for future projects.

For the last two days our apartment complex has been turned into a chaotic mess. Over 50 workers decended and made and ungodly mess, parking on the sidewalks, tearing up our parking lot and the turf and grass.
The kid in charge responded grass grows back in a rude and uncaring fashion. Informing me they can park where ever they want and "it will all be cleaned up" yesterday I had to walk over nails covering the side walk, while gas generators screamed next to my window and blocked my exit to the parking lot.

I can only describe this group as an unprofessional group of Thug like cheap labor. Sure they get the low bid, they care Nothing for the people who live where they are working. I will have to document all the damage and mess they leave behind.
I do not recommend this company. They have no respect.

Called Keith's roofing to do an estimate for a new roof late July. Finally got a quote from Lawrence second week in August after a couple of days of attempting to get a hold of him through his cellphone and email. I asked some questions about the estimate and never got answers. So I attempted to text, call and email with no avail. Finally, he answered and the question mid August. By this time he still has done everything I asked for on the quote. So, I went with another local company and I am quite happy to spend my money with them for a new roof.

Keith's roofing far exceeded my expectations. From the quote to the crew, every part was great. The crew did a great job and did an excellent cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone, needing a shingle roof.

Had Keith’s roofing replace my roof because of hail damage the old roof wasn’t leaking but needed to be replaced they showed up got the job done it looked good but when the first big rain came I had a leak I called them and they came out with some silicone and put under one of the shingles it stopped the leak about a year later I had another leak so I called and again pulled out the silicone it stopped it for awhile but then almost a year later yet another leak I called them out and here they came with their silicone so I called back and said this silicone is not the fix and they need to fix the problem so the owner came out and took a look and said that there wasn’t a leak where they have been siliconing but he would fix it anyway well now he won’t answer my calls or message back definitely don’t use this company they are cons and not professional at all

They were initially awesome to work with, until it came time to do the work.
The roofing crew just shingled over an obvious dip close to the crest of the roof. They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day.
They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway.
After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated.
Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was .
Called the business answering service days ago, no response.

Called Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement to work on a metal roof that was leaking. Strung me along for several days. The first call I was told they would come out and take a look. That never happened. After several days and 5 calls/messages left with answering service which had no idea why I was not getting a call back , I finally heard back a week later that they have no interest on working on metal roofs. I could have had this repaired by now if I wasn't strung along for over a week. If you are not interested in the job, or do not want to work on metal roofs, just let me know so I can find someone that wants to work. It's fine if Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement does not want to work on metal roofs, but tell me that during the first phone call. This set me back over a week. This is just disrespectful and bad business . Common courtesy goes a long way in business especially in rural areas where your name and word is your bond. You don't have that you don't have anything. Could possible be in business 30 years due to captive audience . Folks have little choice in roofers in area, not a lot of competition in rural areas unfortunately. . Bottom line if you have a metal roof that needs repair look elsewhere, Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement is not interested. It will save you time not calling Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement for this type of job.

Keith’s Roofing is incredible. I literally cannot say enough good things about this Company. Keith and his crew arrived and did a complete removal and replacement and did the entire job in a day. It was just incredible. And that included new roof vents and hauled away the old roof materials. They cleaned everything better than before the job. Even cleaning the windows. His workmen were quality workers, very professional. If you need a roof I highly highly recommend using Keith’s Roofing.

Keith was upfront about everything. He and his crew were professional and polite and fast. Had my roof done in 1 day and clean up any mess that was made. Highly recommend Keith and his crew!

Keith's Roofing just finished a tear-off & reroof plus attic venting on our home. Had three (3) estimates but he was the only one that took my color request seriously. Originally, he was not the lowest bid but when I informed him of that, he made sure he became just that.

Extremely disappointed in roof replacement by Keith's Roofing. There are patches around the fireplace that are just ugly black goo instead of shingles. They left more black goo on our siding, broke some bricks, broke gutters, and left nails and shingle debris in yard and driveway. As a selling point, Keith bragged about how is guy who'd clean out the gutters as part of the job, like a "perk'. That wasn't done. I called him about it and he said yeah, it had been done. Total lie. I also called and emailed about the other issues. He ignored all. Now, less than 8 years later, the roof is leaking. I'm afraid to learn just how awful the work was. Do not use

A limb fell on my home. It didn’t do too much damage but it did tear off shingles! I didn’t realize I had a double shingle roof and the adjuster told me it would be hard to repair. Keith came out and looked at my roof. Told me what needed to be done and did it! He left for an hour or so. Came back and had it repaired before the storm hit! Very personal and professional! This was the first insurance claim damage to my home so I wasn’t sure who to call or who to trust. They were nice and made it extremely easy to get done. I’d definitely recommend them if you need roof help!

Called on a Sunday. Keith was in the area and stopped by because I was in trouble. I'm a tradesman, and I know how complicated some problems can be that seem simple... Assured me that my issue was, in fact, simple and fixed it on the spot. Because it was such a simple fix for him, he undercharged me. I'd have been at it for weeks trying to sort out the problem, and he knew right away. That knowledge was far more valuable than the amount he charged.

He also could have taken me for quite a ride, but he was an honest and decent fellow to work with.

KEITH CAME OVER TO INSPECT OUR ROOF AFTER SOME HAIL IN THE AREA. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND MET WITH OUR ADJUSTER RIGHT ON TIME. SENT HIS CREW A COUPLE DAYS LATER. THEY GOT THE WHOLE ROOF DONE IN ONE DAY. THE YOUNG MEN ARE HARD WORKING AND COURTEOUS. CLEANED UP AND OFF THEY WENT BEFORE DARK. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY. CALL KEITH'S ROOFING, YOU WONT BE SORRY.

We suffered storm damage to our roof and Keith happily represented us to our insurance company to get our roof replaced. He made himself available to us and our insurance company and was kind, thorough and professional thru the entire process. His crew came early and did the job in one day plus cleaned up all debris and hauled off. Now we can rest assured no more leaks! Can't even begin to say how happy we are with the work results and grateful to him for all his help.

Mr Keith was extremely helpful and wasted no time in getting the job done. They cleaned up very well and were in and out in one day. Great company to work with especially if it's insurance.

Called for a quote and they responded quickly, got me a quote on the spot, got to work immediately, came in at quoted price, and my roof was looking brand new in a day. Definitely recommend them.

My husband and an acquaintance were going to roof our house. He then realized he got in over his head. He called several companies and Keith’s was the first one to respond and was out giving a bid within hours. The next morning (today), they were here bright and early. Very nice and professional!

Very knowledgeable. I saw the water damage to the roof and saw the repairs. Very happy with the work done. During cleanup, they caused a small tear in our canvas top to our patio. We were told to order a new top and let them know the cost. We ordered a new one and they paid us within a few days.

These guys will work with the customer and do whatever they can for a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Called three times and was told by the message service that someone would call back , never received a call back . Needed gutters and downspouts for a new lake house construction. If your unresponsive at taking a sales call what are you like in the event of a warranty issue? Stay away from this business

I contacted Keith’s Roofing to inspect the roof of a home I was purchasing in Hot Springs Village because the home had visible evidence of prior water damage on the ceiling near the chimney. Keith found hail damage on the roof, in addition to damage to some of the decking underneath as well as cracks in the chimney crown contributing to the water damage in the roof and ceiling. Keith came back and walked the roof with the owner’s insurance adjuster, who agreed about the hail damage. Within two weeks, Keith’s Roofing had returned and repaired the chimney, replaced the roof and the damaged decking underneath - with most of the cost covered by insurance. The crew did almost all of the work in one day and cleaned up before they left. The new roof looks great, and we’ve had no water problems after several heavy rains.

This company is highly professional and provides exceptional work! We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend.

Keith's Roofing did an amazing job on our house in Hot Springs Village...

Last spring we had a big leak problem and needed someone fast. We were new to the area and didn't know who to call.

We called several known roofing companies and Keith's roofing was the only one that we could get to show up quickly. Even though it was pouring rain, they tarped right then to prevent damage.

We checked out price comparisons and people's opinions and went with Keith's roofing. We are very happy with the quality, price, and service we received from Keith's roofing. They exceeded our expectations.

Review has an update. Downgraded from 4 stars to 3. Large crew, fast quality work overall I am happy. Only one problem keeping this from being a 5 star rating. I specifically stated the 2 antennas on the roof were NOT to be reinstalled to keep the new roof from also getting new holes, it was even written on the work order. However 1 antenna was reinstalled.

Update: down grade to 3 stars. After posting my original review I was contacted by the owner on the 4th of October who said they would remove the antenna and replace those shingles. I contacted them again on the 28th of November and was reassured the repair would be made shortly. It is now the 17th of December and nothing has been done. Seems like just lip service at this point. I would not recommend them.

As far as the actual roofing, they did a decent job. It was all done in one day as well. It was however very pricey (I had no choice because of the insurance company) and they left SO much trash and debris in my yard. I have gotten TWO flats so far out of the deal even after the owner, Keith, supposedly came by and "cleaned out" the yard himself. I have picked up at least 50 nails and staples throughout my driveway and around my son's swing set. When I called to let them know, they said "It's hard to get it all" but there was SO MUCH that you could see without even searching for it. Keith was rude on the phone and didn't seem to care. I would NOT recommend anyone using Keith's Roofing!!!

Called 3 different companies. Two companies stopped by, measured and said they would call back. Keith came by the same day I called. He measured then answered all of our questions in full detail. Also gave us a quote on that same visit, he didn't have to call back. We have our roof finished, a great job done and never heard from the other 2 companies. I recommend Keith's Roofing 100%.
