The ARHOMESTAR team, from the start of the quoting process with Robert Bukowski to scheduling was efficient and open communications all the way. Due to the vast amount of rain we have been having, the team was able to finally have a good day to come out and do the install of our new Architectural roof. All timing, coordination was done with the office and again the team was great working with. The crew that did the roof, came early in the morning, setup, put out collection sheets under the eaves to catch items, they took the old roof off down to decking, turtle shells and accessories; crew was very nice and when all done, they cleaned up and swept the ground for nails etc. I would surely use the ARHOMESTAR team again. Homestar and Robert are the BEST! My roof was damaged during a storm and needed repairs ASAP. Robert came out quickly, did an inspection, and helped me submit the insurance claim. He walked me through the whole process and made it easy to understand.

The insurance company dragged things out with multiple inspections and tons of back and forth, but Robert and the Homestar team stuck with us the entire time. Robert came and met with every inspector that insurance sent out and made sure they did not take advantage of me. While we waited throughout the process, more storms hit and the roof kept leaking. I honestly lost count of how many times Robert came out—sometimes in pouring rain—to secure tarps and make sure my family stayed dry.

Once insurance finally gave the green light, Homestar got the roof replaced in a single day. It looks amazing and they cleaned up everything afterward.

Yes, we recently had hail damage on our roof. We called the Homestar spoke to Aaron . He came out and Homestar get this approved through the insurance company. It’s a five star company. We’re very very happy.

Our house is 27 years old and still had the original shower. We figured it was time to replace it, and so we had Aaron come out to the house. He was very professional, and there was no heavy-handed sales job. He showed us what was available and we decided on the color we liked. I guess you could call us a double-dipper with Homestar Solutions. Aaron and his crews recently did a partial bath remodel for us (total shower replacement) and roof and gutters. They did a beautiful job on the shower and countertop replacement. The roof and gutters were an insurance job due to hail damage. Our insurance company is very good, but Homestar found things the adjuster did not consider. Homestar took and submitted pictures and other information, and the insurance company agreed to the additions to the claim. In addition, Homestar found unanticipated roof damage that I would be responsible for, and substantiated everything with pictures and written explanations sent in a PDF file to me. Even on the shower remodel, every stage of demolition of the old shower, and every stage of installation of the new plumbing, wall backing, shower pan, literally everything, was substantiated with pictures. Everything Homestar did for us was above board, in writing, and executed as promised. Clean-up after both jobs was also exactly as promised. After the roof job, they even walked around the entire house with magnets to make sure there were ZERO nails on the driveway or yard. Impressive.

Being a totally disabled veteran, having people there to help that really care about me being safe and worry free. Homestar had all the repairs done and a new roof on in a matter of days. If this was ever to happen again I have Homestar on speed dial! With all the companies out there, Homestar is the ONLY company I would trust to do the the work right and on time!

We called Homestar regarding gutter concerns and during our consultation it was identified that we had serious hail damage to our gutters and roof.

Their sales director Spencer Pillay did an excellent job helping us navigate insurance requirements and understanding their shingle and venting products.

We would most definitely recommend Homestar Solutions for any work you need done on your home.  We had several damages from last summer's hailstorm and they were spot on with all of the repairs.  From replacing the roof, gutters, siding, flashing, they were extremely thorough.  They got the work completed in a timely manner.  Every encounter I had with them was highly professional from the office staff to the contractor.  I've never worked with a better home improvement company and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future on another project.  We made the mistake of calling a few other places first and no one compared to the service we received from this company.  Our house looks brand new and we are so thrilled with it.

Hail damaged roof claim denied by my insurance company. Back and forth ten months over claim before a neighbor recommended Home Star. Home Star worked with insurance company and claim was approved within a month. Great job in a timely manner on new roof. Can't thank Home Star enough. Highly recommend!

The crew was here but 7:30 am and done in no time. Covered with tarps around the whole house. Everything was cleaned up by the time they left and the roof looks very nice. I will have them replace my roof again should it need to be done. Thanks Aaron and crew. I love the job.

Very fast response to come look at our hail damaged roof. Emilio was polite and informative guiding us through our first ever claim. Crew did a good job but no one could speak English to answer our questions at end of job. We were told the gutters covers were to be removed to clean out the gutters after the roofing was done but we don't believe this happened as there was a lot of debris that washed out of the gutters following a rain the next day.

Highly recommend, very professional. We were in need of a stair lift due to health issue and they recommend, ordered and installed. Very please with all the customer service. Will use them again for anything they offer. Great local group with the home town feel. THANK YOU!

From the initial inspection to the day of completion my experience was excellent. Aaron Lynchard was great & got the process started as soon as possible. The men that replaced the roof were efficient & cleaned up the area nicely. The gentleman that replaced the gutter helmets came afterwards and did an excellent job. I would recommend Homestar Solutions to anyone as they are professional & courteous.

If there was a "no star" option I would have chosen it. On 3/21 Emilio came to evaluate my needs for a new roof and gutters. by this date 3/26 I still have not received an estimate. The office said "he went out of town for the weekend". Well that's ok, but it wasn't done the day of the visit, the next day Friday or Monday. I don't beg a company for their business. I will not be using them and do not recommend them despite after Emilio's visit they were top on my list in the running.

We had a shower installed. From the sales rep to the office help and the installers, really GREAT service. The installers were very courteous and polite. They would call to give up dates on ETA. I would definitely recommend this company.

Aaron was polite and efficient. He quickly was available to provide a bid and once I accepted it, the new roof was installed within a few days. It looks great, price was reasonable and cleanup afterwards was great!

I was really haapy with Homestar. They were referred by a friend who was happy with his roof. We had initially been denied by our ins. co. Aaron met with adjuster and showed him reasons for complete roof replacement. And Ins. paid up! I highly recommend Homestar. Great communication. I cannot say enough good things about Homestar Solutions. We had hail and wind damage from the recent January storms. I called for an estimate, and Aaron came that same day to assess the roof and provide a quote. He came to meet with the insurance appraiser during her visit. Aaron then scheduled the roof replacement for the following day. His crew arrived in the morning, and the roof was completed by early afternoon. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. Later the same day, a follow-up visit was conducted to make sure the work was done satisfactorily and to answer any questions. The office support person, Hailey, was prompt and responsive to any and all questions. She quickly filed the necessary paperwork to ensure that our insurance claim was paid in full. If you need roof repairs or replacement, I'd highly recommend Homestar.

The contract they offer is very one-sided, to the point that they demanded full payment before the job was 50% complete. Additionally, they left stains all over every wall of one of our bathrooms & stated they would only clean it up for an additional fee, per the contract. Finally, the toilet and sink, that they installed, are now leaking less than a year later.
Overall, very disappointing.

Robert was incredible! We reached out to him about an area of our siding that started coming off with the high winds, and he was able to come out the next day and fix it before the whole siding came off. He is very professional and a go-getter! You will not regret reaching out to him and his team!

Aaron and the rest of the staff at home star solutions Are very professional and easy to work with. They replaced 2 roofs for me after the horrible hailstorm and they were a big help getting all of the repairs covered with the Insurance Company.
The work was completed in 1 day on 1 house and 2 days on the 2nd house which is an amazing turnaround time. When the jobs were completed there was no trace left behind that they were there. I would highly recommend Homestar Solutions for your roofing needs..
