Thomas came right on time. He understood what I wanted. He was very professional and courteous the whole time. He built a deck and step railing on my front porch as if he could see what was in my head! I 100% recommend Thomas with Ace Handyman. Job well done.

Needed a Door replaced, were very nice and attentive to my needs. 10/10 service, if I need another door replaced I know who I’m calling. Definitely recommend feels like calling someone you know and you feel welcomed. They are here to help people and it shows!

Thomas is great! A great worker and it seems capable of any job! Today he and Derrick came to work on my house and I now have a metal railing at my front door, and a mended wooden one on the rear side of the house!an outdoor water faucet, that looks great and actually works!.
Thomas painted my high ceiling in the living room and hallway, and then the two of them started working with fervor, setting down the LVP flooring! It is looking great! Now maybe I can take it from there! If not, I’ll call back
Edited, 5/7/25 I have changed my 4 ⭐️.to 5⭐️. After discussing with customer service about the things that caused the lower rating! Thomas came back the next morning, to repair the things that were left undone! He was very apologetic for not inspecting the work that had been done, by the new man on their team! He just assumed that he, (the new guy), is as capable, as he is! Unfortunately that was not the case! But all is well now! The company knows the type of work he does, and can deal with that, on their own! Thank you Ace Handyman for making the decision to correct the problems .

James and his team are amazing. We had delay after delay on a project that he was taking care of for us and he was able to reschedule and coordinate dates to fit our needs. They got the work done faster than projected and were able to diagnose and repair everything on site under budget. Highly recommend !!!!

I have been going through the process of remodeling my kitchen and bathroom with James. I am new to homeownership and he has made sure I understand the ins and outs of what I am trying to change. He explains it in a way anyone could understand. I am very excited to move forward with these renovations and cannot wait to see the finished product.

I had a plumbing problem that had gotten out of control in my shower. I called Ace on Saturday and Kevin came out on Sunday to fix it. I couldn't be more impressed with his hard work and commitment to serving others! It saved me tons on my water bill and prevented a flooded shower! I will definitely use them in the future! Kevin was prompt and courteous, cleaned up area well when finished. He was thorough and definitely knew how to complete tasks the right way,I.e. quality work rather than cosmetic. Called Ace to paint, remove various hardware from walls and ceilings, TV brackets, etc. when he finished, you could not tell where gouges, cracks or holes had been; he even caulked where walls, ceilings and trim were not quite matching up. Only minor issue was when he arrived, he did not have complete description of job so he needed to leave and get a few supplies. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I hired Ace Handyman Services to come and fix my ceiling. I had a new roof put on and the inside ceiling was falling down. Fred actually showed up early!! He was such a professional and so kind. He made sure to ask exactly what I needed and then explained how he would fix it. It was perfect! I loved the experience and plan on hiring them to do more work! Mr Rick was a little late but Ace Handyman Services informed me why. When he arrived he spoke to me by introducing himself to me and apologized for being late and then asked what I wanted done to my Gables. He went into my attic and reported to his boss of what he saw and took pictures. He then reported to me showed me the pictures. There wasn't any holes in the screen on the gables other than the tiny holes that made the screen. He also said there wasn't a path through my insulation to the other side as it would be had anyone been up there looking for rodents as Terminix said. Nor any holes in my screens on the vents as Terminix said. I really appreciate Mr Rick's honesty and in his craftsmanship, I shook hands with Mr Rick and paid him for a job that didn't need to be done, so his service call and his time. Thank you Ace Handyman Services. I will be calling again.

I am so pleased with the job Gregory did at my home. He came the same day I called, was here on time and brought all the material he needed with him. He repaired the dryer vent that runs under the house which also required new strapping so that it was more stable than originally installed. He was outstanding and really knew what he was doing. I would recommend him for any job plus he has a great personality. Good job Gregory and thanks very much.

Greg knew exactly what he was doing. He came prepared and did a two man job by himself. Very professional.

Needed screw put back in garbage disposal and tighten the other 2 screws to stop my leak. Was here about 15 minutes and did a great job. Very fast to get an appointment same day I called. Will tell my friends how nice this company is. Will use this company again when I need a handyman.

Had a new storm door to be installed & a few plumbing and electrical ground fault receptacles needed attention.
Ian completed in a timely manner.

There was a problem with the first fix, but the company immediately sent the tech back out and the work was completed quickly, perfectly, and to my satisfaction. Great company and employee. I can recommend them and will call on them again in the future.

Brian was our handyman; kept us informed of his availability and showed us the work stages he was doing. Superb handyman. Job was finished expertly and so much better than others had attempted to do. Next time I need handyman work done, I’m calling this business.

Noah did a great job replacing a post on our boat dock. He also replaced a board on the top of our dock that he noticed needed redone and then he resurfaced the dock. It looks great after he finished and he worked in the extreme heat of the afternoon. We are very happy with the work Noah did.

A tree fell on our fence, which needed 50’ of chainlink repaired. Noah did a great job and was knowledgeable, friendly, informative, honest and prompt. I’ll be calling him again with any other projects I have!

Had my water heater go out. Quickly responded to my call. In and out with no issues. Definitely will be use them in the future.

I had a window over stairs that needed to be closed and locked. Noah came with a ladder, bought supplies to permanently close the window as I asked and dusted the ledge in front of the window while he was up in that area. I was very pleased with the service.
