Business came highly recommended by my best friend and managed to exceed my expectations. Inquired about the cost of a roof wellness check for our condo building. Mr. Keith was punctual and prepared even in the pouring rain to get up on the roof and take pictures of pertinent and potential issues. He patiently listed all the issues he saw coupled with the pictures he took. Because our building is less than 2 years old, he advised that get the building developer to resolve the issues. As a member on the board of this association, we will definitely call upon them in the future and cannot recommend them more highly!
