Dishonest. Poor quality workmanship. They do not stand behind their work. They did a full roof replacement on my home, and the roof lasted less than 10 years. Once they found out that I wanted them to stand by their “warranty” they ghosted me.

I had to shell out over $20,000 to repair the poor quality when my roof started warping and leaking. They would not return my calls, despite my having original contact in my hands.

Just had KE Harn redo my roof. Current roof was 25 years old and we had a leak in the roof right at the exterior wall. I got quotes from 5 different roofing companies. KE Harn was the only one to suggest NOT doing certain things. I knew that some boards on the roof would need replacing. These were quoted as a flat cost per board that they needed to actually replace, the cost they quoted was 1/3 of another roofer.

Because we had an active leak and I was concerned about actual damage to the exterior wall, I kept in contact regarding the schedule. They were out a few months, but said they would do what they could. Actually got the roof done weeks before they expected they could (anothe r job had to be postponed because of weather).

During the tear off they kept me complete appraised of what they were finding. The water damage to the exterior wall was greater than I anticipated. They were able to replace the water damaged wood in the wall and at a cost way less that what I was anticipating.

Their crews were courtious and keep everything clean. Roof was completed in two days. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day, no debris left anywhere. They only way you could tell they had been there was the beautiful new roof on the house.

Check with other companies, but make sure you talk to KE Harn. They will NOT disappoint you on price, quality or workmanship on their projects.

Totally Satisfied with these guys. There are a LOT of people willing to roof your house. I spent hours researching materials, reading reviews and talking to several people in my neighborhood that had their homes roofed recently. KE Harn was referred to me by a great craftsman that I trust, and they gave me a quote that was actually lower than most, but I got very personalized service and they stuck to their quote. I have a roof over 30 years old and Jon came over and walked it, gave me some samples of colors/quality to look at it, and said he felt there wasn't any bad boards that he could detect. Because of the weather, the work was delayed throughout the winter, but when the crew came out, they totally respected my property, cleaned up every day and blew off my deck and driveway, and left it looking better than when they started. They also ran a magnet around the lawn to pick up any nails or hardware that came down, and also cleaned out the gutter. To top it all off, I asked if they could take care of some branches that were getting close to the edge of the house, and they did that as well. Get on their waiting list and you'll be happy.
