KC Pro Roofers delivered on everything they promised: upgraded the roof from 3 tab to Architectural shingles, replaced all the gutters (even though some downspouts had no damage), and completed the interior damage repair with care. The Insurance check was delayed and they completed the work in spite of not getting paid on time...very patient, called back promptly when requested, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

Yea find someone else. Your insurance agent isn't going to screw you over as much as this company will. Asked them to see if my small bathroom skylight could be cleaned, it couldn't and instead of contacting me they choose to put it back in. Even as it was cracking as they were screwing it back down they continued to screw it down and caulk it in and continue roofing. Didn't attempt to contact me to see if I could find a way to replace it or contact my insurance company to see if I could get an adjustment on it. Now less then a year later it's leaking again so I have a new roof with the same issue I called to have it replaced. No warranty because "they didn't replace it" so it doesn't fall under their warranty obligation. they aren't even willing to come out and put up the flashing they skipped on the original job. The owner did say they could give me a loan to replace the skylight but never followed through. So I'm stuck with a leaking roof until I can find a reputable roofer to come replace the skylight. Thanks kc pro roofers for wasting my money and time.

These folks are great! The work they did solved my leaking problems. The attention to detail was quite impressive. I watched as they also fixed flashing around my chimney to perfection! Super people to deal with.

As an 83 year old senior citizen, it is difficult to come up with extra money for things, even if it is something you need and something as important as a roof. Not only did they work with my insurance company to make sure the paperwork was done properly, they also 'made sure I didnt have to pay any money out of my pocketbook. I no longer have any leaks and the roof went up quickly. It looks great and my house is protected. I was most pleased with the professionalism of the salesman and the speed at which the company replaced my roof.

KC Pro Roofing Co! My elderly mother was looking for a roofing company for her roof. She had gotten this above co to come out and they got her to sign a contract without giving her an estimate. They said they would come out with Insurance adjuster and help her get them to give her more claim money. My brother then started telling me about some redflags. One of which was that she needed to give them her checks so they could overnight them for endorsement. I was there the day they showed up with insurance adjuster. The adjuster told me that the checks would be sent to my mom and she could hire any roofing co she wanted. KC Pro Roofer guy said " we have a contract". I said I was now involved and we would be getting estimates. The main guy got mad and left leaving a younger guy to try and sweet talk us. They never gave us an estimate. Even lied saying the adjuster wasnt going to approve A new roof which we verified was a lie. They are now threatening and scaring my mom that she owes them the 25% of cost since she chose one of the 4 other companies that did give her a free estimate. That is part of their contract, even told us they have sued other people and won, sad to tell people that. They are scaring her that they are going forward to sue her. Can you please help us. They have done this to other families and even had to change their busn name 3 yrs ago. I need the power of all of you to stop this company from tricking, scaring, and hurting other families! Especially our older family members that may not have family to help them.

If 0 stars that's what they would get. They prey on elderly. Did no work and ordered no materials and the contract was wrong and after trust issues went with a different roofer. Now they are still trying to get money out of me to the point of Harrassment. Do not call these people. I am 71 and have no money. They are crooks.

They made what should have been a demanding and disagreeable process EASY--painless and trouble-free. Professional, knowledgeable and personable, it was truly a pleasure to work with the group at KC Pro Roofers. Their claim of “the homeowners advocate” was spot on. Five stars!!!!
