I do not even know where to start with this review. Absolutely horrible for so many reason. I understand things happen, but the time frame of my project beyond unacceptable. I closed on a house September 14th, with a FHA 501k remodel loan. The estimated completion date for the house to be ready was November 1. Daniel is now finally out of my house as of April. The workmanship is poor at best every corned that could be cut was taken. Many repairs are already failing or have some sort of issue with them ( doors not closing correctly, bubbles under flooring, lighting flickering due to in correct led fixtures installed , etc.). I could have held them accountable for this and had these repairs done correctly before allowing the mortgage company to release final payment, but at this point I just wanted them out of my house and will hire someone else to come in and repair all of the short comings of kc contracting solutions. STRONGLY would advise people to avoid this company at all costs.
Daniel and his company painted the outside of my house, repaired/replaced some gutters, fixed a broken window, and rebuilt my back stairs/small deck.
