I was in need of an emergency roof repair on my uncle’s house and Andy came out that day and fixed the problem. No hesitation no questions and very fair price.
I will have KAP construction will be doing work on my own home in the near future.

Western PA experienced an isolated tornado on Tuesday 4/29/25 that tore off a piece of siding and the nails that held the rest of the siding in place from a portion of our second story home. We had a full week of rain ahead so my family was in need of an emergency siding repair.

I called several contractors the following morning, and KAP Construction was the only contractor who gave me a detailed quote plus a promise to visit us within the week-- other companies told me I could not afford them with such a small job or that I would need to wait 2-4 months to get on their wait-list.

On Saturday just 3 days later, Andy (owner) and Danny completed a swift, detailed emergency repair in 4 hours. We thought we only needed the siding nailed back on, but they found it was beyond repair (and it was installed incorrectly in the first place, there were gaps between the siding and j-channels).

We are more than satisfied with their work and the results speak for themselves. Andy had been busy working on emergency repairs, sometimes until 1:00am, and still made time to help us with a fairly minor job. We were worried about the cost, but Andy's estimate matched the invoice and he generously offered discounted emergency rates. Andy treated us like neighbors, with empathy and consideration for our situation. On the way out, they even noticed and helped my elderly neighbor with a minor shingle repair job.

Andy, the owner of the company, responded immediately to our request for an estimate, spent the time needed to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done, and didn't try to upsell us with fancy stuff we didn't want or need.

We were lucky enough to get a double crew to replace our roof! Rain was predicted for the days following our appointment, so KAP got the roof done in ONE DAY. And even though the job was completed so quickly, it was top-notch work. Any time they had a question or there was an adjustment needed Andy made sure to keep us informed and give us options.

We are planning to work with KAP on other large outdoor projects. Can't say enough good things.
