Kanga Roofing is fantastic to work with. The service is above and beyond. All the roofing companies are swamped now after the rash of storms. Even so, they squeezed our emergency repair into their busy schedule. I am so grateful. The price was great, the repair was unobtrusive, and the communication was incredible.

Andy & his team helped me, a first-time homeowner who knows nothing about roofing, navigate an insurance claim for wind damage and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our new roof is a game changer. They also helped resolve overflowing gutter issues that have been a pain for years. I can't recommended Kanga-Roofing enough - give them a call!

This company is amazing. Andy, the owner, knows exactly what he is doing and looks out for his customers. He is a straight shooter and very trustworthy. His assistant Ashley is incredible. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to her job. The team working on our roof was wonderful as well, they even helped remove the leaves from our gutters. This was a big project and Kanga was the right company to go with!

I can’t not express enough how grateful I am for this company. My house ended up needing an entire new roof (including taking off 2 layers). They understood my busy work schedule and worked around it for communication purposes. The new roof has a GREAT appearance and knowing that the work was done by such genuine people is very reassuring. Would highly recommend this company 10/10. They even helped me with some car trouble out of the kindness of their heart. I can’t praise them enough!

Andy and his team did a great job replacing our storm-damaged entire roof. They even found damage under the shingles and repaired that area prior to replacing the shingles. He is a truly nice person and his quote was very reasonable and completely covered by my insurance. It was a pleasure to meet him and his team. Job well done. Highly recommend.

Kanga Roofing was extremely fast and efficient. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were finished with tearing down and replacing my entire roof within just a few hours. They even did my neighbor’s house’s entire roof the same day, and they were done before afternoon. Also, the owner had excellent customer service, and was very helpful throughout the process.

After literally six weeks of having various local roofing companies tell me they were coming to do roof repairs at our rental home and never showing up or calling, someone suggested we try Kanga-Roofing. Our experience with them was AMAZING. They returned our call in the same day and actually also examined the roof that afternoon! Pictures were sent detailing the work needing none and a clear estimate of the costs. Within one week the roof had been repaired, verification provided for our insurance company, and a detailed description of what problems we could expect in the future from the current roof. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional company- from the office personnel to the owner, Andy, all were extremely communicative and stuck right to the time and dates given for any actions. I recommend them 100%!!

Reached out to fix some cap shingles missing from our roof after a storm. They came out a few days after contacting them, took pictures of the areas that needed replacing, and quoted the job the same night. We authorized the repair and they were able to knock it out within the same week, took pictures of the same places that were repaired and invoiced us. While capable of blowing us off for a better paying job, they still took the time to take care of us. Good business.

They did a great job on our house and completed in a day! Worked with our insurance company and there with answers to our questions always with a smile. Thanks Neena for all your help.

These guys were great to work with. Kept me informed every step of the way (they were a little short handed at the time, so there was a delay in getting the job done). I was offered the opportunity to use another company, given the delay, but I'm glad I stayed with them. Only needed the back half of the roof done, but it was finished quickly and well. They had the best price I was quoted also! I would definitely recommend Andy and his crew to anyone needing roofing work done.

Andy and his team at Kanga-Roofing were INCREDIBLE. Our job was particularly weird. As a result of the tornado's that went through Clarksville earlier this year our hexagonal skylight was ripped out leaving a gaping hole in our 15 ft ceiling. Although not in their normal scope of work they took the job. Honestly, I was skeptical but considering other roofers wouldn't touch the complexity of the job I didn't have a lot of options. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Andy and his team researched and replaced the damaged skylight and repaired the surrounding roof to the highest quality. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything was done seamlessly with as little additional work and stress on my part as possible. Andy even came back several times after the job's completion to make sure I was happy not only with the completion of the job but the price for all repairs. I will only use Kanga-Roofing for my roofing needs.

Andy Jennings and his Kanga Roofing crew just re-roofed my house and did a fantastic job. Andy communicated with me during the process and let me know what to expect throughout. The entire roofing team was courteous and left my yard clean and free of all debris. They also managed to protect the many flower beds around the house. The roof looks beautiful! After purchasing our home (6 months ago) & discovering that previous owners did not do any of the repairs under the contracts they signed. I had to seek out someone quick to fix the leaking roof! There was a dead space at the end of a valley where water had been seeping through for years. The wood was rotted & I called 5 companies to repair the valley & area. Andy & Nina came out within 20 minutes of my call. Got up on the roof & told me about the dead space & the reason it happened. Basically poor planning on construction. He noted the half-Azz job done at repairing the flashing. Explained that he would need to make a cricket there to help the valley drain properly. When he came off the roof he thought the roof age was 20 years because of the deterioration- it's only 12!!!
Only 2of the other companies showed up for quotes, neither got up on roof. Neither said a word about what was causing the problem or how to prevent it. And BOTH were much higher than Kanga's estimate.
While discussing our options we discovered another leak in rear where previous owners (AGAIN) failed to do contracted repair to a pipe boot - at this point with the knowledge we had of 2 known leaks, wood damage, drainage issues & the shingles not aging well. We decided to use kanga since Andy seem the most knowledgeable & honest. Plus he was very reasonable in his pricing. I called him again & asked for another quote to do the entire roof! He quickly got me an estimate- the pitch of the roof is REALLY high & he was able to get the square footage & pitch from satellite image of the home. We agreed to the job & Nina came out a few hours later to let me choose color of shingles. We signed the contract & they came out the beginning of the next week.
There was an issue with distributer of the shingles in contract- but she was able to get the same color in a higher quality shingle at no extra cost to me.
The workers showed up around 7:30am & began the process of ripping off everything. On the rear Andy said the whirl vents were to low so they would install them higher. We also discovered 2 spots over the soffits in rear that leaks were beginning- luckily no real wood damages. They couldn't finish the first day as they ran out of shingles. So they returned the following afternoon. They cleaned up walking areas the first day & swept with magnet for nails. The filling day they cleaned up much more thoroughly & made sure to go over all surrounding areas with the magnet.
I can't express how happy we were with the whole process, Andy was on site several times throughout the day checking on things. The workers were very polite.

Detailed estimate. Roof completed in one day, and it looks very nice. Removed two layers of old shingles and left everything very clean. This was the smoothest and most pain free transaction you will find. I will recommend Kanga Roofing to anyone. Thanks KR

I bought a house in 2015. My inspector mentioned my shingles had a seam. I called kangaroofing and they came out, gave an assessment, told me options, and even repaired my gutters. Excellent service.

I live out of town and I called to get an estimate to repair my deck roof based off of pictures I had received. Andy looked at the pictures and said "he was not interested in working on the roof because I wouldn't like his prices". I said he might be surprised and to let me know the cost to repair it but he refused to even tell me the price to fix it as if I could not afford his services. It seems unprofessional to me but that is just my experience with them. I was not looking for a cheap job, I was looking for it to be fixed properly. At least tell me the price and let me decline if it is more than I am willing to pay.

Very professional one day including clean up and gutters cleaned. Price was fair almost exactly what the Insurance came up with and they were done separately. Nothing but good things to say about Andy and his entire crew. We were able to upgrade to a better shingle and add vent fans at a reasonable price. It is hard to find Honest contractors who keep their promises, show up on time and don't want to be paid the total up front.

Andy and the Kangaroo-Roofing team are great! They were able to get the roof completed in one day. Andy was very quick and responsive with the estimate and worked well with the insurance adjuster. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement!
