The service manager is A liar and will rip you off any way she can. Do not take your vehicle here. They don't have a clue what they are doing. She told the warranty dept my parts were aftermarket when they are not just to get me to pay. They are liars and crooks.

This sales team is so courteous and helpful and supportive at every turn in the decision-making process. Visited over 8 dealerships shopping for a used truck in Hilo AND Kona. Also combed Craig’s List and FB marketplace. Lots of time and negotiating and these guys won my purchase decision. They worked with me on price and frankly, I think based on their own care of this vehicle (and I suspect the rest of their fleet) that they are customer-first in their values. AT MINIMUM, visit their lot if you are searching for a vehicle. You will be in good hands !
