My wife and I recently moved and bought our house in South Carolina. Being new home owners we haven't purchased any lawn care equipment and our grass was steadily growing. While searching for a lawn care business we found KAC Property Solutions. The owner (Mr. Able) came out to provide a free quote. He inspected our lawn for problem areas. He was able to advise us on what services we needed to attain and maintain our lawn in excellent condition. Mr. Able was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He cleared the incline in our backyard which I would appropriately describe as a forest prior to Mr. Able's services. After he finished our yard looked immaculate. I would recommend KAC Property Solutions to anyone looking for quality service, professionalism, fair price point and promptness in lawn care service.

Chris did an awesome job pressure washing my home. He also cleaned the gutters which gave the outside of the house a well manicured look. He was prompt, and professional. I would definitely utilize his services again and recommend KAC Property Solutions to friends and family.

Couldn't have gotten thru summer and fall of 2021 without their help. Moved into new home that had bushes size of trees around the house and grass at least a month in growth. Everything trimmed down to perfection and kept up regularly on schedule. If you want quality work, friendly people, no worries, then call this company.

Chris with KAC did an excellent job on the power washing and yard clean up and maintenance. His prices are reasonable, his communication is top notch, he is on time and attentive. His son, does a fantastic job as well! Highly recommended and will use their company in the future.
