From start to finish it only took three days to put in a new walk-in shower and the last day was only due to some small amounts of caulking. Everything is solid and wonderful and this is considering it was put into a hundred year old house. The only thing that slowed the contractor was some mold damage that needed to be bleached but otherwise he was a machine with how he didn't stop. We were surprised at how it turned out considering the previous condition. Absolutely love how it turned out.

I had a great experience with K-Designers. From the rep who came out to give me an estimate to dealing with Jeff over the phone, to Dillon coming out and putting up the siding by himself during terrible wind and rain. My house looks amazing, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Everybody was easy to work with and the work done was top quality. Highly recommend.

The entire process of getting my new windows installed by K-Designers was completely professional. The installer did an amazing job. The windows are beautiful inside and out! My heating costs were down instantly upon the last window being installed. On the few hot days we’ve had so far my home stays so cool it feels like I have central AC and I do not have AC at all! I’m very impressed and very happy with my choice to go with K-Designers! ~I’ve also received many compliments since they’ve been installed!

Replaced our shower stall that was VERY small. They opened the space up by taking out a closet. The installer was very professional - worked very hard, and cleaned up after working each day. Jacob gave us a great deal - making it affordable. Great experience in all aspects. Thank you K-Designers for giving us a shower that REALLY works!!

Rob came to replace our windows right before Thanksgiving in 2024. Rob had my windows out and back in within minutes it felt. He was hurrying because the weather wasn't nice and I have small children so he didn't want the house getting chilled. He was very friendly and did soo well with our curious toddler asking a million questions. Everyone we've spoken with from the Billings branch has been nothing short of respectful, helpful and so friendly! 10/10 recommend!

My shower remodel exceeded all expectations. The installer was amazing and made adjustments that ensured complete satisfaction with the final project!!!

Mark was very informative and determined to find the best deal he could for us, and I believe he did. Unfortunately my wife and I aren't able to commit to anything at this time.

We will however give Mark the chance when we are ready to get our project completed.

My parents had their windows replaced throughout their house by this company. We have been calling for 2 years now bc none of the windows lock cold air leaks in and every time we call we are told there is no record of us calling and we get put through to a voicemail and never a return call. They have now bought windows twice through this company and all their house siding. Maybe you should take care of your repeat customers.

Update: K Designers called us back today haha they stated they would come fix the windows for a service fee of $235 plus parts and labor for all windows that need fixed. Let me remind you this was their terrible workmanship to begin with, THOUSANDS of dollars were spent with this company for windows to be installed properly. I work for a construction company we give a 3 year warranty and even after that have NEVER refused to fix or charged a customer for something that we did wrong that needed fixed.

Thomas was very professional and gave us an amazing presentation on the product. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for new windows!

We had our bathrooms redone and the team was awesome from start to finish! Dan came by and talked over options with us. They got started on the project super quick and it didn’t take long at all. Overall we are super happy with our new shower and bath! The contractor was courteous, kind and trustworthy. He even went the extra mile and fixed all the problems that the previous owners had done. Plus, no cleanup on our end! The team was great and we would have them tackle our next project once the time comes!

Mr. DRAEGER, arrived promptly at 2 for our appt. He was upbeat, m owledgeable, and had a laptop to show info. digitally as well. After his presentation, he spoke with a CO. Rep. to explain I was only interested in replacing 1 3part window. The Co. Advised him that due to the travel distance ( BILLINGS MT TO MINOT, ND), their CO. would not be a good option for doing replacement. He did assure me that there were discounts I could get for a whole home window replacement. And, he said he would be happy to come back to Minot if I chose to replace all windows
