We had a great experience with them! Our garage was hit by a neighbors car unexpectedly and it had a 10x10 hole in the wall. K and M quickly called us back and got things moving for a last minute in the middle of summer repair. They also did all of the talking with the insurance adjuster which I really appreciated. Good communication and very timely! I would recommend them

Matt did a superior job with all of the modifications that needed to be made (color combinations, etc). Also, Matt is very knowledgeable, a wonderful communicator and very respectful.

Came out same day I called, even though it was Sunday (emergency). Very friendly, prompt service with great explanation of what needed to be done and why.

After getting my roof replaced 9 years ago the previous company did not install the flat roof the right way. I reached out to K and M to come take a look. Jose, the sales rep is awesome, Victor, the project manager was always present and so was Matt. They did all the work with insurance after hail damage. But I also had them do some additional work not related to insurance.

I’m very picky about stuff and they were very open to working with me and listening to my ideas. They were always available.

The craftsmanship was great and I’m very happy with the end results.

Besides the above, one of the biggest things I was happy with was that they use great products, they don’t necessarily go with the big guys and they don’t cut corners.

The big guys can afford to ignore their clients or even write them off. K and M would rather make their clients happy and want to retain their relationships. I couldn’t be more happier.

Amazing! That is the first word that comes to mind. Matt with K and M is just that...amazing. He advocated on behalf of us with our insurance company. Going above and beyond what any other company was willing to do for us. He is the reason we were able to get a new roof. He was able to get our roof done just a week later. My client needed to install a new roof so she could complete the sale of her home - in the middle of a MN winter and a closing date of 1/26. Didn't think it would be possible, but Matt Ryan met me at the property immediately and said "we can get it done". I left it in Matt's hands, and he worked with the homeowner and the insurance company directly, got approval from ins. so my client only had to pay a small deductible, had a few mild days to work with, and got the roof completed a week before closing!. K&M did a great job on my roof. We had wind and hail damage on our home. They did a very detailed inspection and were very helpful dealing with the insurance company. I highly recommend K&M.

i had difficulty finding a local construction firm and found myself on Angies list looking for reputable firms. When I cam across K & M, read all the reviews, and contacted Matt for a quote. I liked the pricing and contracted for services. In about a week the started the work and completed it a week later. Best experience I've ever had!! I highly recommend these guys for any construction work and I will do so again when the next project becomes apparent.
