JUST IN CASE HANDYMAN SERVICES LLC

Justin was paid to fix a leak in one of our rental properties. He stated that he found where the leak was located and that he “fixed” the issue. I asked Justin if he was going to replace half of the roof and he said he did not need to. Two weeks later, when it started to rain, the leak was still present. I told Justin that the leak was still there and he gave me ANOTHER quote for the same issue that he claimed he fixed! Justin never returned to the home to fix the leak, however he expected to get paid for another job he did around the house. I would not recommend Justin for any repairs. He will not follow through with his commitments!
