Just Call Joe LLC

This is by far the worst company you could hire and you should never "just call Joe" They no call no showed me numerous times when I needed my roof done, lied to me on the phone about scheduling, delayed the job for months, and only finally did the job after I and USAA threatened to sue them.

When I tried calling my salesman Justin after one of the several no call no shows, he told me he was at a baseball game with his kid and didn't have time to deal with this.

Then when they did do the job, they subcontracted it to some other company and ordered almost triple the shingles they needed and charged my insurance company for them. I get that you need to have some overage, but the dozens of extra boxes of shingles that he kept is ridiculous. Basically he stole several thousand dollars of material from my insurance company.

Also, Joe gave my security code for my door to a random contractor without my authorization and never told me so when I come home one day there was some random guy in my house.

I've heard this company did the same thing to numerous people in the area including the local American Legion post. In fact, I was messaged on Facebook by several people telling me to stay away from Just Call Joe.

To be fair, the work by the company that just called Joe hired was good, but the months of being lied to and stood up were not worth it.

I have known the individuals at Just Call Joe for a period of time. I have watched them FIGHT the insurance company on behalf of the policy holders. The process can be drawn out but that is due to the insurance companies attempting to get off cheap! I have personally seen Just Call Joe win these drawn out battles time and time again. Why? Simply because they DON'T STOP FIGHTING! If you want stuff done correctly and hold the insurance companies accountable to the policies then hire Just Call Joe!

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful group of professionals. I have had the best experience with each one of them. The team has helped me recover from multiple storm damages and each restoration has been near perfect. The team is very responsive and Joe (owner) has gone to battle multiple times with my insurance company who didn't want to hold up their end of our insurance contract. If Joe tells you something you can best believe it! He is a man of his word and I trust him 100%.
